The Customer Service here is excellent. They always know exactly how to help and know exactly what I’m looking for. Very friendly and have become friends with the workers. I would highly recommend this shop!
Cloud 9 is awesome as their hours have helped me grab what I need since I live nearby, at times well past any of the other dispensaries in the area. The staff is super friendly and Ive visited a few times as a result simply due to their cordiality. Taylor is one of the budtenders I see there and she does an incredible job finding exactly what I need and making the customer experience great. Huge shoutout to the current staff for their awesome support

OMG is this place awesome! The three people I talked to were so great and really taught me so much! It was Samantha, takita and can’t remember the boys name. I bought a few things and some flowers and it is all fantastic for sure. I highly recommend this place and the staff.

Staff is very nice BUT I’m not happy with the last few visits.They don’t have a point system or rewards. Because staff is cool I wanted to drop a couple hundred of a nice rig setup,accessories,and wax.After only a few hours of owning a $60-70 MOB dab rig kit I’ve noticed the flower paint on the bottom smears and stains everything, and 48 hours after purchase the banger included in the Mob kit literally exploded when preheating loosing both purls that were included. I Called to see if they could at least replace the banger and was told I must’ve overheated the banger ….LIKE REALLY????I’ve alway heated to 600f with a temp gun at let cool around 550fIt blew up under 500f only after its 8-9th heating cleaned with alcohol and cotton swabs after use.As for the accessories I knew most were probably going to be cheap items marked up but I did want to support Cloud 9 and I’m not exaggerating when I tell you beg regret as NOTHING lasted more than 24h I believe most items are NOT up to standard for dabbing and smoking for example the $10 dab tool gold coating burnt off when exposed to heat.I was already filled with regret after my rig stained my counter top,clothing,hands AND the accessories being unusable junk.But the banger exploding really set the nail in the coffin for meAs for the wax it was actually really good and for a decent price but rather than that….. I’m very upset
Went to this shop looking for something. The manager was working & was sooo AWESOME! He was knowledgeable & answered my million of questions without pressuring me. We actually spent about an hour talking to him. Super friendly guy. Prices were very affordable. I will definitely be back.

Staff, Brandon and Tessa, were amazing! I walked in, told them what I wanted, and they immediately accommodated! They understand exactly what I wanted/needed, and were very helpful. We discussed more than just vape (I really appreciated that they understood that I was interested in more than more than that). Coulda stayed there all day just hanging out.
