Shaggy is the greatest clerk ever. He is very kind and friendly. And also, this smoke shop has the best prices in this town. I’ve been coming here for the past 3 years

Been coming here for a few years now. Theyve got great prices, pretty good staff, and a great selection of products. They just dont restock quite often enough for that 5th star, theyve been out of my vape juice for 4 months after all.

Sells cheap hardware and stale cigars that break once you buy them. Better off going to circle k or another smoke shop around the corner.

I went in to buy a coil for my vape. A baby V2 A3. If I hadnt of known exactly what I wanted Im not sure I would have found it. But service was good and it was priced decent at $6 (for one, w/tax)

Great prices! Very nice workers that remember faces. Sometimes I get weary over the great prices though because I feel like the prices are just coming out of the cashiers ass whatever he looks at you and feels like charging you at that moment.. one time ask how much a vaporizer was, he said 20, I said sold! a little too quick because directly after that he corrected himself saying it was 29 and that I just didnt understand him correctly the first time he told me the price.. But hell I still go there over all smoke shops in Charlotte

Ive been going to this smoke shop for years, (since it has opened) with many different employees that have come & gone. Shaggy who has worked there for a couple of years now, I cant say enough Good things about him!The prices are the best Ive found anywhere in town! Big Plus also!Shaggy is always very pleasant & professional. When I have a question, he takes the time to answer me or help me find what I need.I hope Shaggy doesnt go anywhere! He has made Albemarle Discount Tobacco better than it has been since it has opened!

This place is fantastic! Not only is the customer service phenomenal and always complete with a smile, but their selection of products is second to none. Whether youre looking for smoke items, vape items, or things like kratom pills (which I was there for), you wont be sorry you came and youll always find what youre looking for,( and more)!!... I can tell you that they have every smoking utensil imaginable, along with every type of rolling paper can you can think of, and when it comes to kratom, they have a great selection. They have kratom powder and kratom pills and they carry the bumblebee brand which is one of the best rated brands in the country. Which is important when youre looking at something like kratom.. Having a reputable brand with certified pureness is a must.Also if youre a smoker, like me, the prices on cigarettes are great.. Usually about 50-70 cents cheaper than at most gas stations. also theres hardly ever a line and youre in and out much faster than having to wait in line at a gas station.all in all if youve never been here you should definitely check this place out one of the best smoke shops Ive come across in my (not quite) 40 years as a Charlotte native.. ;)

Terrible store! Cashier always on phone. Prices higher than other stores by 4 to 5 bucks on cartons of cigarettes. Homeless people set up right outside door and bum cash from all customers entering. Bad location! Never go again!!

They have excellent prices on tobacco products. But, they are supposed to close at 9pm. I pulled up at 8:43 pm and the guy was locking up. If you want to run a busines correctly, abide by the hours posted. A lot of money could have been made in 17 minutes.

Man this is the best place In Charlotte hands downs. Prices are very cheap and they have outstanding customer service. Ive been shopping here for 3 years now and I will never spend my money any place but here. I appreciate you guys and the service.

There are several reasons I give 5 stars, which I rarely do. ADT is conveniently located within my daily travels, the prices (e.g. cigarettes, incense sticks, air freshener, and so much more) are either comparable to other stores or less expensive. I lean more to the less expensive side. The store is also conveniently located between 2 restaurants and in the same plaza as a grocery store and that’s a win-win! I enjoy seeing a familiar face behind the counter and challenging myself to get the “man behind the counter” to smile. Overall- my shopping experiences at ADT have been positive ones and therefore I highly recommend the store to anyone interested in purchasing the above mentioned items. I encourage you to visit ADT and give them a try for yourself!

The new guy thats in there is very rude I purchased a $40 E CIGARETTE AND ITS NOT CHARGING HE WOULDNT GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK AND TOLD ME TO REACH OUT TO THE COMPANY. Why should I reach out to the company when I purchased the item from the tobacco store I would never step foot in that store again.

This place is great. They have everything from big brand cigarettes, RYO, a large collection of cigars and vape kits. They are alway patient and helpful.

Awesome service! The gentleman behind the counter actually helped me pay for my stuff because I was a few dollars short.

Trash! Guy provides credit card swipe machine, then complains that you use it. Reviews on here are FAKE. Poor customer service. Wont be returning.

Should be the same deal as hickory Grove store, cheapest Marlboro Blacks Ive found. $51/carton with tax, plus usually get a lighter per carton;)
