Riviera Spa - North Dallas Hillcrest Village

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Riviera Spa, and I can confidently say it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm and friendly welcome by the attentive staff. The ambiance was serene and inviting, setting the perfect tone for relaxation. The facilities were spotless and beautifully designed, providing a luxurious and calming atmosphere. I opted for a massage, and the treatment was beyond amazing. The massage therapist, Trey, was highly skilled and attentive to my needs, ensuring that I left feeling completely rejuvenated. One of the standout aspects of Riviera Spa is the personalized service. The staff went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and satisfied throughout my visit. Their attention to detail and genuine care for their clients truly sets them apart. Overall, my experience at Riviera Spa was nothing short of spectacular. I highly recommend this spa to anyone looking for a top-notch relaxation and wellness experience. I love Rivera Spa. The staff is friendly and always helpful. The atmosphere is clean, quiet and relaxing. We purchased the monthly membership and have had great experience with massages. Willow is amazing! We’ve also done the fire + ice sessions and float tank which we absolutely love. I do hope they’ll add a curtain between the lobby and the lockers/quiet sitting room. It’s a bit awkward with no privacy to come out of the bathrooms, or the changing room and have the lockers in a common area where everyone in the lobby and quiet area can see you.

Atmosphere is wonderful, it feels so healing to be there. Every aspect of the environment seems designed to be soothing... it smells wonderful, its quiet, the staff are impeccably serviceable and sweet, everything is high quality and clean. Its a true spa like atmosphere. But most of all - Jeanie. Its rare to find someone who is a true healer and she is a godsend. Thats why I dont mind driving one hour each way!

Riviera Spa is an amazing place to reclaim your zen! I love both locations but this review is based on my recent experiences at the North Dallas - Hillcrest location. I go there primarily for facials and each aesthetician is awesome. You can’t go wrong really with any of them, Valerie especially - love her! I highly recommend visiting Riviera often, it’s so worth it to me to take care of my skin with regular facials. I also love the products they use and they customize what they use based on to your skin care needs. Oh and massages at Riviera are also great! Go to Riviera Spa!

We had such a great experience at Rivera Spa! We started out with a 25min sauna and ice bath. That really set the tone. Then had a wonderful 80min couples massage. We finished off with their deprivation tank and we didn’t know what to expect but it’s huge! I’m 6’5” and my wife is 5’10”. We fit very comfortably and had a wonderful experience overall. We will definitely be back!

The facility is nice, clean, peaceful, and inviting. The staff is friendly and helpful. My float experience was really good. They have a relaxation room. I did not use it, but it looked nice and relaxing. This was my second time visiting Riviera Spa, but it was my first time at this location. I prefer this location, not that there was anything wrong with the first one. I went there for my very first float, and the huge tank there was very intimidating. Over the past few years, Ive only been going to places with the pod type tank for that reason, but Im glad I made my way back around to Riviera Spa. I enjoyed my experience very much.

Love the lounge and refreshments, changing rooms, shower room, and robes. Loved my experience with Jessica. She was kind and had excellent firm pressure like I wanted. I also really appreciated how she walked me through how she does the massage beforehand so I knew what to expect

I was impressed with the cleanliness of the spa. The facilities are new and well taken care of. Celeste was my message therapist and she was fantastic. She is knowledgeable and gave me tips for some of the issues I have been dealing with. I got the feeling she wants to help her clients with their daily lives not only while they are on the table. I also used the float tank. I have been to other float tanks and I really like how this one is set up as a big wet room and the tank area. Very enjoyable. I also used the infrared sauna. Easy to use and I had everything that I needed. I’m happy to have this spa so close by!

I CANNOT say enough about this wonderful place! My wonderful bridesmaids brought me here and I have never felt so instantly at ease. Frank was FABULOUS, charming, funny and so accommodating. He was helpful and attentive when we switched things up last minute and genuinely seemed to care that we had the best special day together

Wow.Ive been to spas all over the world and I can honestly say this location of Riviera lives up the the best ones (including the Ritz in downtown dallas and the high end properties in Asia). PLUS they offer you champagne with your treatment ! Whats not to love.First, the outside may not look like much but once you get inside you are transformed to tranquility. The staff is super helpful and the masseuses are outstanding.Theyve got one of Dallas only zero gravity pool things and hot cold plunges and saunas. All the things youd need to start your reverse aging process!Id highly recommend seeing Danna for all your massage needs shes super good at her craft and will get you rejuvenated for your day.Now for the gravy. The owner. Nickm is an entrepreneur working very hard to bring an amazing product to North Dallas. Hes got another location in uptown which is one most of the world is familiar with. BUT Id argue that this location is even better! Newer buildout with even better masseuses in my opinion!!Run now to get booked. They even have an amazing deal of a subscription program. Ive got a feeling they will be at capacity soon so Id get in early if I was you!

I love this place! I have a membership and look forward to my monthly facial with such anticipation! I really liked the fire/ice thing where you sit in a sauna for 45 min and then jump in the cold plunge bath! It will change your life! I dont get massages that often, but when I do, they are always very relaxing, and I fall asleep. My favorite front desk person is Frank b/c he has 5 Star customer service, very attentive, and a smile on his face. Makes me feel very welcomed! Note - there is ample parking in the shopping center, its easy to find, the place is quiet and relaxing, and price is JUST RIGHT!

