One of the best deep tissue massages we received. We also tried cupping for the first time. A little on the pricey side but well worth it. They do not ask for tip upfront like all the other reviews had mention. They work hard to get all your knots out and definitely deserve a big tip. Very professional, polite and nice. Highly recommend this place. Thank you Lisa and Lynn.

Against my better judgment I rolled the dice and gave this place a chance. I made an appointment for 7pm. I get there and they couldn’t take me till after 7:30. And the person explaining this to me, wasn’t even really sure if it would be longer. The place looked run down and cheap. The smell was nauseating. I never got the massage. I guess it was for the better and I should have gone with my instincts after reading the reviews and not trusted this place. The Health Department should check this place out. It just looked off and run down. This isn’t what you would except for people giving you this type of service. The prices are high for what this establishment looks like.

Awful. I have bruising and pain the day after, she stood on my neck with her body and dog her toes into my spine, and scratch marks over my body from her nails. Took multiple phone calls while doing the massage, and it didn’t even last a full hour. Went here on a whim and will not be returning.

The place is very ugly, the smell of mint is so strong that it makes your eyes water. The massage girl who gave me the massage was very rude, I felt a lot of pressure and pain when she was massaging. I told her that she was hurting me and she continued. She touched my boyfriends private parts, and was not careful. My boyfriend told her that he was allergic to strong smells and she still used oils with smells, now he has a lot of allergies. Very unpleasant and unprofessional. We highly suggest go elsewhere.

So disappointed...I got a 60 minute massage the lady didnt ask me where I need it most and just went to work I kept saying I need my legs worked on she just did my shoulders then when I was done she wanted a tip smh nope never again straight trash

They took me last minute, and with just an half an hour massage, relieved the pain of my neck and shoulders!

If you are a fan of or in need of a deep tissue massage, this is your spot and Lisa is the girl.Omggggg I just left there and feel amazing! I was very tight with knots all over and man did she get to work. Lisa used essential oil and her full body and got to work.I HIGHLY recommend Lisa for a full body deep tissue massage and foot massages. I have had 3 members at didn’t massage place but never really found someone that takes them as seriously and as good a Lisa. I didn’t want it to end (never done).Really found a gem. Never come back to this place!!! Very unprofessional! I got a voucher from Groupon and when I call them to make an appointment they told me I can not use my voucher right away because I need to make a one week early appointment. Whatever I had to pay the regular price for a foot massage! When I got there they ask me to pay the rest of the money for the service, they never told me there is a fee to pay with my debit card they just got the money no explanation! I got a 30 min massage and they gave me 22 min! And also the force me to give them a tip even if I didn’t like the service. NEVER GO TO THIS PLACE POOR SERVICE!!!

I see negative reviews on Sahara Oasis Massage but i can tell you that my wife and I enjoyed the massage very much. If you dont like massages that get in deep into the muscle to remove kinks and muscle strains this might not be the place for you. They might have other massage options that doesnt go too deep and its more of a relaxing massage rather than having someone go deep into the muscle. I personally like having spine cracked, and getting tight muscle to loosen up.I thought It was very straight to the point. The lady was very nice on the phone and very nice when I got there. They were all very professional and accommodated 2 appointments at the last minute on a Saturday night. I personally loved the oils to help relax the muscle so they can penetrate those kinks and knots. Yes the pad they put is hot however it feels great when they start to work on those really stiff muscles.I personally enjoyed it very much. Very professional. The wife and I slept like babies that night. (You are going to feel sore in the next day, but that is the point. Get those muscles loosened up!Thank you Sahara Oasis Team! You have earned a new regular customer.

It was amazing walking in the front door, the scented oils and water fountain sounds are soothing.We did the couples reflexology foot massage and it was fantastic. Its so relaxing to lay down on the bed after a long day and be pampered by these professionals. The massage therapist digs into the soles with her strong hands. I literally grabbed the bed to hold on because the pain and pleasure is so good 👍The oils, hot towels were refreshing to melt away stress, depression.We are definitely going to book another session.

