Glum employees I have never made a bad comment anywhere in my life, but they really deserve it, from the moment I enter the store, they annoy you with their negative energy, they dont answer the questions you ask correctly, they talk as if they are making fun of you and dont take you seriouslyThey always tried to sell me the same liquid I bought from other shops for 4 times the price, and when I objected to the price, they said they would give a 25% discount if I left a commentEnglish was not the language of my phone when I was about to comment, and they took back the discount because they were laughing among themselves and looking at me with racist glances DecNever shop here they dont take their business seriously and they are trying to take your extra money employees approach you in a very repulsive and negative way

I don’t t recommend coming to this store at all their vapes don’t last only had it for 3 days and it had went out spent $45 with supposedly 8000 puffs think twice before you spend money here check out still smoking vape shops their vapes always work and have everything you need

I didnt really get a chance to look around very well. I was in a hurry but I had a delightful conversation with the person behind the counter and was able to find what I needed. I do like that they use the five star rewards app. The square footage of the store is vast and it looked a little empty. Hopefully theyll add some Center kiosk showpiece type displays or something in the future.

Terrible customer service!! One was sitting eating a sandwich the other sitting not offering to come around and help with the disposable in middle of the floor and they knew we needed help after struggling about 5 min at least I got discouraged and asked if they was not allowed to come help or what then and only then did we get service the kid that came to help didn’t know prices on anything he kept asking the one filling his face with a sandwich we finally said after the chubby one eating the sandwich answered like we was bothering him we decided to go elsewhere. Never again will I step foot in there left discourage, angry and upset!!

Let me be blunt 😉, Vape City is the GUCCI of vape shops hands down! I cant speak for other locations, but this one has such great customer service all the time. They are open 24/7 and at any hour I walk Im always greeted with a smile and a genuine warm welcome. I believe Cayden is the GM of the store and is doing an amazing job. She always goes above and beyond for customer service. Shout out to Chandler, Dom, and KJ too; thats the employees I usually see. The store is ran great and have a good bunch working there. Whenever Im asked where Im going, and its to the vape city, I always say Im going see the homies cus thats how open and genuine they are. Like I said GUCCI of vape shops or smoke shops, whatever you call them, TOP NOTCH. I recommend everyone to go there.

I like vape City because they have a 24-hour return policy. No money back but exchange if problems within 24 hours. Prices are good and when specials that really cant be beat.But then there is the staff. Ive been in many many vape shops since vaping has started and every employee has been extremely knowledgeable on the products theyre merchandise . However, ever since they opened the vape City on Cypress North Houston near me,I rarely see the same employee twice. Theres been a couple that dont really have the work ethic of someone younger w little if any product knowledge. Ill have to say that last week the employee gave me the worst customer service from a place that requires the employee to, at the very least, unlock the case to get out the product you wish to purchase. I had already given up on any kind of questions I might have had for this guy but I did need to get what I wanted to buy out of the case and it seemed as if I was really asking for him to go above and beyond his duties. Other than that prices are good I like the 24-hour guarantee and the buy one get one half off by two get the third free by four get two free option on the Escobar.

$35 for a bottle of 60mL vape juice. Absolutely ridiculous price. 60 mL retails on the high end for $20 at any other store. Even the price gouging rock n roll it has better prices. I literally found the same juice around the corner for $16. No wonder you don’t have your prices stickered to you products, its because you KNOW that the price is horrendous. The ambiance of the store is weird because its huge and there is no music playing. Its such an awkward store. Your employees deserve better. You are setting them up for failure and mental anguish.

Selling fakes, and they dont care.I went in to buy a vape (obviously) and the salesperson was very nice and convinced me to try something different, so I did. I noticed when I got home that it tasted .. bad (plastic) and wouldnt really hit. I looked up the brand to see if it was a me thing... only to find absolutely nothing. Not on Google. Not on Twitter. Not on Instagram. Not on freaking Reddit. Nothing exists because its a fake. Ape Bar isnt a brand. Elf Bar, which this is a direct replica of, is a brand. The more I examine the box, the more I realized it didnt have the right info - no security code, said nicotine instead of nic salt, etc. I took it back and explained the situation. I was allowed to swap it for something else, but the dude was adamant that Elf Bar had rebranded as Ape Bar. Nah. Anyway, stay safe. Its not worth the risk. Just buy from somewhere else.

So I’m definitely a “vapor “from a variety of fillables to the disposable , and Vape City has it all!!!! They’re loaded with almost everything , a variety of juices , vapes , pods , and all other smoke necessities. On top of that the staff is dope and knowledgeable. The plus is the fact that it’s 24 hrs !! It out dues a lot of shops!
