Wow, I came back to add to my original rating and I see its been a year since I came in for the first time!I have never had a bad or even close to bad experience here. I came in today needing suggestions and Tristan was so helpful. Very knowledgeable staff and honestly just a really good vibe every time I visit.

Amazing experience as a first time customer at VSSCBD. The best customer service experience Ive had in a long time. Professional, friendly, and knowledgeable staff. And I can attest to their knowledge as being accurate. The product was just as described, I was given detailed instructions and guidance in how to use it. The entire experience exceeded my expectations by far. I will be a returning customer and highly recommend them!

Interesting place, most the people are nice. Cool when you’re in a pinch to get a vape or some bud. Prices are a little ridiculous when real weed is 1/3 the price or less at any dispensary in a legal state. Plus when you realize its cbd bud sprayed or god knows what chinese vape… Main gripe I have is twice now Michael has thought it upon himself to add $5+ tips to transactions without my knowledge. In both times catching him he said “oh I rang it up wrong” yeah you did buddy. My question is how many others does he do this to?

If I could leave negative stars I would. I bought a vape from them less than a week ago, they were the only store open at the time, and I needed a new vape. Since buying it, it leaks vape juice like no one’s business, there’s several other features I don’t like about it, but was willing to put up with because I didn’t want to take advantage of anyone’s return policy, but a leaking vape I just can’t put up with. I called to find out the return policy and I’m told “if you would’ve tried it in the store, then we could’ve done something but once it leaves the store, we can’t help you.” I reply with “its leaking vape juice. There’s no way to have known that on day one”, she said “well if you bought it that morning maybe we could’ve done something that night but not now.” I was completely fine with just exchanging it, I don’t want my money back, I want a device that works. I should’ve known better, I should’ve known to wait for Kure to open, they are amazing. I stopped shopping here at Vapor over a year ago because of the staff just staring at you when you walk in instead of interacting, the lack of selection, their high prices, Kures return policy is 30 days, you get 30 days if you don’t love your vape, bring it back and they will get it right. You get 6 months if it’s faulty, like mine is. I assume Vapors high reviews are from their weed and shroom sales thanks to that loophole I was told about in the store, and the fact there is no ID requirements here, how many teens and underage people are you selling to? Lesson learned, I’ll eat lead paint before I ever darken this doorstep again.

Wider than average selection. Conveniently located. They have a lot more displayed in the store, rather than they show on their website. The staff is competent to give a thorough advice. Come check it out.

Went to the shop yesterday and bought Buddhas Berry CBD Tea, along with Prohibition Ejuice that is hard to find in Charlotte. Beautiful shop with a wide selection of glass, vape hardware, cbd and ejuice. The staff is informed and kind, they really take an interest in what you are looking for. I cant wait to go back. What I did notice, if they dont have what you want, than their other shop on Sardis will have it.

Overpriced , spent $65 on one vape twice in a week for a couple weeks straight due to vapes being completely gone in 3 days… now yes I puff but my puffing didn’t change when I bought a cookies vape from a different shop for half the price $35 and it would last a whole week .. Something is up for sure. Also , when I bought their vape the first time I was told that it wouldn’t show up on a drug test.. Then, upon returning and asking the same question to make sure, I was told something different. They do in fact show up on a drug test by the same salesman who at the time had purple hair and was a little older ..

I’ve recently moved here from out of state and started going to Vapor recently for all my vape needs. I recently had a special request, and rather than simply selling me what was most expensive, both the owner and staff worked with me over a few weeks to address every concern and explore each avenue without breaking the bank. I eventually purchased the big one, not because they recommended it, but because I came to the conclusion that I wanted it. Their staff have been so helpful and patient and the owner is quick to help out both in person and even over the phone on his weekend. They’ve earned a customer for life, that’s for sure, and I hope my experience with them compels you to check out their great atmosphere and products!

