Really great shop, great atmosphere. The guys there really care about the customer and making sure the customer has an overall great experience. Jesus is definitely someone to ask for, he’s very knowledgeable and explains things very thoroughly. Definitely recommend this shop to anyone who wants to get off cigarettes and switch to a vape and doesn’t know where and how to start.

I visit this shop twice a week, they have a great staff, friendly, knowledgable, take their time for you. Always willing to assist with an issue and even repair more complicated stuff. I always meet great personalities there, and that makes it a social visit as well. Vapors like to exchange info with each other and these folks are happy to do so.

Ok so I went into this place just to have a look around. Was greeted Immediately! Will the manager and Aj I believe we’re super friendly and helpful. They got me into something I liked and needed had a nice selection of e-juice. To top it off they gave me a full break down of what I got how it worked and how to maintain the device and tank. If you live in the area stop by and check them out.

I have been to other vapor shops in the area and I must say that Vaporshark in Coral Springs is by far my favorite. The staff is extremely helpful, you can tell they care about you as a customer and want you to be successful to quit smoking cigarettes. I felt treated equal to even the advanced customers in the shop and feel very comfortable asking any questions. Warm and welcoming shop and 100s of flavors to choose from. Give these guys a shot, you wont regret it!!!

I recently moved to Creek and as an avid vape client Ive tried two other locations and two mods were dangerous clones! I know Vapor Shark is the gold standard around South Florida! I took the loss at the other junk place, Google took me here!The mods are all legit and lowest price around ...even the clones were double the price! You have to be careful with that I made a mistake, but the entire staff there tonight changed my vibe! I found a great mod, great price, my level of nicotine with great flavors! I even enjoyed the sharing of knowledge with the staff and clients. All of us had good stories to share about all things vape and CBD!I wont go to another knock off shop again! I have used another location in the past and it also was five star!I enjoy my vape and its these fake mods and bad juice that is giving this a bad name! I dont smoke cigarettes and my lungs are prestine no allergies or cough! I always stuck to the best places here and in Indiana over the past two years! This is my humble opinion but I know Vapor Shark cares and product is the best around!Thanks to the staff for the perfect experience and product!

Super friendly and informative staff. Ive never used an electronic cigarette before and they walked me through every step and gave detailed suggestions. Unfortunately the vape I bought was defective but they were able to exchange it for free and without any hassle.

I stop by the shop for a battery and Justin was extremely helpful in assisting me with selecting the right one for my needs. Also, I called the store directly for some troubleshooting advice and I am blown away by the service and professionalism I received at Vapor Shark Coral Springs

I had an issue with a mod and even though it was just past warrenty they went out of there way to exchange it free of charge and gave me a free base of another tank since they couldnt take off mine. Great service! Great staff!

That guy with the expansions on his ears is the worst for customer service. His attitude is so negative. O think his name is Kit, at least thats the name on the receipt. We went on sunday 02/26/2017 to buy juice and as soon as we get in i said. We need to try a lot of juices because we are kinda new on this vaping thing and we are looking for our best fit of flavor, his attitude was so negative. I will start buying our liquids and accesories online. The guy with long hair is a nice guy, wish he was there today. Sorry guys you lost a customer.

I recently had a Bad experience that Bothered me a bit. But got a call from Mike who is from VAPORSHARK. He explained to me what had happened during all the transaction and I was very happy to know that this was resolved. The fact that Im writing this Review now is because even after a Month. He took the time to call me and fill me in, Which is awesome to know that Vaporshark takes care of theyre customers. Im glad to know that there are still good people left who still cares about the Vape community and the Little guys.Cheers Mike.

Even a year into vaping Im still a newbie and they have helped me so much! Anytime I have a problem the staff will fix it. They are extremely knowledgeable!

Store is right at the Coral Springs center on Atlantic.The team is outstanding, and always willing to help.I have had situations there where one of the guys madr a couple of phone calls to resolve an issue for me.This is what I call OLDSCHOOL customer care.My wife loves their juice buffet and pricingKeep it up

I strictly go out of the way just to come to this specific vapor shark. Rj, Adam, & justin have always been very knowledgable, personable, and nothing but help for any vape needs i have/had. The store is always welkept, if youre having a bad day always try to put on smile on your face.

This is a great store. The staff is always ready to help. Every time my boyfriend and I walk in theyre right there ready to welcome and help us with whatever we are looking for. They always give great suggestions and their prices are great.

These guys walked me through my entire process step by step with honest recommendations. I dont go there often but they always remember me and thats a plus in my book. Great variety and really passionate about what they do.

I just came back from vacation and had my vape confiscated by customs in the country I was in (which really sucked). I came back on the 4th of July and called the store where RJ answered me and told me that the store was getting ready to close soon. I was able to take a cab home and grab my car when RJ called me and told me he was holding the store open for me just to make sure I could purchase what I needed. This location has earned my business as I am new to Coral Springs and didnt really have a home store yet. Thanks to the excellent level of service and great staff I will be coming back for a long time. Thank you RJ for keeping the store open for me on a HOLIDAY so that I could get what I needed. It is comforting to know I have a store near me that treats its customers like this.

Went there knowing absolutely nothing about vaping & after talking with the super knowledgeable people there we feel like pros!! Super clean..super knowledgeable..just all around awesome!!

Franky was so knowledgeable!! And sooo helpful. patient and kind emphasize patient for a first timer. had me sample everything and try different levels. great experience!
