Mikey was an amazing therapist! That was the most amazing massage Ive ever had!! Mikey listened to my explanation of problem areas and then expertly relieved my pain while also helping me relax. He was kind, funny and had excellent bedside manners. Ill definitely be back and will be requesting him! Highly recommend.

Today was my first time visiting ME and first time getting a massage. My experience here was beyond excellent. From the time I walked through the door and spoke with Shanika. Shes AMAZING she went over every detail and made me feel welcome. Laura my massage therapist got me ready for work tonight. She got every knot out my shoulders arms back legs and thighs. I was blown away! I usually see the same therapist but she moved to another location. I took a chance on Tonia and I’m glad I did. She was phenomenal! She paid attention to what my body needed and she executed well. No one wants to get a massage and leave feeling like you didn’t get what you paid for. No worries here. They are the REAL deal. I’m one relaxed, thankful customer.

Alexria did a Magnificent job tending to my problem areas. She left me feeling relaxed and sleepy 🥱 . Best techniques, stretches and massage pressure Ive ever had! You got to let her massage your feet and do stretches. Ask for her, I am telling you, YOU WILL NOT regret this.

This location is clean, professional and relaxing. And major shout out to Addison who is wonderful! He is very knowledgeable and prioritizes my comfort in every session. I always leave feeling refreshed, energized and relaxed.

This was the worst massage I’ve ever received. The masseuse came in, did not dim the lights I had to ask. She rubbed the residual oil that was on her hand on the sheets that I was laying on. The targeted area of that I told her about she did not touch at all.

I love going to see addison for my massages. He listens to my concerns, he is very good at finding the prolem areas and working them out, and he is very professional. I deffinately recommend him.

Michael never fails to provide the very best massage experience. Many providers are dedicated to relaxation only, but Michael’s practice is clearly geared toward improving his clients’ health. He has managed to relieve some issues that were becoming chronic burdens for me. Michael will continue to be my go to therapist for a long time to come.

Great stretch with Brandon and massage with Tania. Issue with lack of accountability with front service staff. Massage appt was booked two months in advance with my regular massage therapist and confirmed a month prior and all of sudden the day of I have a different therapist. Would not allow me to change without being charged and appt was shortened as a result of the time it took to decide to cancel or go with the other therapist. Over the last few years the Front desk service has gotten worse while the prices have gone up. Decided it was time to discontinue my services and was informed only had 60 days to use the credits I accumulated. Completed the cancellation paperwork, scheduled my remaining appts and will part ways once done.

Jordana was my therapist and it was my 1st experience. She made it very pleasant and relaxing. The atmosphere was also very relaxing. I will definitely return again

I always have great massages at this location. The staff greeted me and my massage Therapist Christie worked out all my knots & kinks. It has been a busy last few months, but now I feel so relaxed even 24 hours later! Looking forward to more massages & my appointments!!

Environment was relaxing, clean and a very peaceful atmosphere. I just wished that my personal massage therapist was a little bit more friendlier and engaged. I felt like this wasn’t what she wanted to do and couldn’t wait for my time to be over. Front desk greeted me with a smile and was very courteous but I didn’t get the same energy from the therapist. I also had to change my appointment time due to a staff member being ill which was no problem at all however I was promised a free enhancement which I did not receive.

I made an appointment for my boyfriend for his birthday and she was amazing. She made sure his first time getting a massage great. He stated he felt really relaxed.

Brandon is wonderful, professional, and trustworthy. I go for a stretch once a month. Pains and problems I was having with hips and legs has improved significantly. Now able to walk and exercise free of pain

I am becoming very frustrated with this particular location. There hasnt been any consistency with staff like it use to be. I use to could rely on having the same 2 therapist if one wasnt available. The last few times I have gone and asked for deep tissue massage to address certain issues there was only one male therapist that actually performed this task and helped me to feel better with the issues I have been having. He was excellent, however, his fore arms were filled with hair and when he would massage you could feel all of his forearm hair up against your skin which didnt feel very good with the friction. But needless to say despite that part he is actually a good Therapist. Unfortunately, I do not know his name. All of the other Therapist act as if they do not know the difference between a Swedish massage and a deep tissue massage. There is a difference between the two. One is more for relaxation and the other is typically to address a particular issues with more concentration. I keep going asking for a deep tissue massage to address my lower back and upper shoulders, every time I think I will find another Therapist that I will be more inclined to request as my regular Therapist and each time I am sadly disappointed. Really thinking about canceling my membership and going elsewhere because I have given way to many opportunities and chances and the Therapist seem as if they are fresh out of school. If you are going to do this type of work the Therapist need to lead with confidence, assurance, and listen to the request of the client to ensure you are actually providing the service a client is paying for. Really wish Randy my massage Therapist and Chelsea the one who has done all of my facials for the past few years was still there.

