One of the best massages that I’ve ever had and I’ve had plenty. It was spur of the moment and I didn’t know what to expect. I just knew my whole body was aching and I had a headache for several days that I was sick of. I don’t know the guys name, but he was excellent. I will definitely be going back. The price was good too. Actually, very well priced for the quality of massage the he gave.

Tonight was my second visit. I had Kevin the first time and came back looking for him. He is FABULOUS.He is super intuitive for problem areas. I go primarily for back pain and sciatica and he does a phenomenal job on those and on any knots I have going on at the time.Their prices are great and you even get hot stones. This time Kevin even did some Thai stretching on me. I love that they are open on Sundays and late at night.Kevin, if you ever leave I need to know where you go next so I can follow you there!

My wife and I came today for a couples massage. It was the BEST experience of our life. They have gained 2 new life time members. Hands down the best place to go! We feel totally renewed and rejuvenated.

I try to come 2X a month and I refer my orthopedic patients to Tai Chi massage. I get self-care and I always feel better in my body. I have never had a bad experience and I have been at least 20 times since I moved to Chattanooga. Every person who has worked on me is great! Highly Recommend.

This massage spa gives 5 Star service from start to finish! Me and my three best friends came in for full body massages and our expectations were exceeded!!! We absolutely loved our massages and I could tell that the massage therapist are very knowledgeable of the body and art of massage therapy!!! We will definitely be back when we are here in town again!!

We have a new tradition of date night couples massages, and have always had a great experience. Very relaxing, but effective- we always feel great after. We saw Kevin and Linda tonight, and it was wonderful. Looking forward to coming again!

The staff do a phenomenal job of melting away the stress and making you feel refreshed and renewed. Massage was ok. I continued to get up charged during my visit. I’ve never been to a massage place where they ask multiple for more services. I came planning to spend 50-60 to leaving and paying over $100. I am not pleased. Don’t recommend and won’t be back.

It has been 2 years since my nightmare massage. I regret it everyday of my life! I still have nerve damage and severe pain down my leg due to a massage gone so wrong. The young boy did not know what he was doing, nor did it seem appropriate. I had an hour massage on one butt cheek? Know, I have sciatic pain still 2 years later. I have seen multiple doctors and no one can help me with ths issue. Nerve pain is very debilitating. If someone is hurting you, get off the table! I made the mistake of staying quiet.

Just had my first visit to Tai Chi massage parlor and my experience with Summer was exceptional. The built up tension in my back and shoulders literally melted away and her use of hot stones was incredibly soothing. The entire hour was deeply relaxing and was a great massage experience. I will be returning and recommending this place to others. If you are on the fence just give it a try, the prices are more than fair and the experience is great.

Summer was great and very professional. She is tiny but mighty thats for sure. Her massage was great and very skilled. Definitely left feeling wayyy better than when I came. My back and shoulders were so tight She Definitely worked ALOT of that out. I will definitely be back. Im planning on every 2 weeks.

Went for a couples massage. My husband had a decent (not great) massage. The guy that I got only knew one pressure…way past hard! He pushed his elbow so hard into my back that I couldn’t breathe. I’ve never wanted a massage to end until today! Then I paid in cash…the girl pointed to the price sheet, shook her head no, and said “no tip”. I had paid $10 more than I owed. I wasn’t tipping the guy that did my massage. They are also no longer cheaper than a professional massage. But for her to tell me my tip wasn’t enough was unacceptable. We won’t be back!!

Treated my girls and myself to a 30 minute foot massage here. We did not have an appointment but they began our massages in leas than 5 minutes of our arrival.It was quiet and peaceful.

I come here only for foot massages but they are excellent and usually have openings throughout the day/evening. Their pricing did go up but it’s now on par with other massage places of similar style so I can’t be too mad about it. I prefer this place to Ivy around the corner.

Had my first massage today (apart from my mother being a neuromuscular massage therapist) and I wasnt disappointed! The guy was friendly and even though he didnt speak English, it wasnt an issue.He was throughout and I didnt feel cheated on quality or feel uncomfortable.It was nice to have someone release tension for me after a hard dayWill be back

Had a great experience + the prices are amazing. The masseuse really worked my muscles. Unlike other massages which are solely for relaxation, after leaving Tai Chi Massage my muscles felt loose! I would consider it more like a sports massage, than a relaxing massage. No matter what kind of massage you want, they will accommodate you! The front staff were kind and welcoming too. All around a good experience.

The majority of the full body massage I received seemed to be focused only on shoulders and back. I did need it in those areas and that area was done very effectively, but I primarily went to get some release in my very sore and aching hips. I told the therapist this before the massage but he never touched my hips and barely did my legs and arms. Maybe 5-10 minutes and he only did a little of only the back of my legs. Really disappointed because the last massage I got here was excellent. Not sure I will return unfortunately.

