Great laser hair removal service for my full legs. I saw a major difference within the 1st time. The technician Luisa was fantastic made me feel so comfortable. She absolutely did a fantastic job.

Came here to celebrate my anniversary and had an amazing experience! From the moment we walked in, the staff was very friendly and welcoming. The massage was relaxing and focused on both of our problem areas. We then were taken into a private room to enjoy champagne and chocolate covered strawberries with a paraffin treatment. The steam shower to follow was the icing on the cake! Carmen, our Spa Coordinator, was FANTASTIC! She provided 10/10 service! Highly recommended this spa!

The best place to go for laser hair removal! They have the Soprano with cooling technology laser that makes it as painless as possible, specially when doing an hour of fullbody removal. The girls are so nice and welcoming and there is parking readily available. I’ve recommended this place to my friends and they have great prices as well!

My first experience here went very well thanks to my technician Agnes, she made me feel very comfortable and she was very polite and kind during the session. I’ve been getting their laser hair removal services from the past 2 years and they have proven that they stay up to their very word from the beginning- incredible results. I came here for a full body hair removal with face as a 15 year old girl with thick curly black hair. As a new client the manager(Carmen) and staff were very accommodating to my needs and were very gentle during the process, they were also kind enough to give nice deals that helped us out. After my first session I found a significant difference in the growth of my hair and I still have five more sessions. My tech Kinga was very nice and caring of my sensitive skin, she was nice and talked me through the whole thing. I would totally recommend this others with my hair type and others as well!

I had read the glowing reviews for Allure De Vie on Trip Advisor and decided to book myself a long-overdue massage. When I first entered, everyone was friendly and welcoming. The spa itself is clean, well-decorated, and has a relaxing vibe. After I checked in, I was led to a changing area where I could place my belongings in a locker.My massage therapist was Yelly and he provided a deep tissue massage. Wow! What an excellent experience. First, he did a brief consultation and asked me which areas needed extra attention. I told him and from there, he was able to work out additional areas of my body that stored extra stress and tension. He also used hot oil and towels, which enhanced the experience. By the end, I felt like a ragdoll - utterly relaxed and boneless.After my massage ended, I was led to a dim, candle-lit room to relax. I was given complimentary champagne and delicious chocolate-covered strawberries while I listened to soothing classical music.Overall, I had a great experience and cant wait to come back. 10/10.

Love this place! I went here to get lip filler for the first time and had an amazing experience. I was very nervous since I had never done it before but felt instantly at ease after meeting the ladies who work there. My esthetician was very patient and knowledgeable, and I couldnt be happier with the results.

It was very effective and the machine is not painful at all. I would recommend it. I was told their laser machine is one of the newest technology.Just make sure you should be feeling the slightest pinch and hot when you get your laser done. If u dont feel anything, ask the technician to up the level.

The worst customer service ever. Its impossible to get a hold of life person over the phone. Its almost impossible to get them over the email, and even if so, they will ghost you out. I bought a 500$ gift cargo for my wife, she cant schedule anything for almost a year.. Literally sick to call few times a week every week to schedule app. what is the problem to stat utilizing online system, its a question. Dont waste your time and dont trust those 800 reviews....

She brought us to a private changing room where we changed into robes/sandals and locked our personal items.Then we sat in a private room while the massage was prepared. A nice, relaxing moment before the massage began.And the massage was incredible: both masseuses were skilled, knowledgeable, and bent over backwards to make sure we were comfortable. I could have laid on that table for hours: it was beyond satisfying.We opted for the paraffin wax hand treatment, which made our hands feel ultra-soft and moisturized - especially amazing during the cold winter months.Will 100% return to this top-quality spa.(P.S. The best place to get your laser hair removal done. I am a very hair girl like men but with their treatment I am seeing results on my face and full body. My treatment is still going on but I can go 1-2 weeks without shaving. Even 5 stars are less!!

