We are long time customers of Vapor Fox.Everytime we visit we are greeted with smiles and the 2 gentleman are very knowledgeable about everything they sell.I enjoy going here each time. I have never gotten a bum device from them and if I did I am pretty sure they would give me another or refund me.They are an upstanding business! They deserve 5 stars!P.S. they always have our juice we love!

Nice little smoke shop. The gentleman behind the counter was in polite and helpful in what I was looking for. Would recommend trying this location if needing anything smoke related.

Man was very helpful with pre filled disposables as Ive only ever had the large mods,but I needed a little one for my job. Will return. Theyve been helpful in the past as well.

Just recently started going there. The staff is very friendly, and most importantly, very knowledgeable about their products. Ive been there twice and both times I described exactly what I preferred and both times their recommendations hit the marks perfectly. They have a rewards program that I found to be beneficial so I will be returning for sure.

Good selection and friendly staff. Even if the shop is small, they carry everything I could want and they are always great to deal with. Happy to have this place so close by.

5 stars all day. These guys here are pretty damn awesome, and the product is pretty much always worth it. They have deals going literally every day of the month, from 10 percent off your order, to full price reduction on liquids. Not to mention if you buy enough, you get 10 bucks off your purchase. Theyre all extremely knowledgeable about their products, and they always go above and beyond to help you out and make a personal connection tailored to your wants and needs. Its a business that is run exactly how they all should be run. Fast, friendly, knowledgeable, affordable. 5 stars all day

Good supply I would give them 5 stars only reason I didnt was I think they could make a better effort on knowing what they are selling an when it came out but that is really just one staff member I have encounter there I think they could order more from other brands as well but for a small shop they are a good price quality coordinate with laws n regulations. Just small details but hey I still will buy from them.

Bought a starter kit there the other day the staff was very friendly and seemed very knowledgable. So no complaints on that but the vape I bought started leaking about an hour after I bought it took it back to see what was wrong and they said the seal was bad on the bowl and Id have to buy a new one from them they couldnt replace it and I went back in the same day I bought it which makes no sense at all. Told me there is a no return policy and when I tried to buy new coils for my vape the other day they didnt have any and said Id have to go to there partner store over 30 minutes away to get them after them telling me when I bought the kit that they always had these particular coils in stock no matter what thats why they recommended this particular vape to me. So in my mind customer service doesnt matter to them long as they can make a sale. Also extremely high on there prices of everything eliquids 20 dollars a bottle or more and the buy mod kits take them out of the packages and sale each piece separately instead of selling it as a kit like it should be done. These people are crooks.

I just love ace hardware they have all of the basics. There always helpful. Its one of the smaller stores. So its a quick in and out which is always a +. Lots of parking in front of the store, which is visible from main rd.

This place has great prices in some great juices. Customer service is also wonderful. I have been here multiple times now and plan to be a regular customer. Its a little drive for me but it is well worth it.

It was good service, but the replacement of our oil shouldve been replaced , its not our fault that the manufacturer had an error of the product. Sonic feel this store shouldve replaced our oil . But other than that , love the service and helpful information that the service was provided.

Very kind staff who help you find what you need. Decent prices and good quality service as well. There is a severe lack of RDAs and bigger mods, but that just seems to be the trend nowdays.

The employees at Vapor Max in Clinton are so helpful and friendly! Ive been to the majority of vape shops in Knoxville and Oak Ridge, and Ive gotta say this vape shop is definitely in my top 5 of the best vape shops around. Theyve got so many great e-juices to choose from. I definitely recommend this place to people that like a friendly atmosphere, as well as great products!

Best place I’ve been to and extremely excellent customer service. I’ve been going there for a good while now and still have not been disappointed. Prices are a little to high but the employees makes it worth it... or atleast for me anyway.

Disappointed. I just bought a house in Clinton. I’ve always had a support your local small business attitude especially when it comes to juice and mods. I bought a kit a Stick Mod a FreeMax Twister 80W on 4/6/19. The two guys working that day seemed pretty cool and the same two guys were working when I brought mod in on Monday they even remembered me purchasing it. Once again everything went fine. They got the Mod working again. Two hours later the mod was a NOGO. I brought the mod in today 4/11 with the hope of swapping the mod out with the same kind that I had buying a coil and some juice and being on my way. Today one of the gentleman that was there for my two previous interactions was there, he even recognized me. But the other guy was not having it. Wouldn’t do it, said I had to have box and receipt. Keep in mind I didn’t want a refund. Who keeps the box and receipt I’ll tell you who doesn’t, my clean freak wife lol Jesus don’t leave a towel on the bathroom floor anyways I didn’t want a refund I was only asking to swap the mod out with one at the store possibly the display unit for that matter. I really hope he was the owner of the store because if he was not, he cost this establishment a potential long time customer. No wonder people are starting to buy everything on the internet.

Ive only been here a few times but from what Ive experienced the staff I encountered were very friendly and didnt seem like they hated their existence.shout out to Logan he is very helpful and informative when I have a question about specs or what eliquid I should go with. They could have better prices but ive seen worse in Oak Ridge and Knoxville,all in all from a customer service and selection standpoint they are the best in Clinton if you ask me. .P.S. if you guys would start carrying hempbombs cbd ejuice at a fair price then ill stop by every week

Wow! You have to be making six figures to shop at this store! I live in Clinton and love shopping locally, so it made sense to shop in town just a couple miles down the road. I have since branched out to seven other stores in the past two years. All of the seven have one thing in common and that is they are far cheaper by dollars, not cents. For example, I often buy Baby Beast coils. At the other seven I tried I will pay about $3-4 with tax for a coil no matter which one. Today ( which inspired me to write a review after being a customer for two years) I paid $6 and change with tax. Not to mention that the juice is so expensive. I dont think they get a deal wholesale from their distributors or their markup is so high. I never realized till today. This is why the majority of their prices are not labled and you have to ask. There is a woman who works there that treats you with respect when you ask about products. There are three men there that treat you like you are the biggest idiot in the world and you are not worth their time. They treat you like you need to leave so they can play on their phone or continue their conversation.Bottom line: There are other stores, another in Clinton is cheaper but their stock is low. If you are desperate or money doesnt matter this is the store for you. Also, you happen to hate good customer service and like feeling like you are a fly that needs to be destroyed then this is your paradise on Earth. The customer service makes me want to go back to cigerattes.Keep on vaping my friends!!!!

Super nice people. Showed me how to set things up and make sure I know what I was doing.They didnt act like I was a complete idiot cause I had no idea what I was doing. I just told them I had a set limit that I was trying to quit smoking and what type I had used before. And they got me set up in less then 20 minutes tops. Thank you guys so much!

Broke my tank while out of town working and found this shop. It had a very friendly and knowledgable staff and also a surprisingly good variety of supplies.

Was in there today... there is ZERO customer service there. Guy behind the counter is rude and acts like questions are a burden. Walked out of the store with nothing, and drove 20 mins to Knox vapor. HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE!

I have been doing business with them for a couple of months the first time that I went in they seemed really expensive for their selection but didnt know of any other stores around so spent close to $80 with them the second time was out of necessity due to again no vapor stores being close my last trip was not great either bought some cut wood and some coils turns out that the coils were the wrong size and one was missing out of the pack returned to the store for an exchange but did not have any in stock & refused A refund due to store policy wanted me to travel 30 minutes away to a different store for an exchange in short I would not recommend vapor max.high prices and low on stock and variety.

Good variety, but pretty expensive. Most workers dont even know what they are talking about when it comes to products. They have good products and vape juice, but its too expensive for me.