Shameka hands down has the best customer service. She assisted me in my scheduling of an appointments and gifting a massage to my husband today. She was engaging and relatable to me and my 13 year son. Who commented how nice she was when we left. Which is a huge deal for a teenage to mention. The staff and therapist are always amazing here!

I came in because I was experiencing internal distress from a triggering experience, and her gentle, stable tone and warm presence helped me tremendously in reminding my nervous system that I am safe. I was able to sleep for the first time in 4 days, and I feel like a different person. I am so grateful!

Staff is not friendly.When you walk through the door it appears all they see is dollar signs. $150 for a couple. They ask you what PARTS OF YOUR BODY YOU WANT MASSAGED.YOU GET MINUTES SUBTRACTED FROM YOUR MASSAGE IF YOU ARE LATE. I FELT TENSE THE WHOLE TIME WONT GO BACK 😕 😬

I have migraines, and had been having one, with neck stiffness/pain for over a week straight. After being in the ER the previous evening, I was desperate for relief. I was able to book a massage and was there in 15 minutes. Everyone was very nice, and I plan on going regularly to help with my stiff muscles in my neck and shoulders now. They were a lifesaver!!

Kara was great. I went for a back facial and my skin feels great. Shes very knowledgeable in skin care and gave me excellent feedback. Already booked for my next session.

This was a very first massage however it will not be my last. I had Matt and he eased my nerves after telling him I was nervous about receiving a massage and what I felt my issues were. I had absolutely nothing to be worries about. Matt was great and I felt much better afterwards and even woke up the next morning in less pain than I had in months. Im going to book my next appointment soon!

Everyone is friendly and the space is clean. They have massage therapist that have specialties so you can be sure to find one that suits your needs whether it’s deep tissue, Swedish, light pressure, hot stone etc.. They also have estheticians for all your facial needs that are wonderful.

Was really excited to book an appointment here and the experience ended up ruining an otherwise great day. Was running late to the appointment and called to inform —no one answered the phone after 5-6 calls, finally someone answers to tell me they have no record of my appointment (although I got a confirmation text and check in notification). Then she proceeds to say someone who also booked online took my appointment and she was happy to reschedule me for the next day.Add agree with messages. The comments here that say while they massage may be great customer service is lacking in and leaves you with more stress than you probably came with.

Tenia helped me stretch out a lot of my sore muscles and problem areas! Then I had an incredible massage to get all the stress and tension out!

It was such a short service. They did not massage my neck a little. I did not see a great difference in my face. I have had better service at a school and it’s $35.00. And no one told me that it’s an extra 60.00 until after the service. I have the month to month plan. I was asked to try this service facial service and I wish didn’t. It was a waste.

Jordana was very professional. My only pinch point was that her hands were ice cold. She did warn me however every time she moved to a different part of my body I had to deal with the “big chill” again. Otherwise she was great!

I’ve seen Darla several times now, and she has been amazing every single time!! I’ve gotten a facial with Cara, I think her name is, she was really good, and I’ve made another appt with her as well. The front desk staff is always friendly and helpful. This is my favorite Massage Envy location so far.

I enjoyed my session. Miss Palmer gave me some good advice, and a routine that I should follow. I was very comfortable with her. She is very knowledgeable about her job and very professional.

Margaree was awesome. She made me feel very comfortable for my first massage. However I’m not sure I received my full hour. My appointment was booked for 6pm, however at 5:30 i received a call that I was late for my 5:30 appointment. Luckily I was already in the area. I rushed there and made it in around 5:37. After paperwork and using the restroom, Margaree started a few minutes past 5:50 and my massage ended at 6:35. I told them I booked initially for 6 (and had a confirmation text) but the receptionist told me that I was in the system for 5:30. I didnt even realize the massage ended early until after Margaree had already left the room. I would still come back again however I would definitely make sure I receive my full hour.

