From out of town and needed a quick disposable. Found this place by my hotel, walked in and was greeted by two guys, Jared and Brandon. They helped my out, got exactly what I needed and was on my way.When I come back to So Cal, I will definitely be coming back to this shop.

This is a company you can really get behind! I had the pleasure of meeting the owner, John over the weekend and he is such a genuinely great guy. Reef is a company that truly cares about its customers and that authenticity really comes through in their products. I tried the great tasting tinctures and vapables but my absolute favorite was the Cannatera skincare line. Its beautiful, its luxurious, and its effective. It feels and smells amazing and made my skin look ten years younger! You can tell that these are products that have been made with love (and WITHOUT harmful chemicals and sketchy ingredients) and are meticulously designed to enrich your life. I highly recommend stopping in to meet some lovely people and adding some fantastic products to your wellness journey.

The employees are great and I would give them 5 stars. But the shops no return, period, policy is insane. I bought a kit here that stopped working literally hours after I bought it and they couldnt do anything for me. I get the policy is enforced by management and its not fault to the employees but its pretty messed up that Im just out $80. The employees seemed to want to help me they just couldnt due to the policy. I get why they have it but if Im sold a faulty a product, the employees tried their best to see if they could figure out what was wrong with it too, then I should AT LEAST be able to get a replacement.

These guys are great. My wife ordered me a 120ml bottle of majestic juice. We live in tulsa Oklahoma and shipping only took 3 days. Plus there were t-shirts in with the order for free...definitely recommend these guys no matter where you are...in person or shopping online. Great business will definitely be ordering from them again

I stumbled into Reef Wellness because I didn’t know what kind of store it was. As soon as I walked in I was greeted with hellos and smiles. The store is very beautiful and clean. The decor of the store is so elegant. John and Ashley were very friendly. I asked what type of store it was and they informed me it was a CBD store. My eyes lit up because I’ve actually been wanting to try it. I have trouble sleeping along with pain in my back. They showed me so many different products but in a way it wasn’t overwhelming. Also explained how it all works.I asked Ashley how her face was so radiant and she showed me the Cannatera Skin Care Line. She told me about her skin routine and I was sold!I ended up buying the Cannatera set (face wash, moisturizer, and serum) and Andhemp pain oil spray.I’m so happy with what I bought. They definitely have my business and I’ll be sending friends and family their way!

It was my 1st time in the shop and Chris helped me out and had all the supplies that I needed. Will definitely be back. 5 star service, would highly recommend.

First/Last time there. Bad customer service. Rip off from the get go, 1.00 dollar to try 5 flavors... Pushed to sell 60mil over 15mil. Tried to screw me out of their rewards points. Do yourself a favor and go to Mesa Vape instead, where none of this terrible behavior exists. Checked it out for curiosity, never going back.

So my brother and cousin were looking into CBD but we had no knowledge of anything CBD related. I did a quick search on CBD and came across Reef CBD.I gotta tell you, from the secind we walk in, John completely made us feel at ease, answered all our questions (which was a lot) and really gave us great information. I work in Customer Service, so I am very aware of how other people give me customer service. The customer service at Flawless off 17th is amazing! Danny is always more than helpful and Saloan is absolutely wonderful. I’m always breaking my vape lol and they will go out of their way to help me fix it as well as give great advice on all the products and equipment. My girlfriend ordered a 120 of juice on January 20th from their website. She was charged and told an email would be sent as soon as the juice shipped so we could track the order. That was 11 days ago and still have nothing besides an order number. I called the store twice today and left a message both times. I even emailed the gentleman I spoke to the second time and he said he would look into it and get back to me. And I havent heard a word. My girlfriend also called when she got out of school and was told the exact same thing and has heard nothing back. The holiday season is over, I have no idea what is taking so long and cant get an answer to where my order is

Okay so for the past 2 years Ive was using medicated cream for my torn rotator cuff last 2 months Ive been using nothing but this and the tincture I can honestly say I love it works great Im currently a welder and work 12 hours a day 2 of my coworkers have also started using reef and love it thank you guys for the products honestly changing my life

