I’ve been seeing Kayla on a regular basis for several years! She is extremely skilled and knowledgeable. She gives an excellent Myofascial release massage and educates you on different muscle groups. I’ve given numerous word of mouth referrals so I figured it’s about time I give a written review! Love her!

Kayla does an incredible job. I started going to her before a big mountain summit and then just recently after an auto accident. It has helped recovery from sports and injury for me in a huge way. Kayla is a complete professional with a deep well of knowledge and experience. I got an hour long deep tissue massage that helped improve my range of motion and relieved my lower back pain. In truth she is likely the only massage therapist I would go to in Chico.

Ive known Kayla for a while and been friends, but I wouldnt write any review (as opposed to a false good review) if I didnt appreciate the talent and effort involved in my massage yesterday. I had a bad bike wreck about a month ago which I hoped I would naturally and gradually recover from, but had trouble sleeping and lack of mobility due to the wreck. She tailored the time to focus on the trouble spots, but also made sure to work towards the underlying issues at the source of the problems by working related muscle groups. Today, Im sore, but feeling much more relaxed and mobile, and was able to sleep on my injured side (side sleeper by default). I hope to finish some work on chronic issues I had before my injury, and then get to a point of doing maintenance work to just feel less old and broken in general. Thanks again Kayla, and anyone curious, its worth contacting her and see if its mutually beneficial to work with her
