I had no idea what vape i wanted. I’m indecisive and stick to the same but wanted new. Alice helped me out and I was so impressed. I told her what i liked. She gave suggestions and told me her opinion on some she tried. The girl knows her stuff. This never happens at other smoke shops I’ve gone to. I’ve wanted a place to frequent. Buyer beware!!!! Went in for a puffco chamber they sold me the wrong one realized it before leaving the store, he took my card to refund my money, promised it would be refunded in 3-5 days instead he charged me twice and almost a week later I still have no refunds.. go somewhere else charolette has a lot of nice head shops that wont steal from there customers

Great service cheap prices goood people !! I live in the neighborhood, and they have always treated me well. This is definitely the neighborhood smoke shop. My experience when I was in the store I just got into disposables again and I was checking out some flavors I bought my ElfBar and started cheifing on it like you’re supposed to after a long day😎😂 but to my surprise, it had something wrong with it, and they did not even blink and I they went over got me another one, and I know that may be normal to some people but this day and age you never know, so I really appreciate it guys a lot

I bought a vape from them and it wouldn’t charge so I went bake and they wouldn’t exchange it for a new one. I don’t recommend going.

First time in smoke shop today walked in no one greeted me , 3 girls just behind the register on their phone, Cashier customer service sucks,Everything is locked up in the store, limited items, girl has an attitude cause she had to unlock the cage.Hire people who wants and take pride of working in a smoke shop for your location to be in a high volume area hire quality people and not just bodies.

I work with this company and have only been here once before today and first thing I noticed when I went in is how bright and well organized everything is now just a couple cases on the wall were over filled but can be an easy fix staff was great to be around and are very knowledgeable of all the products they have. The new manager Bryce has done wonders with the shop and its inventory in just the 3 months hes been there kudos to him and his staff for helping keep such a great looking shop. Keep up the great work guys and cant wait to come back and visit the team again

Bought a Hyde vape here… I specifically asked for a rechargeable one and the person helping me told me it was a rechargeable one… checked out and opened it in the store and it was leaking… so they opened another one for me.. worked fine… but noticed it wasn’t rechargeable, they person asked me if I really needed a rechargeable, I felt bad they had to open it twice so I was like alright I’ll give it a try. I literally hit it for 5 hours and it was Already dead. Full juice and everything…. Would not give me a refund or exchange but instead offered me a employee discount on my purchase. $19 down the drain. So much for being nice and trying to be considerate of their products being opened. Never again, just lost a customer. Also never trust a person here because clearly they don’t anything about what they’re selling.

Whoever opened the shop this morning (2/18/21). He was super nice and super helpful while I was looking for a new battery. The staff here always goes above and beyond to help you find what you need. This is such an amazing shop! Ryan and Joe were so professional and knowledgeable. I was a little overwhelmed (in a good way) when i walked in because there are so many exciting products to see. They have a high quality piece to fit everyone’s budget and the staff are incredible and make you feel comfortable and don’t mind taking the time to inform and educate their customers without seeming “fake”. I came here for the first time by recommendation. Our clerk was helpful and friendly. I purchased a zipper bag to hold my items in. After I got home, realized the bag was too small so I came back to swap it out for the larger and more expensive version. The clerk told me nothing is refundable being a smoke shop, okay I understand if it was a pipe, but this cotton/polyester bag had all the tags on it, it was in the perfect condition as the day I purchased it. The clerk phoned her manager and he said, “10 days after my purchase date was far beyond a window to return something…” I honestly was blown away and even the clerk was surprised the manager responded this way.They lost my business, any business I would recommend, and this Google review used to be a positive one. The manager clearly did not use logic when assessing my case. I don’t recommend this shop.

Bought a cartisan click recently and had not tried it for two weeks. Regardless, store would not refund even though it did not work at all. Brand new and will not even try to help out a loyal customer. Will never go back to this smoke shop anymore.. Plenty of other smoke shops, trying to be loyal but now selling defective product and will not even exchange.

I went in for a coil for my pen. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The store is set up nicely. They carry a range of products from different brands. The coil was cheaper than I expected and the other products seemed to be priced well too. Overall I recommend this shop.

Employees at this store currently are not knowledgeable about anything. I asked one simple question and got 3 answers, asked for clarity from the manager, made a purchase based one their recommendation only to find out they were completely wrong. Called to see how we could correct the situation seeing as I only made a purchase based off of their inaccurate information and all they had to say was “Go online and see if you can find info”. What’s the purpose of employees if I have to go online about the product you sell. I liked this spot before this, not spending my money here anymore.