After I dropped my Suorin “Drop” too many times, I had to replace it. I remember associate who provided me with the most information was Cuordy. (🤞🏼Hope I’m spelling it right)Jeff, really nice guys @ Flawless sold me a Motiv2- and the darn thing broke down on me within a week. I went in and Cuordy sold me the Smok Novo Vape. It’s about the same size as a lighter and this little baby packs one hell of a punch plus a new Novo Vape comes with 3 cartridges and after that you can keep buying them in packs of three which if you don’t take insane hits off of- will last you a decent two or more weeks before having to replace them. The battery life on them may not last quite as long as the others, but it’s fully dependable and I haven’t had any issues with it since Cuordy sold it to me! Just wanted to say thank you Cuordy & all the guys at Flawless Vape in Costa Mesa off Bristol St. and off 17th St. you guys are super cool and have helped me stay cigarette free since 8/2018!! Keep on rocking!Update ; So far the Novo Vape has been the best one I’ve bought. (Thanks Cuordy for advising me to get this one! I’m so glad you work at Flawless!!) Cartridge Update;Smok Novos recently came out with 2 new cartridge options, claiming they make a difference in either the taste or the longevity of the cartridge/ flavor. The new options were the Ceramic cartridge- claiming it provides more longevity compared to the original ones for Smok Novo, and the Mesh cartridges- claimed to provides a better taste out of the Nic Juice.( I was warned the mesh cartridges do pack a little harder of a hit compared to the original ones.) So, I decided it would be better to get the ceramic cartridges since the original ones only lasted about a week or two max.(their cartridges all come in a pack of 3 for about $16 w/tax). Eager to try the ceramic ones but after a couple days of using the ceramics, I realized they suck.The original cartridges provide a smooth hit in combination with a snap crackle and pop to give you a decent hit of flavor...and the ceramic cartridges eliminates that entirely. I went through 2 cartridges in less than 3 days, hence no success in increasing the cartridges longevity.After going back, the guys at Flawless told them what happened and they said they had been hearing customers complain about the ceramic ones ever since they got them in stock. They were nice enough to give me 1 new mesh cartridge and asked me to let them know how it was compared to the ceramics/originals .. I tried it out, I immediately began coughing. Way too harsh of a hit and the flavor didn’t seem to change much.In Long- if you go into a vape store and you need to get some extra cartridges for your Novo, and you’re asked which cartridge your prefer. Go with the original cartridges. What do I think about all this unnecessary mumbo jumbo?? If it’s not broken, why screw it up by trying to fix something that’s not broken?The guys over at Flawless, told me that Smok Novo’s ONLY takes SALT Nic Juice. I was reluctant to try it out in my Smok Novo Vape after a friend got me the NON SALT NIC brand “Naked” in Yummy Strawberry 6.0% mg.The 2 flavors of Salt Nic. that I had were;1. Emo Nic Juice called SadBoy’s Blue Jam Cookie..?!? In 4.8 % mg.2. The always delicious Juice Heads Strawberry Kiwi in 5.0% mgUnfortunately they were way too sweet and aggravated a toothache I had. So I tried it out, and despite being told that my vape can only take Salt Nic. The brand “Naked” not only hit perfectly and didn’t mess up my Novo, but because it’s significantly less sweet than the other two I had, it didn’t aggravate my tooth.So go ahead use your Novo with or without Salt Nic.. It’s all good and won’t break anything!! I’m finally done. My fingers hurt..

Let me just say, what a great group of for a lack of better terms vape nerds that work in this shop. I was immediately welcomed and asked what I needed helped with. Im picky on what juices I like to vape & Sarah helped me picked out some fire new juice by Naked 100. She knows how to slang that premium e juice. Ill be sure to attend their Trick comp next month to show off my Gnarly Trick line. Great Employee moral!

I was just in the shop & the girl who was working asked for my ID & my friends ID, which was in the car. She wasnt buying anything & doesnt vape anyways. The worker said she still needed it so my friend just said shed wait outside. Then 30 seconds later 2 girls walk in one has her ID & the other doesnt. But the worker said thats okay just bring it next time & she was allowed to stay. So I asked why my friend had to leave & not her & the worker said she works for cut wood, the juice company, which has nothing to do with the law. She was very bias because the girl works for some juice company.

These folks have always been helpful and cheerful. The prices seem reasonable and I like the points rewards. Its very sad there is so many whiny beetches out there. I believe that alot of the negative reveiws are fake or competitors. I suggest u check it out for yourself. Support your local businesses out there.

Great variety of vape juice and hardware as well as CBD products that can be used in a variety of ways. I have been using CBD for about a year now and Reef Industries has some of the best product available on the market. I prefer the Vapeable CBD however they have tinctures, body rubs, and soft chews on deck. Thank You Reef Industries!!

I went to this shop a couple of days ago. This place is by far the best electronic cigarette shop that Ive been to in the Costa Mesa/New Port Beach area. They have the latest mods and best e-juices!