Ms. Shanika greeted me with a smile, was very helpful and explained their membership in detail.Ms. Laurie was excellent and she applied the right amount of pressure to work out the tension.Thank you both for being an awesome team.

This was my very first visit. I have Chronic Pain and Fibromyalgia. The young lady who worked on me was fabulous. She listened to all of my concerns and understood them. I signed a contract for more visits. Im excited about the process. Would definitely recommend them to everyone.

Even though Ive had bad experiences at other places, Ive never given them a bad Google review. I felt the need to do so in this case because Ive never had a massage and this was a horrible first experience. The massage was fine but the customer service wasnt good. We were gifted a couples massage and even though we were told we could have one of our daughters take my husbands place to avoid a rescheduling fee (he got sick unexpectedly), they still charged the person who gifted us the massage separately for my daughter. (Everything had been paid in full for the couples massage in advance.) The communication between the business and customers should be improved. Due to the lack of clear communication and a non-welcoming experience, we will not be going back.

It was my daughter’s birthday gift. Jordana really made her feel comfortable while providing a professional, and enjoyable environment. My daughter enjoyed her first Massage Envy experience and plan on getting more in the future!

I recently went and had a 60 min stretch session with Brandon, again. Brandon is the BEST! I try to schedule every other week, because the stretch sessions are so helpful. Brandon helps to stretch any tight muscular areas or areas with limited mobility that I have due to age, injury or daily use. After each session I notice an immediate difference in my flexibility and mobility!

The best there is when it comes to skin care. Chelsi is very professional, kind and gives the best facials. I promise you will not be disappointed. She truly knows what she is doing and is very skilled in her profession.Laura is another gem at Massage Envy. Ive had many massages in my lifetime and this is as GREAT as it gets. Laura listens and gives you just what you ask for in a deep tissue massage. I have a shoulder impingement and she worked the knots out without causing me any additional pain. This was my second visit in a month.These two ladies are phenomenal.

Laura is an awesome massage therapist! Front desk personnel is a completely different story. Due to the error of front desk personnel, my appointment was scheduled for same date but a month later and on a Sunday!!! I specifically request appointments for Wednesdays!!! I have had a couple on Thursday but NEVER on Sunday! What is really disturbing is that they (Front Desk) try to make you feel like it’s your fault! Customer service needs to make sure that they are on point in addressing customers needs and take appropriate action when they are at fault not brush customers off!! Massage Envy will take your money for NO Shows and not canceling appointments in the appropriate time period a customer should be able to Hold Massage Envy accountable also!

Mike is a fabulous massage therapist. He is great at getting all the tension released. He uses just the right amount of pressure. Just wish I could go more often than once a month.

Laura is hands down (see what I did there) one of the most skilled and intuitive massage therapists I have ever had. I have been fortunate to have massages at some of the most famous spas and resorts, and nobody comes close to the talent of my Laura. Yes, she’s MY Laura, but I will share her with all of you. She just took a long family vacation and I was counting the days until my massage. I am thankful that she takes time for herself to recharge as she takes such good care of others. Exactly what I needed after a stressful couple weeks! Miky was great and very professional.

If I could give it zero stars I would. The people who handle starting accounts and removing accounts do not accurately give information. For the last month I have been trying to cancel (although I was told initially that services can be cancelled at anytime) only to find out the information was not correct and my account is being auto renewed costing me more money than I want to spend. I even tipped these ppl around 15-20 each time which makes me upset honestly. Services were okay, but not enough for bad customer service. I will keep leaving as many reviews as I can in regards to this issue.

Overall Jarvis did an AMAZING job on my massage...so good I caught me some zzzs (embarrassing🤣). After I left my entire body felt relieved of all the stress and tension I had. I feel like a new person today. I will most definitely be back!

Appointment wad deleted because we were not able to contact each other. However the appointments was rescheduled for the same day and next hour. Facial was awesomeness. Next appointments were scheduled.