Allure De Vie - is high quality, great at communication and most importantly the staff have all made me feel incredibly comfortable through the LHR process. My mom and I had an AMAZING time at Allure De Vie! We were 10 minutes late, but Carmen(the spa coordinator, i believe) was super welcoming and understanding. I bought us a package deal for a couples massage, 20 minute steam room, and champagne and chocolate strawberries. The massage was great and my mom really enjoyed it. She has a guy, i forgot his name im sorry! She explained to him her shoulders were her main concern and he definitely helped her release her knots. I had Julia and she was great as well. She gave me a full body since I didn’t tell her anywhere specific. After we were done with the massages, Carmen then brought us to the back and handed us champagne and chocolate strawberries and told us Carmen(one of the mangers) have been on the phone with the plummers so we couldn’t get the 20 minutes steam room that we bought too so they gave us a paraffin hand treatment and let us shower. I was not upset about the stream room because their shower gets super steamy fast and it’s great! My mom and i are definitely going back to get laser treatments and trying the other services they have to offer

If I could give zero stars, I would in a heartbeat! This place customer service is the worst I purchased a Groupon and it was always so difficult to get in for an appointment then I got pregnant and couldn’t obviously do the laser hair removal and they refused to give me a refund and I’ve been calling and leaving messages, emailing and I get forwarded to voicemail or get hung up on. Do not purchase or waste your time with this spa!

Filed Fraud claim on our Credit Card against this Spa. Dont trust this Spa. Dont use them. We purchased a $300 gift card for $185 under a promotion as a gift. They continually and repeatedly were unwilling or unable to schedule services to utilize this gift card, and canceled a scheduled appointment. They are unresponsive after a dozen calls trying to scheduling appointments to use this gift card. Our only recourse is to get relief from our credit card company.

This place is made up of con artists. I never write reviews, but it is my duty and due diligence as a member of society to write one for this establishment. If they comment denying what I say with some bogus excuse, DO NOT BELIEVE THEM. Wake up and read all the other low reviews! I swear the high reviews are fake. So, I bought a Groupon for the spa pampering experience for two. First, you have to SUBMIT an appointment request, which they claim they will get back to you in 48 hours. False. After waiting to hear back for days, I called multiple times and have yet to hear back. Finally, after contacting someone and listing the services I had paid for, I was told, Good luck getting that. This makes no sense, as they are the ones SELLING this Groupon. The woman on the phone told me she would get back to me that Saturday, but I have yet to hear back. I called a few days later and left a voicemail, and after finally submitting a refund and letting them know that, they THEN tried to act like I was the problem. AVOID AVOID AVOID.PART TWO: I must follow up on this review to respond to the ridiculousness and lies that Carmen has stated. First of all, I never asked for a same-day appointment. I just wanted to schedule an appointment period. Second, it was never once brought to my attention that I could not schedule on a Saturday, although I would have been okay with that anyway. In addition, I never rejected a Saturday appointment. I was never offered an appointment to begin with! I do not find my previous review disrespectful, just honest, so other people avoid falling into the same trap I did. Thats great if you are the number one top spa of all of Chicago; however, it would be nice if you could take some accountability for your unethical actions. I am okay with planning things in advance; however, I was not even given the option to schedule my experience as no one would get back to me when I would call, and when I did speak to someone, I was told that I would not receive the services I paid for with no explanation. I am unsure what you mean by your comment about common sense, but the part about me yelling at you is a complete and utter blatant lie. I calmly stated that I was no longer interested in services as I had already submitted a refund with Groupon. To say that I “demanded” a refund through you doesn’t even make sense as I did it through Groupon via online chat. Take care.

I’m sure this place probably is magical like some of the reviews say, but in my experience this is the most unprofessional business I’ve had to unfortunately be involved with. I paid for services in July of 2023, since then I’ve emailed them 3 times and called them countless times with ZERO luck actually booking an appointment. I finally got someone to answer and they said “oh sorry that’s not my department the person that handles booking will call you tomorrow.” Yet here I am 4 months later having wasted $300 on services I can’t use. I loathe this place with every fiber in my being and I’ve never even gotten the chance to go. I recommend setting your money on fire rather than spending it here. Either way the money goes to waste but at least you can be warm for 15 seconds.Editing this comment to respond to the owner. You did not speak to me in July because I didn’t get anyone on the phone until September. I also didn’t request a same day appointment when I first tried booking with your spa. It’s impossible for me to have requested same day as I purchased the services at 7 PM, I know that for a fact because I had just left work and gotten to the laundromat. However, I did request an appointment within 5 days when I did book in July, but I understood that sometimes availability isn’t possible last minute. That’s why I continued to contact your establishment to book an appointment because I genuinely wanted to use the service. I never got my money back because I genuinely tried using the service, and I have proof that I never received my money back. Allure de Vie has been a heaven sent for me. Ive had laser before and it hurt so badly there with scarring and everything but at allure de vie, the practitioners really take care to work with you and what youve got going on. Plus they use a newer machine! Im happy I chose this place over others and have recommended it to many others.

