Booked for my birthday yesterday. From the time I walked in to check in then leaving to check out, nothing but professionalism and an outstanding experience. They guide you to everything. The main water house area is amazing. Leona did my massage and Thuy did my pedicure, absolutely loved it they did a wonderful job. Please try this spa you wont be disappointed!

I received a traditional massage with Michelle S. she blessed me I appreciate the way she checks in to discover the focus areas my back was super tight from training,within minutes I felt relief. The front desk staff was helpful also.

I got a full body massage with body mud mask from Michelle, and it was wonderful!! Michelle was so pleasant to speak with and i came out like a baby after my service. The steam room is really nice to relax in afterwards.

Both me and my wife had our misconception of SPAS. Mine being that they are very generic, and they are just trying to get people in and out the door. My hesitation is that I have PTSD, and having someone is such close proximity would trigger my anxiety; however, the massage therapist Nancy was super understanding and catered to my needs when it came to making sure not to startle me. Im sure my wife briefed them in advance ,but I had a wonderful time and now I am getting a membership for my wife and myself. Outstanding service and great accommodations.

There is no place better for a thoroughly restorative and relaxing facial than at Pure Spa. Paula is extraordinary in detecting problem areas, understanding sensitive skin, and determining what is needed for the best results. (She also detected a skin cancer that the dermatologist twice just tried to freeze off. Ultimately, it required MOHS surgery. For that, I will always be grateful to Paula for her encouragement to keep pressing for a biopsy. She has a well trained eye and the compassion to back it up.) From the moment you walk in Pure Spa, you are warmly greeted by Brenda who can answer your questions, arrange appointments, and can understand the complexities of gift cards and monthly credits in order to give you the most amazing cost possible. I’ve tried many spas in the last 50 years as an adolescent fighting “bumpy” skin to now as an aged woman fighting the wrinkles. Pure Spa is IT.

My day at Pure Spa was absolutely lovely. Everyone I came across was kind, and the facilities were impeccable. Jordan started me with a wrap and was personable and empathetic. Moniques massage was dreamy, and I had so much fun finishing with Majda for an eyebrow wax and facial. Thank you all!

Massage with BRENDA THOMAS today. It was by far the best massage I’ve ever had! She did an evaluation of my body issues before we started and was able to target the precise areas that were bothering me. She was very professional and extremely pleasant. I would highly recommend BRENDA THOMAS for a massage.

When they say “you get what you pay for” it’s the truth! Yes this place is expensive but it’s worth it. I came for a mother and daughter spa day. I got the rejoice package for me and my mom with upgrades to sports Massage; added on a facial for me and pedicure for her. Our total was $583.Here are the highlights: attended to as soon as I came in for our 1230 appt, personal robe /sandals/towel/locker for me to use through out, offered complimentary drinks (wine, green tea, or water) throughout, the general ambience, and of course the quality treatments, as well as catered service (I asked for what I wanted and areas to focus on during my massage and I got it— shout out to ShaQara(don’t know if I spelled that right)). If I have any complaints, it’s the 2 other clients (that may have even been coming from the gym) that decided to spread conspiracy theories or high charged “information” on the COVID vaccine… the first lady even had the audacity to tell me “take off your mask, you’re not sick ” .So if at all possible, I would encourage Pure Spa and Salon to remind clients not to force their views on other clients and let people relax; I came to the spa to treat myself and my mom after a hard 6 months without vacation, working 16h/day for 12 days at a time. I did not come to have antivaxx rhetoric spewed at me

Today was my first time at Pure Spa and Salon. It was absolutely amazing and relaxing. Leona did my massage and it was the best I’ve ever had. Thuy did my pedicure and it was great and she was lovely to talk to. Will definitely see these two ladies again when I return!

Leonas massage was the truth. The woman absolutely is in the business to heal and promote well being, especially if you wear stress on your sleeve like me. Go see her - you wont regret it.

