Great staff, amazing selection, and perfect prices. To buy juice, you will need to order it on their website due to CA laws but they are able to same day ship the order to their location for in store pickup. All other items can be bought in store without online ordering.

I would give this place five stars but recently they have a change due to the stupid vape legislation where they will not let you buy Vapes when you walk into the store technically they will but what you have to do is you have to sign up and verify your identity and age on their website and order it on their online store and you can get it when you walk in but you have to go through the entire verification in each process and order on their website and then youre able to purchase what you want. I understand why they do this its just frustrating that there is legislation that makes us do this in the first place when we can join the army, buy guns and alcohol but we cant buy a dang vape.

Nice store with a huge selection of various type of vapes. Coils always seem to be in stock. Staff was helpful assisting me with finding a DTL pod system. You can buy flavored vape juice through their website and have it shipped to you, quick and easy. Just be sure to order before you run out of juice. Would recommend this store to anyone looking for a variety of vaping experiences.

I prefer this spot out of another one I have been to. The staff is super friendly and helpful. They have cut me deals and I LOVE the sales and clearance that they have here - one of the ultimate reasons why I come because I dont find $15+ a justifiable price for a new small bottle of juice. I also come here because they have a larger selection of non-nicotine flavors compared to e and they have a sample section. I havent had a bad experience here... yet.So basically:-Friendly and honest to everyone-can cut you small deals-has sales-has a clearance/sales section for juices.-sample wide range of flavors (used to be free, but now you pay a dollar)-will help you with your build/mod like clean, build, set it up, replace parts.- Store is simple and has wide range of juices on all walls and mods/parts/accessories in the glass cases.If I were to do something to this shop I would add like sofas, tables, and music. After all its called break time, right?

They don’t answer their emails in regards to shipping delays. They also sent me a juice that expired in September 2019, and it’s now February 2021!! Come on. You need to check your stock of liquids. Very disappointing experience all around. Will not buy from again. First and only time shopping online with these guys. Only did it because other reviews were good.

Always enjoy coming in here. They have a great inventory of products and a chilled out atmosphere. The staff if always super friendly and knowledgeable, and they always take the time to provide quality customer service.

No ejuice made from tobacco. Double check your order, the manager makes mistakes and its your responsibility to make sure you dont get ripped off. Dont worry theyll offer you $2 to make it right. Go somewhere else. I hope this place closes.

Great prices, great staff and very dope environment for a Vape spot. Ive been to a lot of Vape shops previously to this one but nothing really compares. They have a huge selection, knowledgeable staff and the clothes selection is very unique/coolTo see in a Vape shop! I wish they had a rewards program or gave out more deals but other than that, I would recommend this place to any of my friends. I walked away with a beginner Vape mod thats really nice and some Space Jam Pluto Vape Juice for $34! Thats a good price! Excited to try my new Vape tonight!

Ok so listen up, i dont write reviews but when i do . . . . it has to be the most extreme kind of service (good or bad) and i have to tell you that this place is EXTREMELY good. Ive been a heavy smoker for over 10 years and I recently quit thanks to this place. I worked with Irwin, chill guy and got me exactly what i wanted, if your like me trying to quit i would recommend becoming a member of this place. THANX IRWIN! you the man.

Very clean and well stocked store. Im new to Costa Mesa and Im new to vaping. This was my first visit to this store, and I know that I need to search no further. This is the place to go! The customer service I received from Andrew was second to none! He was patient with me and thoroughly described my new vape to me and how to add the liquid and he pointed out the basics to me. He was very knowledgeable and also explained the differences between products so that I was able to make an informed decision. I love my new vape! And I love my new vape store!

Its okay, not really that helpful if theres more than one customer. Totally ignored me and didnt help me find a juice I would like. They just showed me a book to look at flavors, Im more used to other vape shops being more helpful.

This is hands down the friendliest vape shop I have ever been to. The employees are super helpful and arent pushy about trying to sell you new mods. They have a big selection and are always running juice deals. Very professional and reasonable prices.

Great shop. Each of the workers is very friendly and helpful. The shop has one of the biggest if not the biggest selection of juices in Orange County as well as a large selection of vaporizers and accessories.

Definetly one of the most, if not THE MOST competent shops you can possibly go too... ALL the employees here especially Austin, Jake and Brain are exceptionally knowledgeable on all things vape!! The juice selection is NEXT LEVEL and the prices are reasonable too. Bottom line if you want good products at a reasonable price, and good customer service this is the shop for you!

Contacted them after the chip in my IPV 3 went bad, basically told me they cant and wont help me because it exceeded their return policy, even though I offered to send it in to see if they could fix it and I would pay for it, I recommend not doing business with them and go to a place where they are more willing to help

One of the worst places to go buy a vape or juice. Horrible return policies even though they sell you something that doesn’t work properly. And staff doesn’t know what the heck they’re doing.
