Have been coming here over 3 yrs,great selection and staff, wouldnt go elsewhere

This is the only shop I go to in all of Knoxville and I make sure to go when Josh is there, hes incredibly knowledgeable and accommodating always very patient when Im being indecisive and makes sure I have products that I will be happy with long term! Theres not many people in the vape shops that still remember and can talk about current and past products. Very difficult to find anyone with that kind of long term education about the industry! I hope hes with TN Vapor Factory for a long time!

Love this vale shop my go too every time. The owner is so kind and genuinely caring! All of the employees are pretty great too!

I’ll never be back to the store. I’ve been in there at least 50 times and interacted with the odd long haired dude at least 20 of those times. My husband drove me today and I went in to get the same thing I always get. He ID’d me for the FIRST time EVER and due to me not driving I did not bring my purse. I had my husband go in to get it because he had his ID on him, and he was going to purchase an item for himself and he wouldn’t sell him anything and was basically laughing about it. I spend at least $200 a month there and I will now drive to Knoxville to pick up my stuff from a completely different company. To refuse to sell to people that you’ve sold to more times that you can count, especially when my husband had his ID is ignorant. I guess he was having a bad day. But you’ve lost our business and respect.

I am truck driver when I have a delivery near by the shop I always stop there to receive my product that many other vape shop dont have they always stock with customers satisfaction theres a young man that work there always have a great attitude and customer friendly I recommend this place to anybody thats looking for great services on what you need

Great staff and always has everything I need . All the juice is always stocked as well as coils! The only Vape shop I buy my things from!

Ive been going here for a while now and have never had anything less than amazing service. The staff is knowledgeable, the selection is great, and the prices are affordable. All in all I highly recommend stopping here for any and all vaping needs

Good staff mostly humble dont talk about products that they dont know about but willing to look them up. As far as prices go theyre not any cheaper or expensive than anybody else but I like this place. If they sold beer and sandwiches I would call it perfect

Love the way youre treated here. I have an autistic grandchild and they went out of their way to make us feel right at home. The lady who works there took time on our way out to take his little hand and walk him to the car.. Great people!

Melissa is always so nice and helpful! I dont know a whole lot about vaping but she takes the time to explain things to me. Also, they have a wide variety of stuff available!

Pretty decent little vape shop to stop by if you need some juice or rebuilding supplies. A little pricier than Id normally go for but the staff are super chill and welcoming.

You just cant go to a better vape shop around. Theyve ordered special coils just for me. Theyve got juices that I specifically liked that they dont sell a lot of but still are willing to get for me. They are the best. Hands down. No one carries or is willing to do what they do then any other vape shop. They are my only vape shop. If your a vapor haha go to Tennessee Vapor Factory. This is the only place I go. Everyone is very friendly they truly care about their customers, and have a great selection of hardware not to mention all of their juice is great and have better prices than anyone else.
