I went to Madi for botox and lip filler and her work is amazing! She’s got an eye for doing just the right amount needed and still making you look very natural. On top of that she was really gentle. I highly recommend her to anyone interested in injections.

Had an amazing massage from Skylar...my neck and shoulders had been knotted up for months....one hour with Skylar and I was back to normal....I will definitely be a repeat customer! I have had a great experience with Madison Rannick each time I have gone to Larimar. I’ve had Botox and filler placed. She knew that I had a fear of needles and made sure I wasn’t nervous and explained everything to help calm my nerves. She made sure I was very numb to decrease any discomfort and followed up with me after to see if I needed anything and made sure I was happy with my results. She is very knowledgeable and listens to the look you want to achieve. I highly recommend her and will be back!

Best facials I have ever gotten! I have gone to Lindsay twice now in preparation for my wedding. She has nearly put me to sleep by the end of the facial both times because its so relaxing. I never experience any sort of reaction afterwards like redness or peeling. She has a great deal of experience and is very professional. Will continue using Lindsey for all of my facial needs while in the Chattanooga area.

Madison is amazing! She injected my lip filler with zero pain and the tiniest little bruise. She also injects my Botox quickly with zero discomfort. She is very skilled at what she does and is always on time and smiling! Definitely recommend seeing her at Larimar Med Spa!

Madison Rannick did my lip filler a couple of months back and I could not be more pleased with the results. She was so kind, professional, and knowledgeable. I immediately felt like I was in good hands. She thoroughly explained everything and told me what to expect in the coming days after. I would say a week doesn’t go by where someone doesn’t compliment on how amazing my lips look or ask me what lip gloss I’m using! Whenever I tell them I have lip filler, people are always shocked! It looks so natural and just enhanced my natural lip shape. Madison made them look perfect! I decided to get laser hair reduction last year, and Im SO glad I chose Larimar! First of all, they were running a great special for multiple sessions at the time. I was able to pay in full up front so we didnt have to go through payment at each visit. Jackie, my technician, was incredibly knowledgeable and down-to-earth in my consultation and thoroughly answered all of my questions. The hair removal/reduction has been a huge success and Im so much more confident and comfortable. Id been tossing around the idea for along time, but Im really happy I finally went through with it.Everyone at Larimar is so helpful and friendly. Treatments were very minimally painful too; Id absolutely do it again. Plus, theyve taken such great care to keep staff and clients safe throughout the pandemic, its so reassuring! Jackie is such a treasure and such to talk to that now that my round of treatments is up (though I still may end up going back for touch-ups in the future), Im honestly going to miss my appointments with Jackie! I never post reviews, ever, but Ive had the absolute BEST experience here so I wanted to post a review for others that are in my similar boat! I waited a really long time to decide to do laser hair removal, mostly because I was scared Id pick the wrong place and have a bad experience. Larimar had good reviews though (now I see why!!) so I finally just went for it! I was SUPER nervous but Jackie was so patient and answered all my crazy questions! That meant a lot to me that she didnt seem in a rush at all. Jackie is laid back and puts you at ease during the entire process. Plus shes just a super kind human :) As far as results - ummm amazing! Like, life changing! I am a good candidate for laser (lighter skin, dark hair), so I was pretty sure Id at least see some improvement, but its literally crazy the improvement Ive seen in my first few sessions! I also decided to have laser done on some veins on my nose, and the results from that also blew my mind. One little laser session and they were gone! If youre considering somewhere to do laser - definitely do it here! Everyone is kind, helpful, and Ive firsthand experience how effective it is!

I got the dermaplaning combined with a hydra facial. Get Molly. She knows what she is doing and knows what to recommend for your face. My skin looked amazing after the treatment. My issues were fine lines, mild scarring, and large pores. The full effects of the treatment showed about 24 hours after. I loved it and will be going back for more.

Its a treat to have an hour with Deidre and relax under her capable hands while receiving the facial she customized for me and my skin needs. My only wish is that I could do it more often! I started getting regular hydrafacials and microdermabrasion treatments from her a few years ago, after I turned 40, and my skin has never looked better. She also got me connected to a minimalistic but effective moisturizing and topical retinol regimen. My skin has never looked better, and its always a joy to see and talk with her at appointments!

It was almost a religious experience, she was so calm/nice, was open to chit chatting OR being completely quiet (whichever worked for me), so we talked about all kinds of cool stuff during my hydrofacial/microdermabrasion treatment.She introduced me to a lot of new products that I could use for my skincare (because I asked her to). Although my eyebrows are uneven and sparse, I always walk out of Apryls room with great looking eyebrows. Thank you Apryl for giving me eyebrows I no longer have to hide!I went to Inger for massages before she came to Larimar. Therefore, I was thrilled when she moved to Larimar enabling me to stay in one place for all of my spa treatments! All massages by Inger are truly wonderful, but her deep tissue massage is the best for me. No matter how many rocks she has to work out of my neck and shoulders, I am dozing at the end of the massage as Inger always gets me to that peaceful calm relaxing state!Although I go to spas while traveling and have also been to other spas in town in the past, Larimar is the best! Recently, I moved to Atlanta from Chattanooga, and I continue driving 2 hrs for my spa treatments at Larimar Medspa - I have not found the quality of services offered anywhere else in the south-east which compares to them.As soon as you walk into the spa, youre greeted by name and taken back to the relaxation room, where you can lay back on a luxurious chaise chair while drinking a refreshing glass of flavored water or a hot beverage of your choice. Then, youre taken to one of the treatment rooms where the aesthetician, nurse or massage therapist performs their service or therapy.The aestheticians are all VERY knowledgeable and take their time to really study your skin and give you a skin care protocol specifically for your needs.The nurses on staff do an AMAZING job with injectables as well! They specialize in a more natural look ... nobody will know youre getting Botox, but youll look like the very best version of you as possible.I can go on and on ... can you tell its my favorite spa?! Lol If you live in Chattanooga, this is THE luxury medspa to go to. Unfortunately I feel that their customer service is lacking. After attempting to contact them for 3 days and leaving a voicemail on the first day with no return call I did finally manage to get ahold of someone. While I understand they are busy because it seems they are booked out for several months, the person on the phone was very short and abruptly ended the phone call after my hesitation to make an appointment. My call only lasted 46 seconds with questions I would have liked to ask. It’s a shame because they came highly recommended from a friend.