Massages are always great from start to finish however it’s gotten even more pricey. Also, the room I was in was shared with someone on the other side with just a curtain divider which is odd to me. I feel each room should have walls and a door. They also over schedule and confuse when they’re busy, I was in the middle of my massage and they had to switch out which was also odd to me. They didn’t shut the door for me to get undressed which come to find out it was broke. Not a lot of privacy and you can hear people talking in the hall not super relaxing when getting a massage. The spa music should be played louder or in each room. A sign should be posted to talk softly in that kind of environment.

HANDS DOWN, BEST MASSAGE IN CHATTANOOGA! Staff are very professional, trained in authentic Chinese massage. (The best in my opinion!) The space is clean and calm atmosphere. Leah, the manager is very nice and accommodating to booking appointments same day if needed. I have been to a few different massage places locally and every where else just doesn’t measure up to the quality of massage. This place is not your fancy spa type environment. It’s all about deep tissue massage and targeting any painful areas. The foot reflexology massage is also really good!

This place is absolutely amazing. My boyfriend and I are from out of town on a weekend getaway and decided to swing by. They fit us in, and we got a 60 minute massage each. We were greeted with smiling faces and taken to our room. The ladies that preformed our massages were exceptional and very professional! I cannot say enough great things about Tai Chi and how they treated us! Will definitely be back!

Incredible Massage! Even though the location is in a busy area, as soon as you walk in it is a calming atmosphere. The 60 minute massage is really a full 60 minute massage. They were professional and skilled masseuses. They used hot stones and hot towels at the end of the session and it was amazing! We will be back for another couples massage soon!

Wow wow wow!!! All of the fancy spas were booked up so we looked around for a non hotel spa and wow am I glad!! Incredible full body massage, stretched me, kept checking in on pressure, even included hot stones! At the end he did scalp, face and neck. It was a very good experience and very inexpensive. Took my husband to get his first massage and went here for the first time based on the good reviews. I definitely was NOT disappointed! It was so relaxing! We did the Swedish couple massage for 60 minutes and for the price it was definitely worth it. They massaged my whole body and did hot stones which was new to me and I loved it! My mom and I got foot massages the other day, they were able to work us in the same day. They do take walk ins but would call first. Very friendly people, excellent massage for a great price! Will definitely be going back and bring my husband! Frank did mine, he was excellent, another lady did my mom and she had a good experience as well. Can’t beat the quality and price, even the atmosphere was great! They had individual rooms, the one we were in had 3 chairs if you want to go as a group, the lights were dim and had calm music, clean rooms and facility. Overall great experience!

This was one of the best massages I’ve ever had. Everything is brand new and super clean on the inside. The therapist who worked on me was amazing and very professional. I love the firm pressure they used. My friend and I got the foot massage. It started with a foot soak and head/scalp massage which was super relaxing, then the therapist worked on my feet, finally we loved into a separate room where they worked on my neck, back, and legs. Absolutely amazing! I wish I lived in Chattanooga so I could come back here.

I really hate doing this but.... I went in for a massage and have been going there from time it opened. The person who can in knelt on the table and then started to just do nothing but push on my back in same place over and over. I had to stay stop before they did. Then told them lotion and all and they put oil on me for a moment then the sheet and the pushing again. I wanted to get up and just leave. The Room was HOT and stuffy and just not pleasant at all. I hope they turn it around but until then I think I will stick with massage schools.

Very nice and professional group of massage therapists here. I have gone multiple times since I have moved to the East Brainerd area and I still go since Ive moved further away. They have never failed to get me in on short notice. They have never failed to get me in for a couples massage either. Their hours are extremely accommidating and I really dont have any complaints about their service.

We were in Chattanooga for a girls relaxing get away. We wanted massages and everywhere downtown was booked so we came here when they could get us in. Upon entering the lobby it was clean, bright, and comfortable. The receptionist was expecting us and took us back to the rooms right away. The massage was wonderful. I’d definitely recommend.

Absolutely the BEST massage Ive ever had in my life and Ive had many! Leah was my therapist and she was kind and soft spoken and gave me an extra 5 minutes for free. To be able to get a head, neck arms and hands massage, then a 30 minute foot massage AND a 15 minute body massage for $40 is the best deal ever! Ill never go anywhere else. Super nice place made appointment it was clean and comfortable and relaxing. The therapist was very good always being sure that I was comfortable. Very professional no weird stuff tolerated very professional. My back was hurting and this was very helpful. I would highly recommend to try I did the 90 minutes for ne it was just the right length of time. Possibly if first time try less time to see if suitable for you first.

