I loved the atmosphere of this massage center. I felt supported because they asked thorough questions.I had the 90 min. Massage with hot stones and Himalayan salt. I felt so relaxed. I went in due to days of insomnia and I have been sleeping much better this past week since the massage. They take a more wholeness approach and give feedback to feel even more rested. I really like this site and recommend.

We had a couples massage and both ladies were very attentive. They made us feel pampered and in our own little paradise for the 80 min massage. We definitely felt relaxed and refreshed ready to tackle whatever comes. We recommend booking your next appointment soon!

I came to Elements Massage because of my back pain, and I requested the deep tissue massage. I was so lucky to get Jin to take care of me!. I already feel the difference l, his technique and pressure is just perfect!

Highly recommend Jin for his exceptional skill in pinpointing problem areas and delivering instant relief. His sessions have notably enhanced my mobility and helped alleviate pain. Grateful for his expertise and professionalism.

If you are looking for someone who is an expert at working on the root cause of your pain, I highly recommend Jin. He is clearly an expert and educated in higher level techniques which can help you find relief. Ive been receiving massage for decades and he is one of the best out there.

Went in for 1.5 hour massage, Karla did not listen to anything I said, did not touch my back until the last 10 minutes of the massage. When I went in for back pain. I was offered a complimentary massage which was then switched to being charged for. Would absolutely not recommend to anyone unless you want to throw your money in the trash. Just go to massage envy.

I had a fantastic experience with Lauren for my prenatal massage. This was also the first time using the prenatal massage table which was wonderful. Lauren made a huge effort with making sure I was comfortable the entire time and all focus areas were met before the session was over. I left there feeling like a new person! Thank you Lauren!

I was a member at Brea Elements Massage, which closed down unexpectedly. This location allowed me to use my credits previously paid for.I have enjoyed the massage therapists there. Sven was my favorite of the 3.The reason for the 4 stars is they will let you book an appt on the weekend, but will call you the Friday to confirm. So you clear your schedule to be available and then they can tell you the time and therapist is not available.Besides being farther away than convenient, this inconvenience is the #1 reason I would not become a member.

My husband and I got a wonderful couples massage from masseuses who chatted with us about what kinds of massage we wanted and areas we wanted to focus on during the massage. They were incredibly friendly and sweet. We were very impressed with the entire experience!

Nothing but praise. I’ve been going there for 10 years . My therapist is a key part of my life.I swear I would be in a wheelchair if it was for her and my previous therapist.I go every two weeks for what as I call maintenance

My Massage therapist Arely was awesome. I could tell that she really knew how to give a relaxing and therapeutic massage. The massage helped me unwind from a busy month and feel positive about better controlling my stress levels. I felt cared for and that my massage therapist genuinely wanted to help me. She gently asked me how it was going, how the pressure was, and which areas I’d like to focus on. Since I work in an office, my neck, hands, and shoulders are really tight. I requested firm on my neck and shoulders and just medium on the rest of my body. By the end of the session, I felt soft and free of tension.

Second massage with Ricardo. After trying so many masseurs here I came across Ricardo. He has a unique technique with breathing to help you release the tension. I have a bad shoulder and back and after going with Ricardo I been seen a significant amount of improvement.

Update 10/2021:I have back issues due to chronic stress. Since I have been seeing Alexis since June (2021) my back has been feeling much better. I dont feel the pains like I use to. Alexis makes me feel heard when I bring up any concerns I have before the massage starts. Alexis gives me feedback and recommendations for the next massage. I dont know what Id do without her! The front desk staff are all so sweet and kind. They always have a smile on their face and make small talk with me. I really appreciated them too. This facility has a great group of people working here.Original: My husband and I had the best time for our couple massage for our wedding anniversary. Alexis and Valerie were so nice and thorough with explaining how the visit was going to go. I will definitely be coming back.

Best massage and cupping ever! Arely has the best hands and massage technique to help with my sore muscles and stress. I’m now a regular and loyal costumer.