If I could give zero stars I would . I booked a couples massage in advance , received confirmation etc. was told through email and phone the importance of arriving on time or with time to spare in case location is difficult to find on maps. My appt was scheduled for 9am and I receive a call from the spa 26 minutes before my appt telling me all of a sudden my tech wasn’t feeling well . 26 minutes before my appt . Mind you I am driving from Terrell to Dallas . Scheduled my entire day around the couples massage and pool amenities after, it is my birthday so not only was I rushing this morning to ensure I get to the appt on time and it was something I was looking forward too and planned my entire day around. I am highly disappointed that I lost time driving this direction to be cancelled 26 minutes before my appt. Very unprofessional , I would never consider returning with such late and inconvenience notice due to the fear of being cancelled last minute again. Ridiculous how they have a cancellation fee but don’t do anything to return to the client when they’re appointment gets cancelled last minute . I was offered to still use the pool as if that was the grand luxury of the appointment.

Love it here. Been going for years now and they are always sweet. I’ve gotten massages and facials with no complaints.

Called and asked the difference between the acne beta for $69 and peels for $99. Was on hold for 2 minutes because the receptionist did not know that answer. Finally got me to speak with someone who still didnt know the answer or just blantantly didnt want to answer my question. This was to the point where i had to say my question was, what is the difference between the two. Instead of saying she she didnt know, she kept trying to ask me the problem with my skin and telling me that they are out of the acne beta. I hung up in her face at that point. I dont deal with airheads with terrible customer service. Goodbye Pure Blah, I mean Pure Spa

Birthday gift for the wife. She ended up getting a facial, massage, and hair done. Loved it so much, says she wants it as birthday, mothers day, and Christmas gifts in the future.

The full experience was a 10/10. I got a hot stone massage and a scrub from Michelle and a pedicure from Thuy and both ladies exceeded my expectations. Pure spa knows how to take care of their clients from the moment you step into the building. Super kind and accommodating staff! Definitely would recommend to anyone in the area.

I love spending time here with my girlfriends! The services are always exceptional, and the water room is the perfect break between services. My favorites are the body scrub, deep tissue massage, and any facial. We usually spend half a day, and I always leave feeling so refreshed.

Went here for a anniversary celebration and got recommended one of their couples packages. The facility is very well kept/clean and had an overall relaxing atmosphere. All of the staff there were super friendly and helpful. Thuy who is their nail technician was extremely nice and took the time to make sure it was a great experience. My fiancé said it was the best one she has had. Overall would recommend this place for anyone looking for a day spa.

This spa was amazing. Leona and Michelle did an amazing job. I had my first deep tissue massage and I feel like a million bucks. The spa and whirlpool were perfect and so was the ambiance. I would definitely recommend to everyone.

I booked with Jeanie online for microneedling. I specifically chose her since she was a nurse and I am also in the medical field so that made me want a nurse. When she pulled me back into her room she was very rushed and said “how did you get on my schedule?” I said I booked online. she replied oh that makes sense because usually they save my spots for the more expensive procedures. I was so in shock I didn’t know what to say.🤯 she was like well we will put this numbing cream on and get started. she left the room and I wanted to leave too. When she came back I said if you want someone else to do my treatment I’m totally fine with that. she said no it’s fine you are already on my schedule. So we got started and this was the most painful thing I have ever endured and I have had at least three other microneedling treatments at other places. Tears were rolling down my face and finally we were done. I was horrified when I saw the exact circles of the skinpen especially under my eyes. i had my treatment 3 months ago and still have busted blood vessel under one eye and I’ve been told I may have had some fat loss from overheating of the tissue. Getting filler to help with this. Please please do not go to Jeanie here and find management that cares. I called and sent pictures and the manager said I’m sorry she spoke to you that way….. that is it. I wasn’t going to leave this review but now after paying for filler and trying to fix the busted blood vessel I don’t want this to happen to anyone else