I loved the remodel. But with the remodel came a few changes I miss. The massage room was too bright. I like to relax with less lightening. Also, the relaxation room is too sterile. I enjoyed the coziness of the ‘fireplace’ and the massage chairs were awesome. I actually started coming earlier to use the massage chairs. Just thought I would share. When you walk in the front looks great!!

Jarvis was very polite and professional. We had great conversation and I had a wonderful message. He was very attentive to me needs and was aware of the areas that were more sensitive on me. Thank you Jarvis and I would give him a 5.

I love to get the stretch service with Brandon. He is excellent!!! I got a chemical peel as well but they did not have the after care kit but I made do. I did not receive a call to inform me when the kit came in. They did remodel and it looks nice.If I get any service that requires after care, I will reserve the care components before the service.

Only comment is spent too much time on one side of my back but thats my fault for not speaking up. She definitely knows what shes doing and would recommend. Just be clear with what you need.

If I could give it zero stars I would. The people who handle starting accounts and removing accounts do not accurately give information. For the last month I have been trying to cancel (although I was told initially that services can be cancelled at anytime) only to find out the information was not correct and my account is being auto renewed costing more money than I want to spend. I even tipped these ppl around 15-20 each time which makes me more upset honestly. Services were okay, Months ago in January I asked for a male massage therapist and they told me one would not be available until March…which made no sense. Services were not good enough to over look poor customer service e. I will keep leaving as many reviews as I can in regards to this issue and filing whatever complaint I need to.

Ms. Larrae is Amazing! She have healing hands. I love my massages with her. Ms. Larrae pays attention to the details when you ask her to focus on certain areas. Ms. Larrae is knowledgeable and skilled in what she does including facials. Ms. Larrae makes my visits to ME enjoyable and memorable!

This was my first time being to the Sandhills location, my massage by Natoya was excellent. She did an excellent job. I have been unhappy at the Forest Drive location and decided to give another location a try glad I did.

The stretching with Brandon is LIFE CHANGING. I’ve always had chronic neck pain and have gotten regular massages for 10+ years now. I love massages but the effect is usually gone within a day or two. When I replaced them with the stretching by session I have more range of movement in my neck and the pain free feeling last weeks!

Services provided by Darla were amazing. It is annoying that before the cashier tells you your price, she’s asking if you want to leave gratuity. Which is unnecessary when they have gratuity envelopes readily available to provide tips for service. This happens every time I visit. Please stop doing that. I tipped very well directly to the person providing the service.

So I got talked into buying a gift card bundle for Valentines day, which I was actually very interested in because i was calling to gift my mom an appointment. Ive heard great things about massage envy so I wanted to give them a shot. My mom unfortunately was not able to come to the first appointment we had scheduled with them, but every time we called to reschedule they said they were busy and that they would call back, but never did??? i really hate to give bad reviews but the gift card was really expensive and id rather not k word myself trying to get a hold of the place. guess ill just have to go to another location ...

Palmer called to see if I was interested in a facial. Usually I stick with massages, but I scheduled an appointment. I am so glad I did! Palmer explained the different products for skin care. I chose the moisture and anti aging process. She explained each step and offered information I could use at home. My face and neck got pampered and relaxed. Palmer’s expertise and methods convinced me to make future plans for my facials!!! Exceptional experience! Try it; you will thank Palmer!

Marcia was wonderful. She asked about areas of focus. I told her that I run a lot and my hamstrings and hips weee tight. She focused on some stretches and was very attentive to what areas I should be feeling the stretches.I also always have knots in my shoulders that she was able to help relieve. I personally dont go to Massage Envy for a relaxing massage, I go to help work out stress and tension in my body. Marcia has firm hands and is able to help alleviate tension.

Jarvis is highly recommended. With those hands of healing they have just the right touch of pressure and comfort. He made me feel like I was floating when he was done. This was my first experience and it was a memorable experience for me.

I was greeted by two very personable receptionist. I was provided with updates leading to my massage service and Masseur. The consultation was spot on. I was made very comfortable in the waiting area. My masseur, William was absolutely fantastic. He concentrated on the problem areas and made sure to massage using the desired pressure. I would recommend anyone utilize their services for stress relief, pain or just plain relaxation. Great job!

I had a full body massage from Matt, a stretching session from Brandon and a facial from Kara and every one of the services were great! I will be back again next month for another round of pampering.