Just rejoined and I’m sure I’ll be as happy as last year.The rate of $89 is reasonable for the quality therapist available. The Tues/Weds special for members makes it an even greater value. All massages have been good to exceptional and I think that all depends what you want out of your session. The location in Costa Mesa has a great staff and they use text and email for appointments, which is super helpful.

This is the second Elements location I have been to, and it is just as great as the one in Tempe. What I like about this location is that they do a lot of communication via text message. When I booked my appointment, I got a text with information about COVID-19 protocols. This was very helpful in preparing before my appointment. Also, as my masseuse had a cancellation, I was asked if I wanted to come in earlier. They even sent me a photo of the gratuity guide when I asked. So helpful! The staff is very nice and friendly. I have had two massages here so far, and each one was with a different masseuse. Both were great! They communicated with me during the massage very well. I felt confident that they really knew what they were doing and that they wanted to help me feel better. I highly recommend this Elements Massage location!

I booked an appointment for a myofascial massage at Elements for a relative who has chronic stress that sometimes exacerbates her tinnitus. Upon arrival to the appointment, the receptionist was welcoming and helpful. The massage therapist, Sarah, was very kind and accommodating as well and helped guide her through her first massage appointment. She also provided some tips and advice to help with the tinnitus. Despite having some doubts prior to the visit about the massage, the massage therapist did a great job making her feel at ease and helped her have a pleasant, relaxing experience overall.

Blake was amazing. Exactly what I needed. Ended up getting the membership and so excited.Valerie did an amazing job she hit all the spots and was very friendly made me feel very comfortable. Elements is an excellent place to go to receive a top notch massage in a clean and relaxing atmosphere. Great owner, front office staff is kind and friendly and the place is extremely clean. Ive been using Elements in Costa Mesa going on 4 years now and havent had one bad experience. I even tried switching to a place a bit closer to my home and after one visit, I returned back to the CM branch (the place I went to has since closed down, go figure).

Costa Mesa Elements is the best massage place in So Cal! I’ve been a regular monthly member here since 2018 and I can’t say enough great things. They are clean and professional, and very communicative with appointments and scheduling (via text too!). There are so many great therapists and treatments here — Kat and Noriko (prenatal!) are my favorite. The Himalayan Salt stone add-on is worth it and the prices are very reasonable. The value for money is the best! During covid, they’ve been extremely safe and cautious and have gone above and beyond following all guidelines. Thank you for your excellent service!!!

Lauren - Had a tough area on my back that was preventing me from going to the gym and I wanted to avoid going to a doctor. She helped greatly in relieving my pain and getting me back to be the best version of myself!

Booked an appointment directly on their website under the “book now” option when going over their couples massage information found under the “Types of massage” option. I continued following all prompts and selected the service of $99 for an hour (this is important when also seeing their rate of an hour for a single massage for $59). When I arrived at our appointment I was told that I did not book a couples massage and that I only booked an appointment for myself and my wife did not fit in to their schedule. When I insisted that I selected the service that was a much higher rate for the couples massage compared to their $59 for an hour for a single massage I was told that I had not been charged anything as opposed to offering any kind of resolution, or even as much as offering to reschedule for a later time. Not a single attempt at finding a solution for customer satisfaction.

Feby is an excellent massage therapist she is intuitive, listens to the client, and performs a deep tissue massage The facility is clean and well organized.

Easy to book, often available at convenient times, quick check-in for repeat customers, friendly staff, and great massages! I’ve seen a few different therapists, and each one has been wonderful. I especially enjoyed the prenatal massage too, for any expecting mom’s out there.

Ive been coming here for many years now, having followed my massage therapist from competitors. Ive been very happy with the service, cleanliness, friendliness, and the overall experience. This place has recently taken some serious precautions in light of coronavirus, and Ive been impressed with their commitment to safety.

