It was my birthday and I wanted to treat myself to some self care. My facial done by Starr was so delightful. The facial massages were so well done and she was so communicative about the process before the service begin. I will definitely be back. Unfortunately, my 60 minute massage by LaTanya was not as pleasant. She asked me if I was having any pain-I explained my shoulder was tight. I thought that meant she would spend some time in that area-she did not. Before she begun she apologized if her hands were cold. They were very cold and never warmed up throughout the whole massage. Each time she took a piece of my body out of the blanket to massage-my body would tense because of her frigid hands. I really wanted to enjoy the massage but could not fully because of the temperature of her hands. I would suggest her hands to be warm before she attempts to rub on a person’s body when it is intended to relax them not scare them each time you touch them. Very disappointed in massage-would definitely go back for facial with Starr.

I 100% recommend this classy, upscale beautiful studio! I am an Active Duty Soldier in the Army here on vacation and I had my first hybrid set of lashes done in Hawaii where I’m stationed just 5 days ago. More than 60% of my set was gone after only having them on for 5 days. I was baffled and embarrassed to say the least. However, not only did Sad’e save me, she SLAYED me honey!! Her professionalism, her patience, her educational advice on how to take care of my lashes, and her amazing talent is unmatched. I will definitely be back for a fill before I return to Hawaii. Best spa Ive been to so far! Cleanliness and customer satisfaction is a top priority of the services at this place! They offer many services from massaging from lashes. My eyebrows got waxed and they were better than the nail shops I normally go to, Starr took her time then gave me advice to keep my eyebrows healthy!!

I literally fly 4,500 miles every few months just to use her services. she is literally the best. Not only does she provide quality services, she is very personable and kind hearted. She is always staying up to date with her techniques. She is also an educator, so not only does she help me maintain my beauty but she teaches me on how to treat my own skin with love and care when I cannot get to her. For my 50th birthday, my husband gave me a spa package with London Amari Studio. It included a massage, sauna, and facial. It was really great. The facility was clean and so tranquil. Star Baker was my technician and made me feel really welcomed and relaxed. That was almost two years ago and I have been back once a month since then. My daughters have also been going on a regular basis. It is truly a spa worth checking out.

I am thrilled with my lashes and brows! I wasn’t sure exactly what I wanted. I just wanted my eyes to look better. Ideally, they’d also look nice while sleeping and swimming, so… without make up. A tall order, but evidently it can be done! The beauty providers helped me figure out the right game plan for me. And now I look refreshed, and I feel prettier. Awesome!Update: I’ve tried Lip Blush with Isabel here now too. Wow! Now I don’t even need lip color. What a timesaver!