Just recently visited with my brother for the first time and in short everything was fantastic. Starting with bright and friendly staff to greet and share the comprehensive and rather wide range of services and the therapists working , Riviera Spa is a gem of an addition to Hillcrest Village and the Dallas metro area . My appointment was with Dana who is skilled , responsive , and interactive massage therapist versed in a wide range of modalities. My business has me travelling through just about all major metropolitan areas and Dana and company at Riviera Spa area indeed a fine and welcome surprise and among the very best. I look forward to a return visit soon. thanks guys :)

I absolutely loved this spa! I’ve had a Massage Envy membership before, and this place was pretty much the same price but with a lot more fun little things and more services. Braychelle was my massage therapist, and she not only relieved my back pain, but she was friendly and professional. They also have a wellness program for $85 a month that is month to month which I signed up for, and I’m excited to go back!

The overall experience was very pleasant. I was warmly greeted as soon as I walked in. I went in for a body massage and Marci did an amazing job. She was very professional and attentive. She asked questions before, during, and after the massage to make sure I was comfortable. I left feeling very relaxed. I would definitely go back and I definitely recommend this place!

Great experience for my first float tank therapy! I felt so light leaving the tank! Our host, Arial, was absolutely amazing! She explained everything beautifully and helped us relax into the wonderful experience. 5 stars!

The spa was beautiful, clean, and relaxing. It seems all new and top-of-the-line. The esthetician, Georgina Salas, was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. I highly recommend her as your technician. She is very experienced and offers a wonderful experience.

Highly upset and I really feel like I was lied to! I’ve waited a year for this chemical peel! First appointment I was told do the gel based peel then come in a month for the actual peel I wanted! I went in today to be told the UV index is too high and I can not get it done! Welp that’s a slap in the face considering I knew what I wanted last month when I came. I purchased the products they recommended my first appointment (over $200 visit) . I’ve paid for 2 weeks of groceries to make sure I did not have to exit my house after this appointment and guess what I couldn’t get it done. Extremely disappointed and upset! Another year of being self conscious about my skin! Lucky me!

I love the Valarie, Clover& Frank. The entire staff are amazing. I love the new location. The amenities are great. I Would like to see at least small snacks like peanuts trail mix while waiting and group packages for parties

The staff was amazing to our entire party. The hostess Frank was amazing he made sure we always had drinks and that we were comfortable. He accommodated all our changes that were last minute without any issues. All the staff that provided the massages and facials were just phenomenal and made sure we were comfortable and had the most relaxing time. It was the best place for a party of 6 girls celebrating our sweet bride. We are so thankful for everyone.

I have been seeing Georgina for years now. I followed her from the Knox Henderson location. Shes incredible. Her pressure, gentle touch and knowledge of skin care are always on point. My skin always undergoes months of repair in a single treatment session. Highly recommend Georgina and Riviera Spa!

This place was awesome, honestly I’ve been to a few spots here in Dallas, and the service as well as the attention to detail and application of the work for esthetics is very good. Loved Olivia- her hands are amazing, I come from esthetic work in my fam- know the work behind esthetics- and I can trust Olivia with facials, I got an eminence Facial, with Microdermabrasion added- and a peel. It was amazing, her use of hands and professionalism is very good! Thank you Olivia, totally recommend!!!

Had a out of this world facial done at this new location! I absolutely loved Kelsee. If you want to get a facial done ask for Kelsee she was absolutely wonderful. She made amazing recommendations for my skin. Can’t wait to see the long term results. I already love how glowy I am!

I was super excited to learn about this new location close to my work! When I first walked in, I was pleasantly greeted by the staff and was comforted in the guest waiting room. I immediately felt very relaxed and was offered something to drink while I waited. I couldn’t help but notice how nice the entire spa smelled! It wasn’t overpowering the kind that would give one nausea but instead very subtle with calm soothing music to compliment everything.I was personally greeted by my therapist Jeanie who took excellent care of me. She made me feel right at home and kept asking me follow-up questions about what my body needed to make sure she performed the right kind of work. Jeanie provided excellent service and was very attentive to my needs. She even provided professional recommendations on what to drink and how to rest, recover etc. It’s always refreshing when you have an expert take care of you.I can not wait to be back at this spa location soon and give their other services a try! I am especially looking forward to getting skin care work done by Valerie Durazo because she was recommended to me personally by a close friend!

Olivia provided the best facial and was very knowledgeable. She explained everything. We discussed my concerns and wants with my skin and she gave great suggestions. I will definitely book with her again. She provided an amazing service. 100 percent recommend booking with her!!

Love, love this place. Best massage. Very attentive to what my body needs, and works the knots from my shoulders and tension in my neck. Staff is friendly and accommodating!! Looking forward to trying the floating tank.

Finally made it over to Riviera Spa at Hillcrest Village and the experience was fabulous! Well put together day spa and my service with Jeanie was 10/10!

Tiffany did an excellent job. She made sure to communicate each step. I have rosacea and she made sure that each step she took would be beneficial and helpful to my issues. I appreciate everything!

I really enjoyed my time here at Riviera. It was very nice and clean! Renee was super sweet and even let us try out the sauna/cold plunge on the house. It was so good, I booked another sauna appointment immediately and Im going back to try a facial. Im very excited about it!

Just what Ive been needing. Everything was very nice and well maintained. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful and the float tank was wonderful. Not only was it relaxing both mentally and physically, but it is the only time my back hasnt hurt without strong pain meds or physical therapy in years.100% recommend!

Steve is a wonderful masseuse. The tightness in my neck and shoulders was relieved, after my massage. I will be back to Riviera Spa!

The Hillcrest location is brand new, spacious and easy parking. If you like deep tissue massage, Emmy is your go to girl. She is one of the best I’ve ever been to and I’ve had a lot of massages. She’s not afraid to gets those knots out of your shoulders and neck, it’s true therapy. Don’t wait, book now!

I love Riviera Spa! Everything is so high quality, including the facilities, products, and the staff! I come several times per week for the infrared sauna and monthly for a massage. I love the holistic amenities and organic products!!
