Kure CBD & Vape

This location went above and beyond! I have been looking for a milk and honey product for YEARS! If no has tired this before you have to try it! The name is very straight forward to the product. Ever have a bowl of Honey Nut Cheerios and drink the milk after? That’s milk and honey. Anywho. I walked In a week or so ago and spoke with Rosie about the product, seriously gotta go see her. So I get a call that they found some! Now why am I making such a stink about it? Because other locations within the Kure family have said they couldn’t get it and brushed me off. But not this location and its crew! I’m definitely going back here from now on I don’t care how long the drive. Walking in today I was met by Charles, extremely friendly and kind, which is very refreshing at 12 in the afternoon after working a closing shift at a restaurant. Meredith was also there and was absolutely helpful! She wanted to make sure I like the product, wants feedback back on the product so that if I don’t like it? THEY WILL KEEP LOOKING TO FIND MORE?! Absolutely amazing job Team! Kure, y’all did good with this team

I had a lot of trouble finding a vape that I really liked after they stopped making my go to, I went through like 3 different ones in a month going off of recommendations from employees at different stores. I went in to the N Tryon location and talked to Rosie, told her the issues I was having and what I had tried and she hooked me up with the best vape I’ve ever had. Haven’t had a single issue with it. More recently, she recommended me switching coils and I just tried it but am already loving it. She rocks, I love her, definitely go see her she’ll make sure you’re taken of. Employees like Rosie are why Kure is my favorite vape store in Charlotte.

Fantastic service and knowledgeable. Michelle did an amazing job. She was pleasant on the phone, confirmed what I needed, put hands on the product, and had me in and out in no time. Well worth the drive. Recommended.

Love this place! Great customer service, excellent selection of juices and mods. I do all of my juice shopping here. Love the staff and their dedication to their customers. This is a great place to do your vape shopping, best place in Charlotte anyway. I simply wont go anywhere else.

I was just at this store and Meredith who is the manager of the store is simply exceptional and provided an excellent service and also help me get the device I really needed and explain the device functions in details. She is simply the BEST. I would strongly recommend to visit this store and see her for all your vape needs.

Absolutely loved my experience! Their employees really care about their customers. My first time buying, CJ made sure I understood everything from how to put it together to how to fill and which best fit what I was looking for. Absolutely loved his knowledge on everything. I will definitely be returning and also telling everyone about my experience.

We used to come here almost every day, but they changed the management and employees and now the service isnt even close to what it used to be. The last time we were there, the cashier lady got a bit of an attitude with us and it just put us off because weve been coming there since before any of them were there. I only gave 2 stars because she ended up working with us (after some convincing, of course).

Came in on a weekday pretty early but the assistant manager and general manager were very professional and friendly with helping me setup what i needed in a timely matter and provided me with everything I needed and answered all my questions, would definitely recommend this shop first if anyone was looking. great experience with great customer service and cant wait to return.

I have been in this location on several occasions and the staff are very knowledgeable and friendly especially when CJ McPherson is working. Goes above and beyond for customers & is very knowledgeable. I am from Salisbury and I will drive all the way to this location for their knowledge & friendless

I get Mad Everytime I go in here. They dont stock anything and theres always an excuse. Apparently the district manager hates that store and denies all orders. Why even have a store? Ill be shopping online from now on. This is why brick and mortar stores will be a thing of the past. To be fair, the employees have always been nice and helpful. You can tell theyre embarrassed at the lack of supplies as well.

The best service Ive ever experienced at a vape store/ smoke shop. Not to get too personal but Story and and Link were just real friendly, down to earth, and very helpful. They took the time to assist me in getting a vape that was good for starters and rookies like myself and completely onboarded me with the entire process. It was very welcoming atmosphere and experience. They have a loyal customer for life!!! These guys deserve a raise!

CJ, the young man that helped me was very helpful. anyone wanting to vape I would recommend for them to go to his store so they can learn all about the pros of it. I called the store 20 min before close because due to the proximity of the location to where I was headed I wanted to make sure they had a vape with a certain ML of fluid and flavor options, CJ WAS SO HELPFUL OVER THE PHONE AND IN PERSON! So much so that I loved my vape so much I asked to bet informed of any new products or something I may like to reach out and he really takes his time over the phone and in person. Want exceptional customer service? Want to be able to smell or taste BEFORE you buy? Are you considering vaping but arent sure exactly what to buy?? Talk to Ace over at this location. He actually sat down with me and showed me a build on a RTA that I bought. Whats the difference between the head shop uo the road and this place? EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE. I really appreciate the assistance, and not being rushed out the door. Better keep this guy if you want to sell lots of stuff. I felt comfortable spending my money there because of the outstanding service and knowledge he had. Good work guys!

LOVE the store, they always have the latest and greatest products, great location expecially for UNCC students. Staff are ALWAYS enthusiastic and ready to help you find what you need. House juices could use some work, but well worth the price. 5 out of 5 from me.

For months Ive been trying to find out why I was burning up so many coils until I went into Madvapes University and talked to Derek. Wow! Not only did he resolve my issue but he is LOADED with a plethora of information! You cant go wrong their vaping merchandise and their knowledge.

I love this place! Best service and selection of juices in town. Patient and friendly staff who will not only help you find what you are looking for but will also teach you if you want to learn. Great place to go to learn the nuances of vaping. Highly recommend for beginners as well as long time vapers.

Wow! Derrick and Tucker really took care of me today. I went in because I had been having problems with my Mod that i had purchased about 3 months ago and I was ready to just purchase another one. To my surprise they pulled up my account and seen that I purchased it from another madvapes location 3 months ago and informed me that they would be swapping it out instead of me paying for another one. I just wanted to come on here and express my gratitude to them because they went above and beyond today. Thanks guys!!

Nice and clean and the guy seemed to know a lot. My first time for a vape for chronic pains.. he even suggested to take the liquid with lowest thc to start with. Hoping this works better than popping pain meds

Not a large selection on brands. The mix more flavor profiles in house and the price is too high for house brands. You pay more for the in house mixes than you would for the brands.

They are consistently out of stock at this store , another wasted trip here this the fifth time this has happened, they do not even stock simple supplies like replacement drip tips, not a true vape store and poor management, spend money on hardware here to not be able to re stock on needed supplies.