Man oh man! First time here and my husband and I wanted to pay for more services IMMEDIATELY after being done. We went for the 30 min foot massage and let me just say you will want atleast an hour. The service was great, the room was relaxing and not to mention the soothing essential oils that hit your senses as soon as you enter. It may not look like much outside but don’t be fooled. They also honored the groupon price for us on Saturday even though groupon days are mon -Thursday which was awesome! 10/10 would recommend.

At was an ok massage, payed $92 and left a $5 tip. You have to pay and tip before the service. And when I was walking out the lady called me over and demanded that I give her 20% tip ($15). I had to cross out the $5, and change the total.

I understand that we must pay before massage as they had a experience with customer leaving with out paying but the 30 percent gratitude is forced before the message is done. That should be waited until the end and it its should be 30 percent .... They look at you like your crazy if you give them less as if part of a charge instead of gratitude. Other than that the massage are great but they need to change the flow of the business.

Absolutely HORRIBLE experience. i hate how u have to leave a tip before u even get your service done. lady was not professional, massage was terrible all she did was use her forearms & dig her elbows harshly. she didn’t even ask permission to put a very nasty cheap oil on my face & it started to burn badly! & she decide to put a HOT towel on my face instead a cool tower for my burning face & overall i did not feel comfortable i will not return again

Well... this was an amazing experience. My boyfriend of 2 years surprised me with a couples massage and it far surpassed anything I could imagine!!!!! As soon as he told me he brought it from groupon I was a little bit hesitant and asked him if he read the reviews. After both of us reviewing the reviews I decided lets give it a whirl. We showed up and it was pretty standard. Once we got into the room it was clean. When Sanny and Lissa came in they blew my mind. I expect a massage thats very deep and my boyfriend expects a massage that is relaxing and filled with aromatherapy. We both left extemely satisfied and cant wait until our next massage together. Ive been going to Lisa for a few years every time my neck & shoulders tense up. She knows the best essential oils to use for each area and pinpoints the knots. Its a deep tissue massage, but I leave feeling good as new. If you can take the pressure, I highly recommend Lisa.

I just left there! I went with my husband for a couple massage and we were so pleased! Very nice experience! They were very professional, clean, and they really take their time to work on your body from head to toe! HEAD TO TOE! We will definitely be back!

I purchased the groupon for a deep tissue massage and called to schedule my appointment. I requested a specific person and was told that I have to see the other lady because the lady I am requesting does not work with groupon. I never heard such foolishness. When you buy a groupon, you should have access to all the therapist in the facility. By the way, the massage is for 40 minutes, not 60 minutes she informs me to add on to their unprofessionalism. Horrible first impression. I cancelled the groupon and will be choosing another massage facility that actually appreciates new customers.

I was given an excellent pain management massage to heap ease the pain and pressure from a herniated disc in my lower back. Very nice full body technique that provided great relief.

I called before hand to get pricing. We were quoted $70 each person for a 60 minute regular massage. Quite expensive but its the holidays, we decided to give it a try. We get there and see the pricing flyers. $35 for a 60 minute regular massage, so why were we told $70? Once again its the holidays, we moved forward. We paid our $144 tab upfront and proceeded to our respective rooms. Exactly 60 minutes later we emerge to the hostess stating she must receive a 20-30% tip from each of us because she worked hard. Wait a minute, a tip is given if I or my spouse feel that you deserve one. But to demand one is insult enough. So, we said ok we will give you cash. No,no,no,no. Sign your original receipt and initial says the hostess. The look on my husbands face goes to zero dark thirty in 2.5 seconds. I walk out and the hostess tells my husband to stay while I go get cash for a tip. My husband walks out and needless to say we wont be returning.

Mandatory Tip? Yes @Jacovia Wolf. They tried to force a tip on my party and I as well. The front desk person got loud with me and told me that I had to tip for the other 3 people in my party I was the last one to leave. I tipped for myself and I actually checked with the others in my party after the fact 1 of 3 told me they tipped already and the other 2 weren’t happy with massage so they didn’t tip. So I tipped for myself (this is before she started to yell at me about tipping for the rest) and she brought up rest of tips I said is it mandatory? She said, you have to pay 20% tip and pointed to her sign, ‘Tips are Appreciated 20%’ . I stated, “It says appreciated not required “ she kept yelling at me as I walked out. Extremely unprofessional.@Jacovia Wolf this kind of thing happened to you 4 months ago and they stated there under new management in their reply to you but they are keeping up business in the same way acting like bullies. Apparently, they haven’t changed and won’t.

