So impressed and appreciative. What A beautiful warm atmosphere upon walking in the door. From start to finish I was treated with such care by very compassionate and educated staff including Mikayla, who provided my treatment. I Look forward to going back to her many times, I fully trust Mikayla and the Well House And I would strongly encourage anyone I know and those I do not if you are considering this, This is a place to go. The whole process was seamless from start to finish. I am so excited for my results and so happy that I found such a wonderful place on my very first foray into this. I’ve been coming to the Wellhouse for over two years now. Every single facial i’ve ever had has been incredible & so relaxing. But I wanted to take a minute to talk about Annie, the massage therapist. I’ve been getting massages for over 10 years, and I can tell you there is no one better than Annie. I walk out of the room every single time saying “that was the best massage i’ve ever had”.

The staff is welcoming, knowledgeable, professional, and great at educating you about the needs of your skin. The facility itself is warm, clean, and unique. I love the space and the staff. I always highly recommend Well House at Lamson Mansion to my friends and family.

Well House is a great business with affordable quality services and skilled and friendly professionals. Marissa is my aesthetician. Marissa is a very skilled professional, and kind person. I met Marissa through a referral from my mother who used her for derma-planing. I just had my second chemical peel with Marissa and I have been using her recommended products and skin regimen for 2 months now. I can’t say enough good things about Marissa! On my first visit she listened and took time to look at every one of my skin products and explain the good and bad and her recommended routine. My skin has never looked better and has improved in such a short time after I have felt hopeless for years. I have always struggled with hormonal acne and I am very athletic which has complicated my skin even more in my adult years. My skin looks and feels amazing already, and I plan to continue this journey with Marissa. Thank you!

Have my first Botox here with Debbie. It was a nice experience! Debbie is great and very nice. Go through all the details with me though I’m also a nurse. Not far from my working place. The building is beautiful! I like the atmosphere. Highly recommend it.

I was looking for an amazing Med spa a few years ago and I found this hidden gem in Tremont. My experience at Wellhouse is nothing but positive, from the staff to the ambiance. I love how Well house has services for everyones needs.

During the horrible and heavy snowfall on Martin Luther King Day, they called me to reschedule the appointment I had, which was fine with me. The morning of my rescheduled appointment, my garage door wouldnt open. This was only an hour before my appointment as it only takes me 35 minutes to get there. I tried pulling the red cord on the garage door to let me open it, but it was too heavy for me to lift. I had no choice but to call them and tell them of my situation. Kelly said Oh, no problem, did you want to reschedule? I said not now, I need to take care of my garage and I will call back. Within an hour I recieved a text from my Venmo account that I was charged for a NO SHOW. $50 as is stated in thier policy. I have been going to them for a year. You think with the circumstance of weather and my unfortunate garage door issue they would have gave me grace??? Nope. So they just lost a customer and got thier last $50.00 from me. I am also writing this to forewarn anyone thinking of going here that you really need to WATCH them. They NEVER show you the bottle they are using or the expiration date. For all I know, they gave me an expired botox treatment the last time. For all I know it could have been saline. The only reason why I kept going there was because of Heather, who left them recently. So if you are going to go here, be on guard and beware of the policies of cancellation. it has to be 24 hours or you will get smacked. A very bitter pill to swallow when us ladies are already shelling out big bucks and with inflation???? This policy is not appropriate....especially when my problem was unforeseeable.BEWARE BEWARE!!!!

I attended a yoga class with Thomas last week and had a great experience! The staff greeted us right when we walked in and provided refreshments after class. Thomas was very friendly and accommodating to his students! Perfect class for an experienced yogi or beginner as he often gave different variations of poses. The space we practiced in was beautiful and spacious which added to the practice. Can’t wait to come back!

Debbie was wonderful. She was extremely thorough, caring and comforting; the perfect mix of healthcare and spa professional. I will definitely be back to see her.

I made an appointment weeks ago that I stated I was using a Groupon for. I show up today and they say I am not allowed to use the Groupon because I have used one already, even though I indicated that this one was gifted and I even contacted Groupon to make sure I was allowed. Groupon said they had no restrictions for this company. The receptionist claimed that I was called and texted to inform me, I confirmed my phone number with her which was accurate and I had no text no call and no voicemail to let me know. I also had called them, to stare I was running five minutes late and no one mentioned anything. In My opinion they should have just honored it given that I was not properly informed. Not to mention I was straight up lied to about being called and texted to inform me. It appeared to me that they just wanted me to still get the service and pay the full price, which is why I was not actually informed. The receptionist was unhelpful and pretentious in her communication, as if I did something wrong. I have also had an issue here where I was randomly charged for missing an appointment that I never had. They told me I had more than one account? I had only been there once for a facial at that time. Unprofessional and disorganized. I caution you to go there.

Debbie Kaiser NP was professional And very informative pre-and post procedure. She clearly walked me through each injection site and her experience made it very calming and effective treatment of Botox

Stopped in for an hour of yoga. Loved the architecture of this old mansion. Yoga with Monica was amazing! Very relaxing! Will be back for yoga next week, and I cant wait to try the salt room with my husband.

I enjoyed my first HydraFacial so much that I never wanted it to stop.The aesthetician, Victoria, explained each step as she proceeded through the process. The add-on of a dermaplane service made it an extra treat. This experience was glorious! My skin felt smooth and invigorated! Thank you, Victoria!

Have not received services, attended their open house. Beautiful renovation of an old mansion. Despite the open house event, there was a sense of quiet and serenity throughout the facility. This is a medical spa, offerings include yoga, a salt room ( definitely will try), massage, Botox, microneedling etc. Price list was very reasonable.

I recited a facial & massage as a Birthday Gift :) I must say this is a beautiful place tge the staff is awesome Bella took care of me I absolutely will go back I enjoyed every moment:)

I have had multiple chemical peels by Xheni! She is amazing! And I have had great results. People that dont know I have been getting chemical peels have asked what I am using on my face!
