Im rewriting this review because I saw something amazing yesterday. Dylan an employee there just about 100% of the time. When he gives you service he gives it to you 100%. There was a couple of guys that did not speak English and he did his very best to accommodate them. He does the very best to accommodate everyone Ive ever seen him deal with, including me when I didnt have my card he helped me out I cant imagine the good he does when no ones looking

This store has the most knowledgeable, caring team ever. They actually care about what you need and how they can help. Every time I’ve been in there the staff has blown me away with their knowledge and empathy. I had a problem with one of my carts and they had no problems making it right. I drive from Hixson to see these guys and they are completely worth it.

Alex is amazing. He helped me pick out some of the most tasteful vapes! He also hooked me up with THCA and it’s helped with my body pain and cancer so much.

Nice store, friendly people, and good prices. However they are terrible at managing inventory. I went in 4x in 2 weeks looking for the same pod. They kept saying it was ordered. Then they were out of my favorite juice the same time I tried to pick up my pod for the 4th time. The nicest staff and prices in the world arent helpful if you dont have what I need reliably.

Never had any bad service. Staff has always greeted me and been very helpful and kind. If your lucky sometimes there is a very attractive woman to check you out, so that a plus in my book.

I bought a disposable vapor Saturday. Well it died Monday and went to charge it and it wont charge. Went today to exchange it today and they said theres nothing they can do. How can you sell a product and not stand behind. I advise you if you buy any products dont go here.

People who are giving one star reviews obviously havent ever actually been to this store... Ive never had anything but TOP NOTCH service and amazing products. The owner has expressed that if we ever have an issue with our products he would make it right. Shopping here is a fantastic decision.

Just recently bought a Geek Vape from this place absolutely love it! The guy is super cool and even hooked me up with a discount! This is definitely my new go to place for my Kratom and tobacco products. I highly recommend this place he has EVERYTHING you would need, also at better prices!😀 And the shop is very clean as well.

Walk through the door to a very nice shop w/ nice employees to greet you. Unfortunately, I was sold a COUNTERFEIT PRODUCT. After humbly reaching out to the owner & sharing my findings they denied the finding. Do not recommend shopping their products.

Y’all this place honestly is a joke, little to no help, then just rude. I was very respectful and the employee(s) there just seemed like they didn’t wanna be there. And another thing COUNTERFEIT. I wouldn’t recommend shopping here and if you do make sure to get a receipt.

Bought 2 disposable vapes, 2 different brands, and both turned out to be counterfeit. Didnt get my receipt so I cant even return them. Shop at your own risk I guess