They where so nice I did not catch her name and will be going back to her defiantly be going back soon she is very skilled and I will be recommending Them to everyone.

Would not recommend to a friend. This was one of the worst massages I have ever received. I purchased a 90-minute full body massage and the therapist only worked on my back and glutes, leaving built-up pressure in my arms, hands, & feet. The therapist didnt appear to be trained for the requested services. If I could leave 0 stars I would.

Has no one posting ever had a good massage??? I got the second worst massage that I have ever had! It was a 90 minute massage. The woman doing it spent an hour on just my back until areas literally went numb. The last 30 minutes were spent on parts of my hamstrings and calves. Oops, times up. She never had me on my back to, oh, I dont know, work my arches, my shins, my quads, my upper chest and shoulders, nothing. Of course, she didnt understand enough English to take any direction or really answer any questions. This was both my first and last time there. Never again.

Omg. I was desperately due for a back massage. My back was very tight and stiff. I texted back and forth with them to schedule an appt. Very responsive. My massage was great! I had a guy, I didnt get his name. Now I must say, he used a LOT of pressure. He would take his elbows and dig deep into my muscles. Almost like trigger point. Im sure if you requested a relaxing massage with light pressure they could do that. But I had soooooo many knots.... some I didnt even realize I had until he dug into them.the hot stones were great as well. I was a walking ball of tension! Not anymore! My back feels a lot better!

My wife and I got a couples massage here and it was great. The lady at the front desk was very nice and accommodating. Massage was a full 60 min and tailored to whatever mix/match we needed for the day (I had 60 min body massage and wife had 50 body/10 foot. We will definitely be back!

MY GOODNESS! My husband and I got a couples massage last minute while on vacation. I’m 11 weeks pregnant and they were so sweet and accommodating for me! I felt safe and respected. I woke up that morning with horrible back pain and I feel like a brand new person! They did a back and neck massage. Always asked if the pressure was okay. They didn’t talk much besides asking if we were doing okay and needed anything. It was peaceful and relaxing. With the back massage they included hot stones and warm cloth. Then they ask you to flip on your back and massage your feet and legs. I wish I could bring them back to where I live because my husband and I would be frequent members!

I booked an appointment for the couples massage for my boyfriend and I and it was great! As soon as we got there our room was ready and they quickly started on with our massage.Very relaxing and clean. By far the best massage I have ever had! So many times in the past, at other places I have gone, when I have had a knot in my muscles the masseuse has bore down on that one spot until I felt like they were bruising me. At Tai Chi the masseuse worked out the knot by going different directions & then working other areas & coming back to the knot until it disappeared. My muscles, which were beyond tense, feel so relaxed! I will definitely be returning!!

This place is my new favorite! I woke up this morning with major swelling in my ankles (today is my baby’s due date) so I stopped in after work to see if a foot massage would help and I can’t tell you how amazing it was! It was super clean, the staff was so nice and Julie (the massage therapist) did such an awesome job. If I don’t go into labor tonight, I might go back tomorrow! I’m also sending my sister in law (whose about 8 months pregnant) there asap!

To ensure a professional experience I think many of us tend to lean towards the high end, high priced day spas for massage services.Well I had some time to kill and decided to take my chances on the convenience of Tia Chi and I am sure glad I did. The space was very clean, the staff was professional and friendly and the massage was AMAZING. Dont let the reasonable prices and location fool you....this place is a true gem. I would highly recommend checking them out.

I have had countless massages, the best having been in Thailand, and I never thought I’d find anything that could compare in the States. I finally found it. Clean, quiet, and professional. I had the deep tissue massage and was happy to learn it included hot stones and hot towels - a full hours worth, all at a reasonable price. I’m hooked.

Im not from this area, and boy did I luck out!!! I had the 60 minute full body massage, from Chloe. I have been searching so long for the perfect massage, and I found it. I blew my c6 c7, a while ago, and it still is a small issue. No one has been able to work it out, and Chloe did! Lucky for me, Im in this area now about once every 2 months. Highly recommend, you will not be disappointed!

To receive a head, neck arms and hands massage, and then a foot massage AND a back massage for $40.... I was completely astonished! I was also a puddle by the time I left. I went in for an hour, focusing on my neck and back, and decided to extend for 30 minutes because my legs needed some work as well. Everything was a bit tender afterward, but all the soreness had been washed away.

Tai Chi Massage quickly became our favorite! They are clean, professional and do a fantastic job. You can’t beat the $40 one hour foot massage that is, essentially, a full body massage. We’ve also done the one hour Swedish massage and it’s fantastic too! We can’t recommend this place enough.