Very friendly and helpful staff (not pushy). My therapist, Jappa,was AMAZING!! this is the first massage I’ve had since moving to California. In January. I’m VERY picky and he was the best!! 2 hours of heaven! And I feel great today :) he was also very friendly, experienced, professional and gave me some god exercises to do at home in between massages. I’ve never had anyone do that before. Kudos to everyone! See you next month! :)

The Costa Mesa team has been great. i have been a Elements Massage member for a while, recently moving from Stamford, CT where I was a member at the White Plains Spa. Snce transferring the team has been able to address my needs, provide constant updates and communication when scheduling changes are needed and Louis, the massage therapist Ive been seeing has been amazing in meeting my needs.

I decided to try therapeutic massage after noticing neck and shoulder pain during my workouts. I scheduled few sessions with David and the results exceeded my expectation. He was very proficient and knowledgable. At the final session he also informed me on other minor issues which I could overcome on my own through regular exercises. The only downside was some complications with the account management and getting enrolled on a monthly plan which was kindly reviewed and resolved by Erina, the owner at this location. Since 2015, I have given gift-massages to several relatives & friends and do recommend David based on my own experience.

I got their special (2 for 1) for my parents anniversary, and they absolutely loved it! The ambiance was perfect, and the front desk attendant was very sweet! My dad has horrible body aches due to his job and he came out like a new man. His masseuse, Gene, was amazing ! He was able to get some of my dads hardest area, something that he has been having trouble with for a while!

Terrible service. Booked a 60 minute massage as a gift and prepaid(with a generous tip). The massage lasted 40 minutes and the staff was rude stating “well I guess no one explained to you it’s only 50 minutes of hands on” but they can credit a gift card for next time. Will not be going back.

Elements is the best. Massages are incredible ,and wipe away lifes stresses. David is the best. The establishment is immaculate, and the front desk staff are attentive, and always call to remind you of your next appointment. I have been going to elements now for six months , and highly recommend it. Treat yourself to a great experience.

ALEXIS. Immediately found my trigger spot in under 2 minutes without me telling her where it was, I was impressed. Medial aspect of my left scapula, which had been killing me, and she started to release it by going to work on the intercostal tissue between my ribs. That was a first for me, but it worked and I felt great! I almost dont want to post this because Ill have to wait longer for my future appointments with her, but shes that good.

I love my Elements membership!! I go at least once a month for a 2hr, CBD & Himalayan Salt additions, deep tissue massage with Feby. I swear shes pure magic!

I was pretty nervous about going to get a massage for the first time, and I really didnt know what to expect. I soon found out I had absolutely no reason to be nervous, as my massage therapist made me feel totally comfortable and did an awesome job. My boyfriend and I did the couples massage and loved it so much we signed up for the monthly program. Sooo worth it to losen up tight muscles and relax your mind. Thank you!

Great staff, great massage. I had been in a lot of pain for 3 weeks with many nights waking up in agony from the knots in my neck and back... probably should have gone to a doctor at some point. After after being worked on by Jappa I can now move again and am in much less pain. After realizing how bad my back is and realizing I will need more sessions, I signed up for the monthly without even thinking.

My Elements massage therapist was familiar with Tennis Elbow, and inflammation risk.Never experienced such an exquisite muscle message, familiar with this occupational injury.Too bad insurance isnt paying for more, but as needed my money wont be wasted elsewhere.

I love how therapist Priscilla works to relieve me of my pain as well as make sure I have a stress relief massage for my total well being. I love Elements. Valerie is so knowledgeable and I love her technique. I try to do quarterly massages and look forward to them so much. Elements is far less stuffy of a membership than massage envy.

Staff is always kind and accommodating. The only criticism I have is that if your room is placed close to the front, you can hear a lot of movement from the waiting area, which can break the sense of relaxation...

This place is amazing first time coming here about a week and a half ago, and I seriously had the absolute best massage I have ever had i was having lower back pain for a week and the next day after the massage the pain was gone, I also have struggled with neck pain for years and years and really worked out knots I had in there that I didnt even know were there, took so much pain off my neck cannot wait to come back i would highly recommend
