The staff here have been so friendly and very helpful with every interaction I’ve had here. It’s easy to get it and they work well with busy people! Every masseuse I’ve had has been professional and welcoming. Their membership program is definitely one to take advantage of!

I am someone that suffers from chronic neck/shoulder/between the shoulder blades pain and typically get a deep tissue. However, I decided to try out the trigger point massage and I am so glad I did. I had Ben as my masseuse and he knows what hes doing. I definitely dont feel great afterwards, but its a good type of pain. I recommend trying out a specialty massage though, felt like it was worth the price.

My shoulder and neck muscles were very tight, which was giving me a headache. I stopped in here and made an appointment. The $75 charge for 1 hr massage was just right and my headache is gone. The workers were courteous and professional, and the environment relaxing as a spa should be.

I was abused during my session then harrassed for months afterwards!Okay, so I never planned on posting this story because I hate internet drama, but now its gotten to the point that things are beyond ridiculous and I need to speak out. I went to Massage Luxe exactly once several months ago for a friends birthday after having purchased massages for the both of us as a gift. When we got there I was immediately treated disrespectfully. Im a bigger girl and the masseuse seemed really uncomfortable working on me, which would have been okay if she didnt say this in front of my face to another co-worker. I may be big but Im clean and was dressed professionally so there was no reason for the masseuse to be this rude. After she reluctantly accepted me as a client, she was very short and rude with me throughout my session. I mentioned several times that she was hurting me but she seemed not to care and I was in excruciating pain not only during the session but for days afterwards. This is not what I asked for and I told her from the start that I was new to massages and wanted something very light and gentle, unfortunately she ignored me. I was treated as less than human which was very upsetting because this was my first massage experience. I wound up silently sobbing throughout the session and she genuinely didnt care. As soon as the clock hit the hour mark she just left the room unceremoniously. I went to the front desk in tears where they asked me how much I wanted to tip my masseuse (not IF I wanted to tip her). Because Im so non-confrontational I wound up giving her a 10% tip, then me and my friend left. Fast forward and Im receiving emails multiple times a week asking me to provide more personal information and book additional services. I click unsubscribe and nothing happens. I eventually tracked down corporate HR via email and they promised me that the emails would stop. Spoiler alert: they still havent. At this point Im basically forced to be harassed by my abuser on an almost daily basis and nothing I try makes it stop. Please, please, whatever you do, do not use Massage Luxe. They are a souless corporation who will hurt you for money and then harass you for being a victim.

Gabby was wonderful and had perfect light pressure. What a relaxing environment and experience. I will be back!!!

I am an athlete and get very tight muscles. Ive gone twice, both times for deep tissue massage. I had two different massage therapists, both of whom were very nice, but neither of whom knows what a deep tissue massage is. Left both times feeling disappointed that I had just paid $140 for someone to gently apply lotion to my body instead of doing what I needed.

Everyone at the front desk is always so welcoming and nice! You feel comfortable immediately. Eric R is professional and knowledgeable when giving a massage- one of the BEST massages I’ve ever had! He listened to my concerns and took special care to avoid any areas I asked him to. I immediately rebooked with him. He is well worth the wait to get in to see him!

I love getting my massages here! David and Ben are the best with theirsdeep tissue massages! Kailey and Gabby are both amazing with eyebrow waxing and Kaileys facial was very relaxing! The hydromassage is one of the best perks! Thank you for always taking care of me 😊

Ive been to several places in town and by far i have had the most consistently positive experience here. Both Tami and David are phenomenal! I always leave feeling refreshed and pampered. Ive also done facials and have gotten great suggestions for skincare regimens. In fact, its been such a positive experience that I recently increased my membership to get longer massages. Would definitely recommend. 10/10

The place is nice and massage is good. Their membership went cancelled all my 2h of massage time that cost almost like 140 dollars were lost and not remboursement because they convert that into a prepaid gift card that is only valid for a few months. It is still my money and with this life being so expensive and busy with school and work and life there are business. Was very not happy that it was not remboursement and that the gift card have expiring date with the same date on it while I called then months ago to switch that as a regular gift card because I will not have time to come for the next few months and someone said they will take care of it. Very disappointed there.