I went to Tai Chi Massage and Foot Spa in Chattanooga today for the first time and got a 1 hour foot massage. The massage was so enjoyable that the hour just flew by. I sat, or actually reclined in a very comfortable chair. He started by placing my feet in a container of warm water. Then he proceeded to do massage/acupressure on my head, forehead, temples, neck and shoulders. He also massaged my back, arms, fingers and hands. Then he gave a lot of attention to my feet and calves. Afterwards, I went into another room and had me lay on a table on my stomach and he did a quick massage on my back, arms and shoulders. At one point he even rubbed a smooth hot rock on my body and it was heavenly. My therapist was very experienced and used the right amount of pressure. I really cant imagine how he could do a better job than he did. It was absolutely incredible and I plan to return on a regular basis. To top it all off, this 1 hour massage was only $40.00 (plus tip); a steal! They have only been open a couple months and I hope plenty of people find out about them and they are here for many years to come!!

This is my second visit and I can’t say enough about how great Michael is. Not many people can get into my knots deep enough to get my muscles to release. He is constantly checking to make sure it’s the right pressure. It’s far from my house but well worth the drive!

This was by far one of the best massages I’ve ever received. I’m pretty picky as I don’t like frou frou massages with a light touch, but I don’t want to be in pain either. I have issues with my upper back, shoulders, and neck that I regularly get massages to help alleviate tight muscles that cause headaches and tingling/numbness. My visit was for a pulled muscle in my hip from trying to pick up something heavy. My massage therapist focused on that area, in addition to a full body massage that included hot stones. I cannot praise this place enough! My husband and I called in the afternoon and made a reservation for that night. The employees were polite and professional. The massages were phenomenal. We are not from Chattanooga, but DEFINITELY plan to come back.

I walked in this morning and asked if they had time for a walk-in foot massage. I did the 60 minute which include head, arms, shoulders, back, and legs in addition to the work on my feet. They were very professional and clean. I will definitely be back!

I’ve been getting massages every month for nearly 8 years for migraines and have been numerous places in Cleveland, Chattanooga, and even in Thailand and the Philippines during travel. Went for the first time and got a deep tissue. I’m not sure what some of the reviews are speaking of, but the pressure was great, staff kind, had a private room, and felt great after.

Always very professional, clean and efficient. I go once a month or more when I can and always leave feeling spectacular. They are very careful about the pressure and check with you now and then to make sure you are still ok!

On my best friends birthday took her, her sister and I in to get full body messages. Message itself was really good however there was little to no communication on how rough or gentle, I asked to be focused in one spot more than another and recieved my head pushed back down with the rag placed over with an ok ok. She then proceeded to lean into my tailbone with her elbow which made me hollar out in pain. That spot felt worse than when I started (could barely bend over or walk) although the rest of my body was good. My friend had a woman who was extremely rough and when she asked for her to be easier nothing was said or changed. So we chaulk it up to communication my friend then proceeds to help me dress (didnt need help before.) At check out before we have an option to apply a tip we are asked for a tip...my friend and I look at each other confused. And she asked again. This woman asked 4 times for a tip for the 2 people who did our bodys. I dont mind tipping but when someones asks Im aginst it. She justifies this with your friend sister pay 20 tip, tip now please my friend gave in and gave her a tip for the 2 of use. The woman at check out counter then proceeds to say we gett no of money you pay we only get tip. So the establishment appere tly doesnt pay their employees except for tips? I will not go back because of being asked for the tip. There $20 just cost them hundreds in message money. Good place if communication barrier can be passed and tip isnt asked for.

I know what youre thinking...its not that kind of place though. Very professional. I helped my dad move all weekend, on Saturday at 6 pm he was hurting, literally in pain standing up. I called around and no one would answer the phone. This place not only answered they found a way to work him in that night! We pulled in and its next to a smoke shop in a somewhat sketchy plaza....I was like Ill wait here in case you need to run 🙂. He went in and 90 mins later came out raving about how professional they were and that it was the best massage hes ever had 2 to 1. Thats saying something for him, he gets at least 1 massage a week.

Not at ALL HAPPY For one I was not aware he spoke NO ENGLISH and I wondered why he kept massaging one area for approx 20 min till it got numb and I told him so and he did ok on one side of body but he spent well over 45 min of 1 hour massage on one side of my body . Finally I guess he could tell by my voice I was agitated . Then he went and got the girl that spoke English and I had to explain it to her and she explained it to him .. Yet I was still charged full price which I paid and didn’t say anything else because I didn’t want to make a scene but I won’t go back .