We visited Allure De Vie spa in October with a Groupon for a 3.5 hour spa experience. It was WONDERFUL!!! Everything from the massage, a facial, the steam room and even chocolate covered strawberries and champagne made us feel so relaxed and special. I have been to SPA DERMA for hair removal and had 20 sessions that never worked, whenever I would complain they would say I needed to exfoliate which I always did. The machine did not work very good and I always left with bumps and did not loose much hair in the span of 3years. After getting a burn at my last session at spa dermal I decided to look around for another spa and that’s when I found Allure de vie. After just one session, I lost so much hair, I have zero bumps and went 4months before having a touch up which I barely needed but I bought 4 sessions so I plan to use them all. I am so happy with my results. I love this spa andI will be Sticking to them for all my future laser hair removal needs 🙂

I can’t rave enough about the laser service here. The technology that they use is phenomenal. I’ve been doing laser for almost 5 years. I have PCOS and have always struggled with hair growth. I’ve tried multiple laser and med spas but this one is by far the best. The technology in these machines makes it almost painless and sooooo effective. I’ve had 3 sessions so far and have experienced very very minimal hair growth (I could probably go 6 weeks with barely any hair growth) . Also, shout out to Carmen who is the manager there, she is so informative and knowledgeable about the process and truly makes you feel taken care of. I’m looking forward to trying out the rest of their services. I could definitely say I will be making this my go to MedSpa!

Their laser is bad!! All hair came back after 2 years!!!! Apl laser!! Only temporarily gets rid of hair..I did 14 treatments about 2 years ago. First 8 treatment was not enough so I had to get one more package as per recommendation of the owner of the salon. Claimed that my body reacts diferent to the laser.. claimed that their laser is one of the best. But all the hair came back now!!!! Now I have to go to a real place and pay again for a good lasting hair removal.

Unprofessional staff,terrible costumer service!!!If I could leave negative stars I would!!!To start from the beginning when I was purchasing the laser hair removal treatment I called salon directly on a Groupon add they gave me ‘great deal’ over the phone and I payed 6 full body sessions($700),they sad they will call me to book the appointments as soon as they process my transaction,they didn’t call me I was calling them 3 days in a row to try to get appointment for something I already paid!When I finally got the appointment and went there for my first session at 9am,when I walked in lady that later introduced herself as one of the managers rushed me into treatment sad we don’t have time to go through paperwork they are so busy and booked for a day ,we ll get to that after.They took me into a small room that had a bed and some old looking machine,and the lady that was performing my treatment sad when I asked how long she was doing treatments,that she is usually front desk but that she also does treatments(was very confused that they had receptionist performing treatments with laser).I had several tattoos all over my body and she at the end of the treatment mentioned oh I didn’t know u had tattoos we have to cover them during the treatment with the towel and she cover mine on the stomach but first part she started was my underarms and I have both my sides covered in tattoos and they were not protected while she was doing my underarms.After the treatment my tattoo on my side-boob started burning right away and I called salon,they told me that is normal,that night my tattoo got red and it was very swallow,I put some aloe vera on it,but next morning it started pilling and it looked like keloid scar.I googled that the same laser machine that removes hair also is used to remove tattoos,I called the salon again spoke to the same Menager she sad that she spoke with the girl who performed my treatment and she didn’t go anywhere near my tattoos and that probably all of that is because my skin is sensitive .I went to see a dermatologist and she sad that that part of my skin was directly in contact with laser,I called them again they sad there medical consultant will call me,nobody called back,I called again they sad to send pictures and also told me I signed waiver that they are not responsible,I got very mad because nobody explained anything and I haven’t signed anything or was warned about any of the staff before treatment.Called again several times for refund on the treatments and it has been 2 weeks I didn’t get a call back or a refund. Please if you want to go somewhere just pay maybe even more but don’t go there to b scared like this for the rest of your life!Part of my tattoo is removed now!

I received 7 sessions of fully body laser treatment and a massage service from this med spa. This was by far the most amazing salon I have ever been to. The staff are SO kind and accommodating. My schedule became incredibly busy due to work and school, but the amazing manager Carmen ALWAYS was willing to accommodate me on Saturdays and was completely understanding. I had absolutely amazing results and the staff always made me feel so welcome and supported. I live in Hyde Park, so the trek up here was quite long, but the staff always managed to understand and keep my appointments even if I was a few minutes late.
