Love this place!! Tucked away off of Treat it is a hidden treasure. I always get the full body massage. They give a cash discount too! I like a deep tissue and Erin is the best. I’ve been coming here for years and it never disappoints!

Wow. I just moved and Family Spa is 5 minutes from my new place. I was pretty sore today from the gym and from moving, so I called them up and went on over. So glad I did. My massage therapist’s name was Mia and it was the best massage I’ve had in a long time. She took her time and really worked out the knots with lots of pressure and some stretching - almost Thai style. The place is nice, clean, and welcoming. The heated pad on the massage table was fantastic on a cold evening. I will definitely be back!

Very rude!!I was trying to get a massage,me and my friend,the lady from reception get a foot massage when we get in..she was very rude “you can go around and come back in 20 min”…I feel so uncomfortable and we left..never come back again

My bf and I enjoyed our first visit we decided to come back and also brought my elderly father too. He wasnt pleased. Massage was too soft and only massaged him for 40 of 60 min. Unacceptable. We paid full price for 3 full body massages plus a $20 tip each. We will likely never go back. Dissatisfied.

Worst massage spa ever, poor customer service, $65 full body massage for one hour is not worth it, the lady who massage me today is on her phone. It doesnt feel Like Im having massage 😒 and after I gave a cash for the tip but the lady told me is too small. Omg they are the one who Will tell you the amount of tip u Will give.I Will NEVER RECOMMEND this massage spa.

Lucy is awesome..Ive had mostly great messages, but dont be afraid to tell them what you want like softer or harder. If they dont understand you then tell them to go get someone who can understand you. Theres 2 issues I have, it was last year so hopefully they fixed this problem. The language barrier and this place was horrible if you gave them a tip that they believe was not enough.1st of all theres a language barrier that made it impossible to communicate so when I was trying to ask them if I could use my ATM card for a tip because both me and my friend only had $5 cash on us because the prices had gone up from the previous time we went, which is fine because they have good prices but we got out the amount we paid prior not knowing prices went up so we only had $5 each cash on us and we wanted to leave them $10 each. I showed them I only had $5 cash trying to ask if I can put the tip on card and the guy that messaged my friend threw his hands up as to wave us on, started talking to the woman in their language but you could tell her was really mad and he stormed out if the room. So these workers, expect a big tip but someone needs to explain to them that tips are earned and they certainly wont be earned with that attitude. So we ended up walking out and they got their $5 tip for being rude. They need to be able to COMMUNICATE to their clients because if their giving a message and they cant understand if their client wants it softer and they keep doing it the same way, then they wont be getting a tip anyway. So teach your workers how to communicate with the customers AND most importantly, if a worker acts that way to a customer. They need to be fired.

Its a clean, respectable and honorable business. Kelly is excellent at releaving your body of pain from pulled muscles, knots and stress. I would recommend this place for a safe environment that is relaxing and helpful for your massage needs.

Have been coming here for almost 3 years and was always happy with the massage from all the therapist. Some of the people were amazing, some were good. Thank you Peter, Elon, Kathy... Today... Well... They tried to do the massage wearing the gloves.... looks like Ill have to look for a new place.

This is a lovely day spa, Vietnamese owned and operated. They do a variety of massage techniques, no facials and such. I have been coming here for years and their prices and availability are excellent. Really fun place for a group to go for foot massage, all in the same room .

This little gem is my absolute favorite spot for a lil getaway! Always a pleasure visiting here and cant wait to experience the massages soon as Covid allows for it.I received an email regarding their updates and I cant wait to get my son to experience this with me. They recently allowed children to join in with the hot tub experience and Im curious how my son is going to like it...

These reviews will not make a difference to owners but posting anyway. Pros: Clean. Cons: to me this is a sham. I can give myself a better massage. This is for people to whom $40/$60 does not mean a lot. You walk in and right away they want payment. I asked the lady if they do hand massages? Right away,yes but its extra. Apart from that no chit chat, no questions like is this your first time? what are your issues? Nothing! Just pay up now. I went for a foot massage. They dont even put a scoop of salt in the foot bath, just plain warm water. Then they just start working on the feet with as little effort as possible. I would give indications of spots that needed TLC but no reciprocation! I finally had to say yes that spot hurts, etc. Personally this place is a waste of money and I dont appreciate the lack of service mentality. Save your money, buy epsom salt from the dollar store and soak your feet. after you are done, take a bit of oil and just massage your feet(videos of youtube).

Lack customer service. You book an appointment, they dont even take a name. You show up and YOU have to say hello. Anything you may ask reasonably about, no qualitative discussion, its a straight, its costs. I.e I went for a foot massage, my question was, its an hour, do you also offer shoulder massage. Its same time, first words, it costs extra. Then silence, no exploration dialog, etc. They take payment in advance and there is a cash price and debit price. Personally cash price, no receipt, I know where that is going.The place seems clean. For the foot massage. They gave me a bucket of water. They did not even bother to put epsom salts in. I mean seriously!! It costs next to nothing. They just show up and start working on the feet with no pressure. No questions about are they hurting, sore, any specific things or issues. Even if you ask for pressure, they dont know know what a foot massage is. They would apply a bit more pressure for 2 mins then stop. I wil do my feet at home because I can. Not supporting lack lustre service and clearly a money grab. I know its small business but I REALLY do not appreciate these types of businesses that people like myself go in thinking, it is better to help a small business(and I am okay if its not at par with a big business) but to simply disregard the very product you are offering which is service(its not the hour foot massage that counts, its the service, the massage itself).