This place is amazing. It’s beautiful and has everything from 10$ pieces from beginners to 1800$ pieces for veterans. They have all sorts of delta 8 products and Malachi was incredibly friendly while being very knowledgeable about all their products. Will make this my new go-to

The good, the bad, then the ugly.Most Products are authentic and quality and the location is good if the owners get to know you they may give some deals.Bad news they charge at least 25% more than other stores for most things. Some items are things bought on Amazon for cheap, i.e dab tools. Their Hyde vapes are priced 40% over MSRP.The ugly. The employees get trained for people calling them out on things like this and there’s always some cover about shipping or authenticity.I dealt with these issues for years due to the convenience factor but stopped going a few months back when I was blatantly over charged while on an important phone call and when I when right back in to confront the situation I was told I was SOL and that I should have known to ask for a discount.

Very nice employees. Patient and willing to explain everything to you. My only gripe is that they are VERY expensive or I was overcharged. I purchased e juice that normally costs 14-16 dollars and a coil they normally runs for 4-6 dollars for 30 dollars total. So that means I was charged 20 for the juice and 10 for the coil. The person who rung me up didn’t give me an itemized receipt showing what I was charged. I used to shop there often but because of this I will not be returning. Prices are way too highResponse to response:You have me confused with another person with that transaction. I did not purchase salt nic liquid. I do not want a discount and would have just been happy with you refunding me the difference of what I was overcharged.

By far the best. We shop for CBD products in their store because they have the best selection of CBD products as well as a very personable staff. They all know a lot about CBD as a whole which is especially helpful when you are either looking to target something for a specific need and want to change up your routine or you are new ro the idea of taking CBD and do not know where to start. Vapor smoke shop at Ballantine and Sardis are the two single best vape shops I’ve ever been to. The staff are always excited and willing to help and the store is always up to date with the newest disposables and water pipes. Great lighting and feel of the store would highly recommend to any user.

Overall bad business and bad customer service. Have been going here for a couple months but more recently they sold me $60 of absolute junk after recommending it to me. I wanted to return it obviously and get my money back but (receipt in hand) they told me they were unable to refund anything to me and that there wasn’t any store credit I could receive.Response: Yes it absolutely is the right store. This transaction took place about a week ago. I was told there was no in house warranty and that I had to outsource to the company that makes the product. I was fed some lies about how corona prohibits them from taking returns while the girl working tried to sell me another device for more money. After going to this store for a while you realize they just want to upsell upsell upsell and could care less if your happy with the product or if it breaks when you walk out.

Terrible customer service pt.2. I had to go threw the exotic soda company to get free sodas. The day I brought to your attention you guys didn’t offer me anything. The employee jus looked at the bottle and said that’s not cool and the proceeded to blame the company you get them from. I should of been Compensated the day I came back but instead I spent a week going back and forth. If I would of never went to the company you would of never givin me anything. You sell sodas past due date that is just facts. The reason for a due date is because you lose flavor and carbonation. Why would I spend 20$ on a soda and it be less flavorful when y’all could simply stock sodas in date. Also saying I was rude. How was I rude ? I said maybe 4 sentences to you guys. None of witch where rude. Just a terrible place ran by someone who doesn’t know anything about customer service. Not to mention I bought a bag of chips from there and they where literally opened.

Went to this shop because I was away from home and couldn’t go to my regular smoke shop. They didn’t have the ‘extra’ fume bars which I normally get (lasts 5-7days) they only had ‘ultra’ which is supposed to have more hits. I asked why their products were more expensive than infinities and they told me it was because they make sure that they get real products unlike other shops. I got the fume bar (for $6 extra than I normally pay for the extras) and here we are 4 days later and their product has already gone dead.

Please do not shop here!!! This shop sells to minors and teenagers just to make a profit! All of the teenagers in the Ballantyne area know to go here because of their reputation with selling to minors. I personally know many teenagers who all go here because they do not check IDs of teenagers. If you dont believe this review or the owners say its a fake review, watch on any random day how many young kids come in and out of the shop. I have lived in the Ballantyne area for 21 years and am disgraced at how this shop is still open!
