Bought a couple vapes came home and could not open the top to fill with oil, called gave me suggestions went back there mind you took an lift ride and two round trips but the main guy would not help me or exchange product and was very rude to me. I will never shop at mad monkey again there are vape shops in corpus that go out of there way to help and do what ever it takes to help with your needs

Way overpriced with a horrible selection. Staff wants to act like they have only the best selection and products but they sell cheap junk at high prices. Same vape I pay 9.99 for in Dallas was 25.00 here! Dont waste your time!!🤣🙄😡

Solid selection of juices and vapes makes this a good place for locals to satisfy their vaping needs. Prices seem consistent with other local shops and the store is easy to get to. Staff can be a little grumpy at times but still an overall solid place to shop.

Im giving it 4 stars due to the great experience I have had up to now. I bought a SMOK NOVO 3 2 days ago, this being the 6th or 7th I have bought from this store plus having used them prior to coming to this store and this unit had a defective battery, it would only hold a charge half as long as all the other units I have had. When I took it in to get it replaced I was treated as if I had no idea what I was talking about. She did replace it for me but made it very clear that she was doing me a special favor in replacing the unit she sold me with a defective battery and in the future she would not replace another one just because it was not performing up to my standards. I dont know how buying a unit with a defective battery has anything to do with my standards but she made it very clear that was how it was. I did not appreciate being treated in such a rude manner all because i happened to get a unit with a defective battery. If you happen to be unfortunate enough to get a unit with a bad batter be sure you take the time to record the exact time the battery lasts because simply comparing it to other units of the exact same type regardless of how many you may have purchased is not good enough. Without documented proof you are obviously lying and trying to pull something off by simply requesting a replacement, not a refund or anything like that just a replacement as your word on it will not be good enough, you have no idea what your talking about.

The ElfBar BC5000S they are selling for $27 are counterfeit and low quality. Mine tastes burnt after 24 hours. Basically they are ordering them from China (dhgate likely) for $3.88 each in orders of 100+ with free shipping and making a killing off of your ignorance. If you get an ElfBar that doesnt hit while charging, its a fake and they got you.

I visited today and found the staff very helpful and pleasant. The selection was great and price of my vape pen was great. Will visit again when in town.

I hate leaving bad reviews, but I went here in a rush the other day and got a disposable that was $27.06. Gave them a $100 bill and didn’t realize until today I was only given $52 back, and now I’m out $20 dollars they stole from me as I saw the return was $72.94.

We went into the shop 01/22/22 and there was 2 young men there. There was no one else in the shop and they both took their time to explain juices to us and different types of vape mods. Every place we have gone to always looked at us as we were dumb but them they just was excited to help and even research a few things. We ended up spending close to 300.00 in there just because of them. We loved everything we got well we were a fan of the frozen peach rings. But the other 2 juices we loved and the vape mods we bought also we are liking them just as much. Thank you for the experience and a great time the whole 2 hours or 2 and half hours that we were there. Thats our new go to place. Thanks guys

Went to the Flour Bluff store for the first time yesterday and left very happy. The 2 guys were awesome! They were very helpful, knowledgeable, and didnt make me feel like I was a burden for asking so many questions. I will definitely be a returning customer. Thanks

David is awesome, very knowledgeable and friendly. The prices are simply great in coils and a huge selection of juices at a really great price. David got my wife everything she needed and was more than happy to eductae her on vapes. I highly recommend.

Best customer service I’ve ever had in a vape shop. The one thing that was missing from my day was coffee but upon entering the store coffee was offered free of charge, which was awesome!! Totally completed my morning and set me up for a successful day. These guys are awesome!!

Ive been coming here for 3 years now, Always Love the Family Environment, They always have everything stocked all the new vapes, they know more than any damn shop in corpus about vapes, There Sad Boy Custard Cookie is out of this World Good, I Recommend Highly or there other Shop off Everhart

The shop is extremely clean and organized, they have a HUGE selection of mods, juice, coils and all. The staff is super friendly and welcoming. Zach is wonderful! Answers ALL of my questions (I always have multiple) and is always a pleasure to see!

Staff, owners, absolutely miserable and rude. I would come to this shop only because of the location to my house and wanting to support local but after multiple visits and the complete disrespect and ugly environment, I have vowed never to step back in that place. As a local family owned business I would love to support, however when you don’t feel the same community and respect back it’s a no go to me. They are not wearing masks when walking in and as soon as you do they roll their eyes because they have to get up and get whatever is asked for,,, send you off with not a thank you or your welcome. Honestly, the biggest downside to this place is the fact that the experience is so impersonal. One of the things I look forward to when I go to a vape shop is being able to feel engaged. I dont feel engaged at all, there are iPads which are nice when its busy but Ive only ever had one other person there. And when its not busy its like either use the iPad or have a useless conversation.The managers are good for sure except for the fact that its rare I even get to talk to them. But the regular hourly employee is very short. I came in one day with cash in pocket and he made me turn away because he couldnt sell any products from the shop. Terrible salesman and extremely awkward.I would give this a 1 star, but they just opened up and I know that its not set in stone.Being that the shop is so close Its a shame I dont want to go here anymore.

I love Candace! She remembered my birthday and got me a set of pjs and even a small cake! Shes extremely helpful and very nice. The new girl is also very sweet and helpful.

These guys are great!! I pull up and they have my juice waiting at the counter for me. 60 ml of the best house juice ive ever had for only $16 is a deal all day long.

Well where do I start!!!1. They speak alien - My 1st visit into the shop required me having to make a phone call to someone who understood the lingo. It was actually funny to me when the girl realized I was vape dumb. I went in there to get a vape to assist in quitting smoking and I left with a setup. LMAO I am still vape dumb. She tried to explain some of the things but hey I dont speak alien just sayin.2. The staff was super friendly, outside the language barrier you know alien vrs. english they were very easy going and very easy to work with.3. You guys need to come up with a dummy package. Literally call it the package for vape dummies. Also translate the alien language to english so you can read it off a card when us earthlings ask a question hahahahahaha.All kiding aside, the staff was very helpful. I literally did not know anything about vape and the assisted me just fine. We laughed and at the end I felt comfortable with my purchase and it is helping me for real stop smoking. Been 8 days since I have had a smoke. I am even slowing down on the vape itself, soon to be nic free.I was asked to review some e-liquidsBLVK Peach Pear 3mg - nice flavor up front has a tendency to leave a bit of a harsh feeling in your throat the first couple puffs and then it mellows out. I would buy it again.BLVK Melon Berry 3mg - not my cup of tea really, I am sure its fine if you live in the life of rainbows and butterflies. Just not my speed.

Great staff who can answer every question about anything in their store. I got specifically for their house juice bc of taste ( I am told Im really picky) and price! Cant beat it! We are regulars now that weve found them!

Outstanding service and products. My wife dropped her vape in the ocean. We were bummed since we are from out of state. Stopped in. They had the same unit. Very friendly and helpful.

It carries many kinds of coils, juices, and vape boxes. It gives a 10% military discount. The staff are helpful and friendly. It also has a reward program for purchasing products.

The tanks and house juice combine to create a clouded and weak tank. Therefore; the tanks are constantly fragile and break. I took my business back to Monster Vape in Moore Plaza.