Wow!!! Talk about relaxing!! I had a one hour deep tissue massage with Gabby!! She was amazing!! Then followed with the hydro massage, nice! The staff were very friendly and atmosphere was very relaxing:)Will certainly be a repeat customer. The older I get, the more I realize health isnt just medicine:-)

My husband and I both went to MassageLuXe for the first time today. We went at different times, and both got David. We both loved the place itself, the cleanliness, the professionalism and friendliness of all the staff, and David is amazing! Cant wait to come back here again and again!Edit: Both my husband and I have back issues and we were worried that the massage itself or the individual giving it to us would mess something up. Was certainly not the case! David was knowledgeable, careful, and gentle.

Troy was super helpful on the phone when I called with questions. Troy set up my massage with David, he was the perfect match. Thanks to Troy, Katelynn and Dawn at the front desk I got a membership and was very pleased with the whole experience. Ill be recommending to everyone. The second visit was just as satisfying. Ron was my therapist and I highly recommend him for shoulder pain

If you want a very good professional massage, this is the place.

Awesome massage ,everytime I go...friendly ,professional staff..my therapist asks questions about my physical well being.. actually listens , focuses and customized her efforts on were she can improve my well-being..I have had a lot of massages and different therapist ,have been told that I am a very difficult massage...respect..I sincerely recommend this place

The employees are very friendly and kind, was greeted by smiles and amazing attitudes!!!! My therapist and my fiancees therapist was very professional, kind, asked questions and cared. I made a soft sound and my therapist stopped to aske me if his pressure was to hard, I told him no and he kept going. Most differently a 10 out of 10!!!!! We will be going back!!!

For my first experience here, I really enjoyed it! The location was very clean, the staff was professional and the atmosphere was comfortable. My massage therapist Shadonica was AWESOME! She hit every area that we discussed prior to my session and I left feeling very relaxed! I will definitely be back to see her! Thanks again Shadonica!

We never made it to this spa, unfortunately the masseuse got sick. So my rating is based on all the events prior to the day of the spa. Since I am from out of town I found this place on the Google and choose it strictly on the reviews. I called to make the appointment which actually went well. I was told we should expect an email with a questionnaire prior to our appointment. I was not informed to when I would receive the email so the day prior I stopped in to ask for a form, and was told we would receive it 2 hours prior to the appointment. An hour or so after leaving the spa, my daughter notified me that she received a text stating the spa was cancelling because the masseuse was sick. So I call the spa and questioned about our appointment. And she infact stated that they were trying to find a different masseuse to cover our appointment but could not. She was apologetic and offered another time, however since I came in from 10 hours away the times offered would not work. My daughter and I were very disappointed, and understand people getting sick. I just am curious why MassageLuxe never contacted me or why they never said anything when I stopped in. To me this is not great customer service.

I froze account, tried to at least. They got my signed freeze form but still for the last 5 months charge me full price. Getting in for a massage is incredibly difficult, especially when they cancel the morning of. Never had good experience with front of house staff. The 2 times i was able to keep and get a massage were nice.

I love this place! The staff is very friendly and professional. I’m a very picky person when it comes to someone massaging my body and I was so pleased to find Ron here at MassageLuxe! I have to brag about his gift, his hands of healing. I’ve only seen Ron twice and he has made me feel comfortable and completely relaxed. I get Swedish massages from him and I come out feeling like a brand new person full of life joy and great energy! Thanks for taking care of me Ron 😊 I highly recommend MassageLuxe and Ron!

I recently moved to Columbia. I’m a dental hygienist, massages are a necessity not a luxury. My sister in law was my massage therapist at home and is amazing, so I was very worried about finding someone equally great. I called and requested a deep tissue massage.i was given appt with Heather. After one session I was a huge fan. She is excellent. I love that the lotion does not leave you feeling gross and slimy. I bought the membership and it’s worth it! I’ve always been called back exactly on time or early. One month I did a seaweed facial, instead of massage and that was equally amazing. I’m planning more of those, in addition to my massages. The hydromassage table is also wonderful. So far, this is easily my favorite place and best customer service experience since moving to Columbia.

I had an amazing 90 minute massage by Cameron. Highly recommend this beautiful very professional place of business. I was very impressed with the safety measures in place to keep everyone safe and healthy during this unprecedented time. I was able to fully relax and appreciate my massage.

This place is great. Its clean and staff are always professional. David is the best at deep tissue. I have a pretty stressful job and I look forward to my massage every other week. He has even helped with different issues Ive thrown at him like my plantar fasciitis and issues in my neck and shoulders. I highly recommend massageluxe and David.

Had a random day off and was scheduled with a very talented and in-tune therapist.. Best in years. Scheduled another appointment before my therapist moves on to physical therapy career. His stretch therapy and anatomy experience made the experience way beyond expected.

