Great staff great prices, I recently done a review however I need to update this one. Dean the owner is the man, I went in on Monday for my product of choice but they were out (a lot of stores out of this product) he told me the product would be in on Wednesday & asked for my number so he could text me letting me know that it came in bc as I stated a lot of retailers are out & he kept his word I just picked it up 😊 everyone that works here is so kind & very friendly I enjoy going to this spot bc of the great customer service. Cool stuff nice prices but hidden fees on the back. Im all for trying to mitigate cost, however informed consent needs to be aware. Not just charging the customer 50 cents extra for a card and not letting them know. I saw 2 different prices after I paid. Just looks and shakes his head. Cost extra to use a card here

Can’t say better things about this place and it’s ownership. The guys out there are a great vibe and always ready to help. If you need anything smoke related, snack, or even T-shirts this place will most probably have it in great quality and great prices. The problem in have with everyone of your stores Is the fact none of you can open at the indicated time of 9:00 am. Im sitting at this location as I type this and its 9:01. Guess what? Still closed. One is day it was 9:45am No one in site and store still closed. Between my wife and I we spend at least $100 a week. I have no problem with taking my money somewhere else if this doesnt change. Everything else has been ok. Good service, good products. But now its 9:05 and Im done with your stores. If youre not going to open at 9:00 like you advertise then you need to change your times. As Ive sit here waiting Ive watched six people walk to the door and then walk away . Just throwing away business Its not a good look. Edit: 9:15. Still closed

Lack of customer service. There’s usually one guy who has good customer service. The others ignore you completely until you interrupt their phone conversation to buy something. I went yesterday and had to deal with some guy who would rather be condescending towards me than actually help me. Most of the time they are maskless and that’s annoying af. Like we are in the midst of a pandemic, please wear a mask. I used to go here and just ignore the lack of customer care but after my last experience I’ll just go to High Life. There prices are more expensive but I’ll pay a little more to get better customer service.

Really cool guy, Faris helped me out and gave me some pretty good recommendations on some juices that were well worth the buy. Knows what he’s talking about and is pretty honest about what’s good and what isn’t, especially at a good price. This is the only place I go to now for anything I need. They deserve the business rather than some rip off franchise !
