The staff was very helpful and friendly with the questions that I had upon knowledge of what I was purchasing. It was my first time visiting this store and hands down I would give the customer service help and staff 5 ⭐️ stars. I would highly recommend to anyone to visit for your vape needs. Super knowledge staff. Always friendly. They dont oversell or under sell anything. They give you the chance to make informed decisions which is always a good thing when purchasing. My favorite place to go for all vaping needs!

Not happy at ALL. My husband and I both have shopped here for vape needs in the past. We both have used the pen style. I went in to purchase a new one, and was upsold on a different style. Customer service was great, they seemed very knowledgeable, etc. After one week, the device had a very burned chemical taste. It was terrible. I took it back to the store to return and just purchase the pen style, and the store would not return it. They stated that perhaps it wasnt primed correctly. They primed it for me before I left the store!! Considering the money that my husband and I have spent in here in the past, we will not be returning. That is very poor customer service.

Great variety of e-liquid and hardware. Pricess are always reasonable and much lower than other shops Ive visited. The staff is knowledgeable and helpful. This has been my go to shop since I first visited 2 years ago and will continue my business here.

I hate the you have to walk upstairs to go into the store. My step dad is a disabled veteran and he couldnt come up there stairs to try out juices. But very friendly, knowledgeable, helpful man working. Also, they dont carry my coil for my aspire evo which is practically brand new so I have to make another trip to a different vape shop. Charlotte vapes in Gastonia always has everything I need, with just as friendly, knowledgeable, helpful staff, plus Gastonia carries the CBD Oils.

Charlotte Vapes never disappoints. They are always willing to advise, educate, and help with all things vape. I love their huge selection. They even carry CBD!

The customer service was exceptional. The store rep Matteo was an expert on the products I was looking to purchase. So happy that I can go to a store front and talk with knowledgeable people. This kind of service does not exist on the internet. Highly recommended.

Im here from out of town. Literally, called the store and inquired if they had a coil. Left the hotel, drove to the store to hear they arent in stock. When I explained to the representative that he had just told me they had them, he replied there are other shops in a five mile radius so you dont have to use much gas. That is why I called before leaving the hotel, so I could avoid this, was my reply. Terrible customer service.

A great little vape shop with a wide selection of mods, tanks, and juices. Very knowledgeable staff who go above and beyond to get you what you need and what you want, not the most expensive item in store.

Ive frequented this location for years now! I really like that there seems to always be a new product every time I visit. The store has changed a lot over the years, and I must say I love the new layout and the ever expanding selection of CBD!

I had heard around town & read on reviews that this was the best vape shop to go to... I went in with 100 questions, being new to vaping, and Andrew was super patient and honest ... Im very happy with my purchase and its super convenient so Ill be back soon! Thanks Andrew YOU DA best

If i could give a negative star review i would...i support local businesses and happen to live in Wilmington n.c. i bought a brand new Sigelei j150 amd a big baby beast tank, totaling $123. I had a weird but legitimate manufacturer default and they will not except a return because they cant physically view the issue, even though I said i would pay for shipping. I go to Charlotte at least 5 times a year and what shop here every time if it hadnt been for this issue. Local shops around here do not treat customers like this at all. Especially someone who spends tons of money every single month on everything to do with vaping. So basically fair warning if you buy something you are stuck with it from the store. It will literally not have to work coming out of the box for them to return it

Friendly staff but sometimes knock other vape shops for no reason. Run specials often and provide text updates for them. Pricing is comparable to other vape shops.

Awful vapor store. Advertised juice is rarely in stock and accessories are laughable at best. Staff is less than knowledgeable about products.

Employee was rude and gave me the wrong juice, when I asked for the correct juice she went to the back and got it but was mumbling obscene remarks on how stupid I was which I could clearly hear. Needless to say I will never do business there again.