I arrived for my appointment and was told that I did not have an appointment despite having email verification for it. This was very frustrating as the website should not verify an appointment if there is one not available. The website needs to be updated if you hope to have new customers. Think twice before coming to this branch.

Massage envy member unsatisfied and will be canceling membership. Terrible customer service. Canceled day of two prenatal sessions that were booked for at least a month for sister bonding time before we deliver in April/May, and sister drove 14 hours from Chicago. They charge clients $25 for canceling sessions but aren’t understanding or compensating when THEY ruin supposed to be sister prenatal bonding weekend. This location doesn’t care. Save your time money and go somewhere else.

They advertise a 60 min massage which is false advertising because you really get a 50 minute massage I was told which I wish I had a least gotten that much time! Mine was less than 45 minutes. I told them the problem areas and that was not addressed. It’s like they have a routine and can’t deviate from it. First and Last time here.

Brandon C and Brandon S are the best. They are very professional and make sure that I am comfortable at all times. They work on my target areas and give advise as to keep up with my regimine. Other times not by choice I have been given another therapist and have been greatly disappointed. If I cant have these two I will not come. They prove they know what they are doing. My massage experience for my birthday on yesterday was simply amazing! My therapist was very professional, Knowledgeable and worked my muscles like never before! I cant wait to go back again!!!

Darla applied deep pressure per my request and I ask her to lighten up. She lightened the pressure, but it was still painful. Needless to say, I did not enjoy the massage. I always get deep tissue massages and never experience being in pain during or afterwards. It was a waste of time and money. Also, I only received 45 minutes out of the 1 hour.

Mike was so professional and got my knots out extremely easy.

Good massage, horrible amount of perfume and fragrance in the entry. Way too crowded small waiting room without air cleaning in these days of virus concern.

In an evaluation for my last massage, I shared how poor the experience was for two reasons. One, I had asked for an experienced therapist who did deep tissue massage and was placed with someone with 2 months experience who did not do deep pressure. She tried her best, but is suited for someone who wants a light tough. Secondly, the room was quite warm so I had her remove the blanket right away. Ten minutes into our session I was sweating, as was the therapist. Even with the room fan concentrated towards me, it was miserable. I said I wanted to switch to a 30 minute or 1 hr session instead of the 90 minute one I reserved. She stopped at one hour and it was blissful to walk out into a cool hallway.The manager called today to respond to my complaint. She apologized, but said Id be excited to learn the back-ordered part arrived and they got their air conditioner fixed! No, that does not excite me! I told her I should have been warned when I checked in at the front desk - or even called prior to my appointment - that the rooms were not air conditioned. The front desk areas AC was working just fine, so I guess they never gave it a thought.Two other times in the past couple of years, they have neglected to call me when the therapist I booked was out that day. I got apologies, sure, and things like this happen, so I just carried on. Now, Im just sick and tired of wasting my money here. It is totally unacceptable.

I received a massage that helped greatly with my back concerns, sitting at a computer most of the time lead to stress on my posture. My massage tech Jordana took the time to speak with me about my concerns before treatment. I highly recommend Massage Envy Sandhills.The front office staff was also professional and courteous. Why can’t I give Larray 10 stars? She’s amazing for me! You know with massage therapists, some don’t have the right technique for some of us clients and then some do (the different strokes for different folks)…well Larray works so well for me. I’m glad I found her, as she works my achy muscles like nobody’s business. 10 stars ⭐️ minimum.

My first time at Massage Envy and Matthew made me feel comfortable. He listened to what I needed and what areas were my focus. He explained in detail and a 90 minute massage turned in to a 12 month membership :)

She was pleasant enough and started out with the desired pressure but it quickly subsided to a light rub so much so that Afterwards I was still glistening with the massage oil all over my body.

I had a gift card for a 60 minute session. Upon scheduling my appointment I was told that the gift card would be honored for that session but that all changed after my massage. I was told that I would have to pay extra and that the gift card would not be honored for the amount because it was purchased at a different location. My appointment was scheduled for 3:00, 30 minutes before my session I was called told that they would have to move my session to another time because they were running behind. This threw my entire day off. I do not recommend the Sandhill location as they are very unprofessional and do not honor what they tell their customers. Angel the massage therapist was great.
