This is my go to smoke shop, last time i was in i was accidentally sold a bong with a leak in it, i went back in and the guys made it right and sent me with a replacement. Very happy and will continue to go here. Joaquin is a great guy and im happy he was able to help me out

So this store states that if you buy a bad vape you can exchange it unless you leave the store. I have been shopping for nicotine vapes here since it opened. Tonight I stop by to pick up my stock of vapes for the month. I always buy off-stamp and have never had an issue. Tonight was different. One of the vapes was dead upon opening package. The clerk got one of his batteries and said to try that. The vape was very difficult to hit compared to other vapes. THERE WAS SOMETHING WRONG WITH THIS VAPE. I wanted to exchange it for one that was working properly and to my surprise I was denied. Now I hadnt left the store and the manager still refused to exchange the vape. Congrats to this store for showing me that $15 for a bad vape was more important to them than a loyal customer. AVOID THIS SHOP! Ill gladly pay more and drive to one of the other dozens of smoke shops on 105 that treat their customers properly, follow their own policies, dont steal from their customers.

We came upon the Melting Pot in Montgomery and was greeted by Nick. He was very knowledgeable giving us recommendations and information on the products. We’ve since been back a few times and have met other nice employees when making a purchase.

I really like this place A LOT. The staff is friendly, and willing to talk about what products would fit you They best. Just a really welcoming atmosphere. The have awesome D8 flower and carts, carry a lot of 3chi, which I think is the best tasting on the market. The ONLY thing I would say, is that delta 8 products are a little pricier here, but otherwise, good place to shop.

I always love coming into melting pot, Every single person that works there is so knowledgeable about everything they carry inside the store.. I really love the discount case, every time I visit I always end up buying some thing from that thing it’s always got good deals. The variety of rechargeable vapes is insane and that’s why I only go to melting pot. :)

Everyone listen here and listen well.This is the ONLY smoke shop you want to go in the area. This store is phenomenal!I had an accident happen a couple nights ago and needed a smoke shop at 11:30 at night. NO smoke shops are open right now during this pandemic later than maybe 9 at the latest.Not only was this store open, they were full of products that I had to stop myself even looking at in fear I might spend all the money in my account (poor college student).In addition, the guy working behind the counter was knowledgeable and helpful, but also very relaxed and personable. The entire shop, tho small, was personable and charming as far as smoke shops go.I left with a better product than I ever would have thought I’d find. It was inexpensive. So inexpensive. Like, guys...I go to smoke shops. Have been for almost 15 years. All over Houston, Dallas, Nashville, LA...I was shocked.If you are reading this and even entertaining the idea of maybe going to this smoke shop please go. They are independently owned and these guys are real salt of the earth.You want this experience, you don’t realize HOW much you NEED this experience.

I was super impressed with this shop the first time I went, Sean was very informative & helped me pick the best selection of CBD for my needs. However, upon my second trip there was a girl with short hair & she was not very personable, I felt rushed even though there was only me & my boyfriend in the store at the time AND she gave me straight stems in the CBD flower I bought just to make it weigh out right. Im talking two thick stems about 1/2 inch in length each with absolutely zero flower on it. That was disappointing, next time I will have them weigh in front of me so I can see if theyre trying to jip me. But other than that they have an awesome rewards system, wide variety & good quality selection for everything in the store. Ill go back but Ill be watching anytime I buy flower.

I had gotten the sublingual Delta 8 oil from an online vendor that requires me to pay for shipping and also a small insurance fee.Then I found this shop, the same oil, cheaper than on line! The people are nice and helpful and the store is open till 11 pm. If anyone needs CBD or Delta 8 this is the store to go to.

Melting pot is a reliable smoke shop that has literally everything we need. it’s open pretty late and the employees are very knowledgeable about all the products in the store. my boyfriend and i go quite a bit for vapes, papers, batteries, and rigs. there’s also discounts if you put your phone number while shopping there and we’ve gotten 30% off a few times which takes off A LOT of your purchase. we rarely have to go to another shop to get what we need. any questions we have are answered unlike some other vape shops that aren’t very sure what to recommend.

Good Customer service, but the problem its a got to that place to buy something to get me Hiiiii thats the point of all of this. A ask for the best stuff didnt do nothing, look like the one around the neighborhood its better, keep buying from your local farmer its better. ✌

It was ok but the person behind the counter treated my friend like she wasnt worth his time. In fact we went across the way to my brother in laws place of employment and he told her the info she needed to find the part for her vape stick. He works at an automotive shop. The store seemed clean and well organized. Maybe that experiencing was just a onetime negative occurance.

I went in to get something to help me sleep. The guys working there were really knowledgable about the different products they offered and took the time to help me pick some night time gummies that worked well. Plus, when I had a problem with a faulty battery they helped me out. I would definitely recomend this shop to anyone. Aside from that they offer a rewards program for repeat business.

Ray is so awesome and he sells extreamly unique pieces . I bought some hemp flower from him last week and I can say that my anxiety is almost completely gone . Not to mention the prices , you can’t get anything as great as what he has for the price any where els.

MELTING POT IS THE BEST SHOP AROUND CONROE. Melting pot offers a variety of anything u need. The CBD drinks are amazing and they also have these exotic pop drinks that u can’t find anywhere and the flavor is to die for. They have a point system so if u keep going back u can get discounts just for shopping there I recommend this highly to anyone looking for a CBD smoke shop

First time there and the fella manning the place was nice and knowledgeable about his product. Overall the place was clean, well lit and easy to locate. I recommend this place if you have questions about CBD products.

Best smoke shop in the Conroe/Greater Houston area. shop is small but has soo much inside. super clean, super friendly staff. Lowest prices you can find but also very unique and diverse products. Their glass selection is vast and inexpensive for such a small shop. i think they have the best cbd flower that i’ve ever seen and one of the former employees actually introduced me to cbg, so thank you, JP. if you’re looking for cheap but really well made glass or the cbd flower of your dreams, do yourself a favor and check this place out. they also have a cbd coffee shop next store that’s on some dispensary level quality.
