Emma accepts walk-in appointments but is flexible in case someone has a scheduled overlap. From my experience, she told me to return later after her appointment (one hour) was completed.Once I arrived, she welcomed me, got me situated, and I chose the deep tissue. She definitely goes with dry approach with the sheets first, before she applies oil (in limited moderation, unlike some places where you need a long shower after), then hot stones, followed by wet towel, the sheets to dry, then a head rub.It was very relaxing but the parts I loved the most were her abilities to identify the tension in my mid back by my spine (no other masseuse has focused on that area, but when she did, she was elbowing a knot), her utilization to put my arm and legs into figure four to stretch out my muscles so she could elbow the muscle while it was stretched, and her ability to apply pressure with her thumbs, which I felt in my calve muscles.Definitely worth it, but be sure the remainder of your day is free so you can stay relaxed!
