Elle is really a rockstar. She genuinely cares -and is passionate about the brand, extremely knowledgeable on each selection. She went into thorough detail on how the concentration mix gives you that healthy energy without the crash of typical caffeinated drinks. I would go back just to hear her explanations on all the health benefits that this location offers.

I had a great experience coming to this spot. Best Kratom quality I have tried and it has helped me tremendously thanks to Chase. Very informative and gives me hope for healthier days ahead. I highly recommend this kratom shop.

I came from Florida for work and decided to check this Kratom Kava Bar in Costa Mesa. I was greeted by Chase and he was very helpful and provided a lot of information regarding their products. I use White Thai and Gold Bali for work— it helps to give me energy and socialize more. It works wonders! I also get their gummies and other powders. Highly recommend them. Customer service is wonderful and it is very welcoming here.

My first time using this awesome product. The place is located in the front of the building with huge windows so its easy to find. The personal consultation was very informative and interesting, with a focus on my needs. The products are exactly as they describe and I was so satisfied after my first visit that I went back again already. I will be a regular client going forward. In order to find out more about a stunning plant I noticed, I went to this store. Regretfully, the cashier was really contemptuous and condescending. She gave me the impression that responding to my enquiries was a major hassle, which made me feel uncomfortable and ashamed. The store itself is pleasant, but if I have to deal with such subpar customer service, I wont be going back.
