Came into town out of Colorado and Im in hog heaven. No one has a shop like this...beautifully lit, great customer service, clean and a WIDE range of products. They have flower as well.🤎Thank you 101 smoke shop🌟You are A1!!🌟 Keep on Keeping on!!!

Bad product. Gave no bubble wrap. Didnt even make it to the door after purchasing and it broke. Staff would not give any deal on another piece or anything. I understand it says no exchanges. But I bought a $100 piece and it was broke within 10 feet of cash register. Staff seen that we literally did NOTHING to cause it to break. And told me to bad. Very rude. Over priced. And horrible quality. Do NOT go here.

Very nice store, excellent inventory with reasonable prices and even some discounts , which was nice. The employee working today 6/10/22 was so friendly and helpful, very appreciated. I would highly recommend this store to anyone. Thanks for a pleasant shopping experience. Sherry 🙂

I wouldnt recommend this place to a soul. The floors need a good sweep and mop, DAILY. They sell defective and old merchandise. I got two vapes for the price of one and the second vape didnt work or charge at all. After speaking with a sales associate about the issue, I was told that there are no refunds or returns per the bosss orders. Customer service was good but the merchandise is just well packaged garbage. If you want a good vape, go somewhere else but here. THEY DO NOT VALUE THEYRE COSTUMERS, ITS ONLY MONEY. I HOPE THE PLACE SHUTS DOWN FOR GOOD. NEVER COMING BACK.

I have been to the store twice and once I was treated great and I had questions that were answered... I have just been again and I dont know what to think about the service... I even told him that I was asking questions and not getting any reply.. I told him that I had just read reviews that werent good and he did get me what I was looking for but I agree that the service is not great for sure..

Horribly overpriced products and very rude confrontational staff. If you ask any questions about the products they will either lie to you or get upset. They sell mostly gas station brands like Cake. Not worth your time at all. Avoid this place.

Rather over priced. Cashier does not know one product frome another. They sold us us a $25 box of coils that was wrong. did not leave the store. Because we opened the box to see they were wrong. They refused to make it right. I will never go here again.... We have a great vape store in Chattanooga vapor Co. I will always go to CVC..
