Nicole is very professional and does an excellent job keeping my natural hair healthy. I come monthly for a shampoo, shape up and twist out. She has been my stylist for approx 9 yrs. I appreciate her and the professional atmosphere that she and her asst Mel maintain in the shop. When I arrive for my appt, I never have to wait for her to begin my service. Mrs. Nicole is very professional and excellent at what she does. The environment is relaxing, and welcoming. I was looking for a massage when I found her on STYLESEAT, then I realized she did hair AND natural hair at that (natural hair was defiantly a PLUS for me, since me and my daughter are both natural)!!! My daughter absolutely loved her hair. I loved hearing my pre-teen talk about how easy the process was to de-tangle her hair (yes, its a whole situation, lol)! I appreciate the fact that I can send my 12 y/o into a salon without the worry of what shes going to hear, that may be too grown for her young ears.
