Great staff, great selection, great great great. Easily the best vape shop in town. If you’re new to the area, look no further, they have everything you could ask for at great prices. I recommend this place to all my friends when I get the chance.

Was my first time purchasing a product of this kind. Store associates were extremely helpful however, upon getting back I realized that the product was defective & it did not work at all. Went back to the store to try to resolve this issue and they were extremely dismissive. I was able to get a manager on the phone but she was also dismissive saying that there were no exchanges allowed. I wasn’t trying to get my money back I was just trying to get a product that actually worked. She then proceeded to tell me how this happens often & good luck attempting to get a hold of the owner because he doesn’t care & will not help me. Frustrated that I wasted money on an broken product.

Bought a device and two bottles of their vape juice purchase I think ok Im good to get out of the store not even 30 mins later Im sick to my stomach just to find out that both vape juices I had bought were expired not just expired but several months expired tried to call them and let them know I wasnt trying to get my money back I just wanted to exchange them Ill even bring the bottle back for them to see bc the juice where a vapor maven vape juice it one of there products. Well during that phone call I get the run around I had to email corporate which I did after 2 days of no email back I go up to that store to get a phone number to call to which the lady tell me to Facebook message her an almost a week later still no message. So basically if you buy a product from them just dont bc if it breaks or they sell you expired juices they wont refund or exchange it

Incredibly well stocked with a beautifully organized layout. They even had a couple of popular older products I hadnt seen in years. It was great to see such a wide selection of everything from glass to juice to devices and more. With (great/low) pricing clearly labeled on every product, and Keira doing their best to make a friendly, welcoming atmosphere, you really cant go wrong here

I love that there are so many women on the staff. I felt so comfortable. They helped me pick out a new mod and tank and helped set it up for me. They explained that when I leave the store the sale is final and showed me the exchange and return policy on my receipt. I had an issue and brought it in the next day the girls at night help me figure out what the problem was. Also have a great delta 8 selection. Talk about excited. Will shop no where else. Thank you ladys.

I went here recently and the woman working at the front needs some customer service classes. She raised her voice and chose to be extremely rude when it was unnecessary. This place also has odd glass jars of Delta gummies that are just thrown loose in them. Unsanitary items and rude workers. Dont recommend. Try Mr. Smoke and vape instead! Super close to this location.

The young lady is always very friendly and very helpful. She even set up my friends vape purchase. Love the place.

I called several stores to verify a particular coil in stock. Vapor Maven was the 1st to answer the phone. Savannah was super knowledgeable and helpful. I ended up purchasing more than originally planned because of the multitude of stock. Im excited to try the gummies. I dont live in the area but I will surely be back to shop here when visiting family. Definitely 5 stars! THANKS GUYS!!

Keira and Mathew are the best!!! I come to this store almost weekly for their amazing service and also because the store has the latest products and best vape juices. I live in Bryan but because my experience in the store has always been top notch, I make the extra drive and will not go to any other smoke shop. They are so knowledgeable about their product line and very supportive. They are the true VAPE PROS!!! GREAT STORE!!! MANY SELECTIONS!!! Highly Recommended!!!

Went in looking to just buy some juice and ended up with a whole new mod. I absolutely love it and the girl helped me set it up before I left. Overall the staff was friendly, music was great, and they have a great selection of juice and delta8. For sure will be back soon!

I don’t recommend this storeBought a Vape device only work for 10 minutes took it back they did not wanna to replace it .Even though on the receipt says you got up to 24 hoursAnd now I’m doing the warranty through smok And it’s going to take up to three weeks