One love is a decent head shop. It has a good selection of glass, from cheap Chinese knock offs to hand blown glass and bangers. The haveva decent selection of Hemp extracted edibles and vape carts. They also have a good selection of disposable vapes but have scaled down the selection of e juice at the same time. They also have a decent selection of kratom, hookah products and other accessories. Their price point is a little above what you can find online And make sure you are getting the product you want because they do not offer returns or refunds. Unfortunately I purchased 2 products that they would work together after asking the manager and they ended up not being compatible and so I lost out on one of my purchases. I should give them 2 stars but Im giving them 3 because Ive shopped there several other times before and have not had issues.

Extremely rude, I never write reviews anywhere but this was way to crazy not to. Our friend was in town from ATL and she has a horrible outlook on smoke shops in Charlotte. Taylor was extremely rude and staring at us the whole time like we were gonna steal or something, so annoying and Ill never be back. Bong prices are out the roof there too. You can get the same quality glass elsewhere at 50% less than their prices.

I shopped at Northlake all the time and always got my shoes from the Journeys Chey worked at, walked in this morning to this store and there she was! Wonderful experience and happy to see a familiar face at my regular vape shop!

Bought an expensive zippo lighter that was in a case only accessible by employees - the employee grabbed the one I picked and rang me up. Right after leaving the store I try to use the lighter and its not working. I go in and ask for a swap, they say all sales are final. I said you sold me a defective product Im not just exchanging or returning for preference. Her answer was its on the customer to make sure products work before leaving the store and would neither give me my money back or exchange for a lighter that works. Selling a defective item and not offering an exchange or refund isnt even bad customer service, its theft. Go here at your own risk.

Very neat, clean and aesthetically pleasing. The store personnel are quite helpful, alerting you to all sales and discounts. Extremely nice atmosphere. Clean and well lit interior. Extremely wide range of products that are very reasonably priced.

Swung by OneLove at the last minute, Neil was great and did not rush my level of customer service, considering they were 5 minutes to closing. He was very informative, polite, and attentive. OneLove has been around for awhile and still is my number 1 smoke shop on central!! Thanks for superior service!!!

No Love Smoke shop. Purchased a battery 5 days ago. It worked one time then stoped functioning completely. Brought it in, associated tested it and confirmed it was broken but the boss ‘Josh’ confirmed that they weren’t responsible and wouldn’t offer a refund or exchange. These guys are shady and don’t stand behind their product.

I bought 3 puff bar Maxes and they burned out after 3 days. Mind you they have about 2000 puffs. And I’m being told they won’t exchange them. I could understand if it were the regular sized puff bars. But the max?? Barely even 60 puffs and it’s burnt out. Yet “it has 2000 puffs” . Waste of money here at this establishment.

Three stars because of some of the higher brands they carry and the diversity between heady and scientific. Lost two stars because the staff wasnt very knowledgeable and was kinda condescending. I asked for an 18mm/14mm bushing joint and when I asked for it the guy behind the counter pulled out about five different slides and reducing joints before telling me that he has never heard of nor seen a bushing joint, and doesnt believe many places carry them. I walked to one love a couple blocks down the street, and just like every smoke shop Ive been in other than one love, they instantly knew what I was talking about and found it.

Jaden was super helpful and personable! She made a great recommendation and even ran an item out of the store that I forgot!

He replied that all the merchandise was for TOBACCO USE,. WE es stupido si? I know that. I could have been speaking of primo tobacco. I was very disappointed and left the store!!!!

This is a great shop for high-end glass but it used to carry pieces from local glass blowers in the area. Then the original owners sold out the corporate who just bought up the name One Love Smoke Shop for his reputation. I personally miss the old owners it was much better then now youre just a face that showed up to spend money. I much prefer Infinitys Inn locations they are the original smoke shop of Charlotte.

One love is the only smoke shop in the entire southeast that completely transcends the idea of a head shop. To even call one love a smoke shop in my opinion is slightly insulting. This is an art gallery at its finest, from superior quality glass, to some of the most original and beautiful art pieces you could imagine. Also unlike most stores around the area, One Love actively pursues and sells local artwork and glass from artist around the state. To me after all of this the fact that their staff is extremely courteous, and helpful is just a bonus. I ALSO LOVE THAT ONE LOVE REFUSES TO CARRY ANY SPICE, HERBAL INCENSE, POTPOURRI OR ANY OF THAT GROSS FAKE STUFF!!!

When you walk into the place you feel like your in a art gallery or like a museum. The walls are lined with glass cases displaying all thier pieces. Except for the counter In the middle the middle is empty. It was nice to not feel crowded with the stereotypical smoking paraphernalia like incense and posters and hemp clothes. I asked to see the cheapest glass water pipes they had and it was double what I was looking to spend. After tellin the guy how much I wanted to spend he found me a nice acrylic water pipe that had a glass slider and down stem and had a tree perc ice catcher and splash guard for just 3 dollars over my budget. Im very happ y with the pu purchase. And the guy was suuuuper nice. Thanks.