Okay, Im here to rave about Rebekah.Ive been seeing Rebekah for a few months now and she never fails to help me where I need it most. Her technique is unique in that she is the only therapist Ive ever had (including places outside of Massage Luxe) that continuously listens to the body and gives it attention where it needs instead of going-by-the-book. Each massage is different and her perception and massage of tension areas is precise and intentional. Beyond all of that, she will also take time to sweetly educate me about my body and what needs attention at home; that has been a life-changing style of communication that has truly helped me along my health journey.TL;DR Rebekah is amazing and you should book her now before shes gone!

I had three massages and two facials scheduled for my sisters coming from out of town. They called to say one of the massage therapist couldn’t work today. I understand that but they also did not attempt to get a replacement in knowing that I booked these three weeks ago. Anyone interested in customer service would have tried do you find a replacement

I scheduled my wife a surprise massage package for today. They have a strict 2 hour cancelation policy. Less than an hour before her appointment she was walking out the door when they called and cancelled the appointment. This is very unprofessional. No new massage was scheduled for a later time that day. Instead they wanted to schedule one at a later date which is nearly impossible for us, due to kids, work and life in general . I understand things happen, but if it was us canceling on them, our money would be forfeited.

Cameron is AMAZING at deep tissue. Almost didn’t leave a review because I want to be able to book with him. He doesn’t distract from the relaxing by a bunch of chit chat and gets at those knots. Changed my perspective on only having female masseuses. Thank you, Cameron!!

Was very impressed with Cameron. When giving massages it’s very important to assess the client as you provide the first few effleurages. This aides in knowing where the client is holding the most stress. Cameron uses this technique to delivery 50 minutes of top end massage. Five stars is well deserved.

Ive had a different person each time for the same type of massage and theyve all been radically different. From perfection, to torture, to it felt like a kid just messing aroundand making circles on my back...The staff is friendly, the place is clean, and Ill give them a few more chances.

Be forewarned—this business puts very little effort into communication with their customers.I had a massage scheduled on a snowy evening, made my way through the weather and made it to my appointment 20 min early to find that no one was there. No calls or texts. Looked through my email (which I don’t check regularly) to find that Dana the GM emailed me asking if I wanted to move up my appointment. That’s it.Dana also did nothing to make things right except a “let’s get you back on the schedule! 😃” no thanks I’ll take my business elsewhere.

Probably wont be going back. One of the staff felt unfriendly and I requested a deep tissue massage but honestly felt like a back rub. I do think the therapist was genuinely trying, and the massage not being firm enough was just unfortunate.

Came across a one time special and decided to check out MassageLuxe. Called and booked an appointment for the next day. Unfortunately, received a call from one of the office assistants that my therapist was sick and ask if I could reschedule. Thankfully I did and got paired with an amazing therapist who focused on the areas I mentioned before giving the massage. Drew definitely uses firm (deep tissue) pressure, which I absolutely love. Deep tissue is nice if your body can tolerate it. Definitely drink plenty of water before and after. Maybe soak in an Epson salt bath. I would highly recommend Drew for firm/deep tissue massages.Also, the hydromassage table was fun. Something I have never tried before. Business was need and clean. Staff at front were welcoming and wonderful.

I booked two massage appointments about 1 month earlier. When I called to confirm one week before our appointment, they said they don’t exist!!!!!! I had a membership for about 5 months and it was fine. But this one was very disappointing!

DAVID AT MASSAGE LUXE WORKS MIRACLES!I have been struggling with complications from Fibromyalgia for years and I havent had this sort of relief yet. He not only knows what he is doing, but explains it to you so you can learn as well. 10/10. (Also tells a solid story) Not only is Massage Luxe a great place with a relaxing atmosphere, friendly staff, very clean, and is always a great experience, but you get to use the Hydro massage machine WHENEVER with a membership.Highly recommend.

Started my massage almost 20 minutes late, but they made sure to stop on time! Then hit me with a nice high pressure sales tactic to get me into a monthly contract. Take your business elsewhere. All around awful experience.

Terrible customer service. Would not honor a Advertised Ad on there Website. B/C it was a targeted ad on Facebook. That showed on there website. Then the lady acted like She was getting over on us. When I did find the Ad She still didn’t honor it because it was not agreed to before the commitment. Do not give these inconsiderate people your money! FYI the Lady I bought a message for, thought it was mediocre.