I went to have a spa day with the girls and as a group we spent over $500. They charged us an additional $20 per person to take a very uncomfortable shower. The massage wasnt even all that, the person that was working on me was putting their elbow hard into my tailbone. Also they were digging their long nails into my feet. Even after that they still tried to force a tip.

The massage was painful and the staff was very unprofessional. As soon as I walked out from my massage, the lady at the front desk demanded that I leave a tip. Instead of asking “ how was your massage” or “is there anything else we can do for you” I was instead greeted with a “ where’s your tip” Very unprofessional and rude. I told her just a minute, let me see if I have cash. When I put the cash on the counter, she looked at me as if I had two heads and said” tips are 20-30%. I was so upset that I snatched my tip away and walked out the door. How rude! Its one thing to ask for a tip, but to demand more is absurd. A tip is voluntarily based on the service you receive. One should not be pressured into tipping nor should they be told how much to tip. I have absolutely no problem with tipping, however, allow me to volunteer. Needless to say I will NEVER go here again. Not only was the massage horrible, but the service was trash as well. This place deserves -4 stars.

Reasonable. The massage therapist, Lin, did an excellent job! The lady at front desk could work on her customer service skills. She had me sit down a couple of minutes when I first walked in while she spoke to her cell phone company. Massage made up for that though!

Another fine treatment, with Lisa, at Sahara Oasis.Tight, binding muscles stressing my herniated vertebrae ( causing discomfort and pain) ; are professionally are manipulated and decompressed by Lisas massage deep tissue massage.The process for me is soothing as well, a Zen like state where I actually fall to sleep,. Lisa is a miracle worker. I have been suffering with severe arthritis in my feet, back, and legs for so long I forgot what it was like to walk and move normally Doctor after Doctor just offered medication after medication which caused more problems. Do not go there. Total scam. You buy Groupon and go there and they say you cannot use it because you have to book an appointment a week early. Only Walk in if you buy from them directly with cash. And pay double the price of listed on Groupon. Very sad way of doing business. Not professional way of doing business.

I had a 45 min massage from Lin. It was heavenly. The room and table were comfortable. Lin was great with her massage. The music and aroma in the room were calming. I hope to come back!

What a shame, but the truth is it was the only massage in my life where I left tired and sore... they dont know how to handle the body, the girl doesnt know if she doesnt speak English or doesnt listen, I told her not to stand on my back and she still did it , I had to speak loudly to him to stop! He massaged my arms like he was rubbing soap on me. I never felt this in my life, but I wanted the massage to end... I left with shoulder pain:The muscles have lines that you have to massage, if you dont work the muscle well, it hurts... besides, applying menthol cream for muscle pain is the worst idea, the smell is penetrating and annoying... There was no one at the front who I could say that it was not a good experience, especially because the masseuse dug her nails in and that is not pleasant at all... and another thing, we must respect that not all people like or are comfortable with being uncovered and see the breasts, even if we are among women! 100 dollars that went to the trash 🚮This was the first time that I came out of a massage tired and sore… she doesnt know how to work the body. I dont know if she didnt speak English or she cant hear. I told her not to step on my back and she did. I have to tell her loud to stop because she was hurting me…she massaged in a way like she was scrubbing, plus I dont know why they have the idea to put that cream that we use as like ice/hot menthol… the smell is too strong and annoying… her nails were sometimes scratching while she was massaging and that is unpleasant… and I do not appreciate that even though she is a woman like me but uncovered my breast here and there was not nice. Nobody was in the front to ask me how was the massage… 100 dollars that went to garbage

Horrible customer service.They have advertising on Groupon but in my case I feel badly treated. It seems that when I said I had purchased the massage through the app they automatically told me that they were busy and to call later.If thats how it is before starting, I cant imagine the massage.I do not recommend it.

I recommend it. I went 12 days ago and received great treatment in the place and the masseuse I had did a tremendous job. When I return I will make an appointment with her. She has magical hands.
