When it was time to replace my 7 year old mod, I knew exactly where to go... Chattanooga Vapor Company! Ive been doing business with them for many years and will continue to do so. I was able to get an entirely new system AND they were having an enormous sale on all their juices ($10 each)! Im very pleased,but honestly not surprised.

The staff is so friendly and knowledgeable I love coming in this place! I’ve stood talking for 30 minutes before about stuff that had nothing to do with products they sell just because these folks are so easy to talk too. Keep it up guys I appreciate all of you!

This is by far the best place in Cleveland, TN. The products, customer service, & environment are second to none. Every time I go I am greeted by nothing but pure positivity and the workers who genuinely want to help me get exactly what I need! They have a large variety of products and if you aren’t sure what to get, all of the workers there will talk with you and help you find exactly what you do need. I simply can’t recommend this place enough, the workers there do an exceptional job. I truly believe they provide the best customer service you’ll find anywhere in the United States. Shoutout to the workers, Dale - Jake - Taylor- Denise as they do great job and always are extremely knowledgeable of all their products as well as bringing in new products as they release.

My one and only vape shop. I have been coming to Chattanooga vaper for several years, Had to drive to the Chattanooga location until they put one in Cleveland. The store is always clean and comfortable. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. I absolutely love the juice. Me and my husband have used Banana nut bread for years and its amazing! They always have it in stock and the price is good. They always have our coils in stock as well. Thanks for being awesome guys!!!

At first this place was great but now with all the CBD they are being over sold. I used Cleveland store for years. Theres a store on Kieth that buy one get one free on Monday save money$$$$$

Very professional, let the staff help you in deciding on one of the most vast and flavour induced vapes out there! Update: I loved this place up until a couple of days ago. I needed to use the restroom and there is no public restroom available.

Ok my vape went out , it was past time to upgrade so I did and got some gummies while I was there and didnt read the instructions on my device , so when it stopped working I stubbled back in the shop ready to just buy another vape and take the loss on the chin but they refused me a new vape till they troubled shot the problem on my vape they put a new coil in it for free and explained to me in a nice and understanding way ( remember gummies) showed me how to operate my device correctly , and since I didnt have to buy another vape , it was operater era I got some more gummies and walked home , good day

I havent been to the Cleveland store but Wes who works at the Cleveland and Ooltewah store recently came to the Ft. Oglethorpe store (which I love so much) and was just amazing! I felt the need to let everyone know how wonderful Wes is! Chattanooga Vapor Co is the only vape store you will ever need!

Me and my husband love this shop. We spend quite a bit of money in there. I absolutely love your products. The only thing I would change is seeing happy hemp products in the shop. Then you would definitely be our one stop shop for all of the products we use.

The Store was very clean and well lit, making it easy to see their products. They had a large selection and I did not feel pressured to hurry while I sampled new flavors.Over all it was a great experience.As far as cost, they seemed average for retail. I think what makes them stand out would be their large inventory of juice, mods, and accessories.

Awesome experience! Their variety of products was wide and impressive. Not only was their knowledge of products more than sufficient, so was their ability to explain everything to me without making me feel dumb for asking. They will definitely be getting my business in the future!

I called you guys in a blind panic because nicotine withdraws are a real thing. A kind gentleman by the name of Jake picked up the phone and helped me immensely. 3 minute drive later, the same man I spoke to over the phone helped me find a zero nicotine vape juice in the flavor strawberry and a good handheld vape that was rechargeable. Please give that man a raise.

I always have the best service when I go there. The employees are incredibly respectful and helpful. Today I was helped by a new gentleman that works there and he told me so much useful and detailed information on the flavors because thats what I had questions about. Best visit Ive had so far and Im always happy to go back.

Very helpful great people to work with you with your needsIts a year later and Im still coming to Chattanooga Vapor co. here in Cleveland the only place Ill shop. I love this store . I live in Athens to be closer to work and I tried other vap shops over here. Im very disappointed with them here. So my wife and I drive all the way to Cleveland to Chattanooga Vapor Co for the excellent service and great products we get.

These guys in this vapor shop are amazing. They know the product so well and they carry a wide variety of products to accommodate most vapers.If you go in knowing what you need you will likely be out with everything in a matter of minutes because they are so efficient. If you dont know what you need they can easily figure it out quickly as well.Highly recommend this shop for anyone interested in vaping.

Best vape shop Ive been to so far. Polite, friendly, helpful staff...Very knowledgeable. No testing fee. They actually pay attention to ALL of their customers. Best atmosphere by far that I have seen in a vape shop around Cleveland. They are my go to shop . Lots of variety with both liquid and hardware. Makes decisions hard for me lol. Love this place.

Glad they finally made it to Cleveland... Great selection of juices and I never feel like theyre trying to push there in store brand on me.... you should be very cautious of using any juice thats cooked up in the back of a store...... But at Chattanooga Vapor you dont have to worry about any of that...

Friendly place. Wish they had more options like % off days or bogo etc. Even a clearance section maybe. Prices could be a little cost effective, but when the other smaller businesses are closing down in the area then there isnt much competition so they can get more money from people I guess.

Great shop. Good prices. My only issue is they need a better flavor list like a booklet or something thats updated often. All and all its a great shop i will be returning there.

I bought coil and juice for my vape last night and requested an emailed receipt of which I did not receive and also I bout your hookah quart taste seahorse probably to clean in rainbow and I was told that my torch cartridges would work but when I bought. Two of them I was told that they do not have defective product that they are honest and I did not text them till I got home bc I needed to drive but when I got home the cart would not work and the light flashed yellowish green which in the owners manual or instruction manual it say that it means it is an defective tip so I will be coming by or calling to figure out why I have received such a defect tip or cart or requesting a refund for the carts or device but i dont even know if Ill be able to get one bc I never received a receipt like I was supposed to so I feel like my trust has been betrayed I dont understand why so many of ur employees recommend it if they new it would not work like I said I bought two carts and miether of the torch carts would work and flashed yellowish greenI am severely disappointed I was hoping to use it tonight and I was severely disappointed