What a money grab!I purchased a gift card for a friend who scheduled a facial, massage, body wrap and manicure for the same day. The point of the gift was for my friend to be pampered. When the special day came Pure Spa told him that they only recorded two services for that day and that he would have to reschedule the other two another week. I was with him when he called to schedule his four services, so this is clearly their error. Sadly this behavior seems very consistent with the other reviews I have read.I spoke to him after his 2nd appointment for the facial and manicure and he described the customer service experience as “a nightmare” and thankful he used up his gift card so he would never have to come back. It was equally disappointing to learn they did not honor their advertised 10% discount for their oversight when he clearly had scheduled three or more services in one day. How unfortunate because the purpose of this gift was to have a relaxing experience and it seemed to have the opposite effect. I was also looking forward to booking my own services there, but have since reconsidered.

Astounding experience. Thuy did a fantastic job on my pedicure and I definitely needed some work done. Everyone should go see her immediately. Fastest and friendliest service using the best products. Make sure to ask for her.

My husband and I enjoyed our massages. We went on March 1st as part of his birthday celebrations and truly enjoyed it. Breanna and Leona were great! Will be scheduling our next visit soon.

Outstanding first experience here today with Thuy (for a men’s manicure and pedicure). Very friendly, great atmosphere, and an excellent job on my hands and feet! Will definitely be a return customer! Like many others have said in the google reviews, this place is wonderful!

Nice Spa, seemed really small but Im happy they were able to accommodate my request for an appointment the same day I called. The massage was OK and the facial was OK as well. They didnt blow my mind but it was enjoyable at the same time.

I love this spa. The staff and all of their services never disappoint. They truly thought about every detail. The Waterhouse is a great place to relax and you won’t find one like in the Dallas area. You get a nice glass of wine and relaxation while you wait for your treatment or after you are done. I am now a monthly member and it’s the best decision I have made!

Thuy was AMAZING! She was very friendly and so gentle! The water room is peaceful, and the staff is all very friendly. If I lived closer, Id make this a regular self care treat. It was a great day of pampering for our bridal party.

I called to inquire about a spa package for my wedding weekend. I was only told they could not accommodate oppose to being asked qualifying question such as to split the group up, maybe come at different times etc. just a flat out we can’t accommodate your party. I will gladly take my business else to enjoy my wedding weekend

I can’t say enough good things about Pure Spa!! The staff is extremely helpful with explaining their services and so knowledgeable about the high end products for purchase. I had Botox treatment with Jeanie and she listened carefully to what I wanted and I’m so happy with the results! The whirlpool and sauna are the perfect place to relax! I always feel rejuvenated when leaving!!

If you are looking for a 10/10 facial, you must book with Paula! She targets exactly what your face needs in the most relaxing way. Her shoulder and neck massage will put you to sleep. I have sent my boyfriend, my sister and my roommate to her and now we all see Paula monthly because we love her so much!

The main room of this spa is great! I really enjoyed their amenities and the calming environment.Just so you know, during all of my services the professionals talked and engaged in conversation (though I was often quiet) which was not my style. During a massage or facial I’d I’d rather relax and contemplate. It might work for others, it just didn’t work for me.Also, my facial has left my face with a lot of red spots that still haven’t gone away a few days later.Generally, would go back for the amenities, probably wouldn’t pay for a treatment again.

Me and 4 other girlfriends had a spa day on a Saturday here and it was very relaxing. Each of us got a Pedicure, facial and massage and they were very accommodating & professional. We even ordered a wine and cheese platter and hung out in the waiting area for a little while before our appointment time. They were able to stagger our appointments so no one was waiting long for their next treatment. They have a nice spa/waiting area with a Sauna, Shower and Hot tub. The locker room is stocked with everything you’d need to freshen up afterwards. The amenities are very clean. The only “change” I wish they’d make is to make the seating a little more comfortable in the spa/waiting area; maybe some lounge type chairs? It was great either way! We will come again!

My fiance and I had a couples massage. It was nice. The masseurs were professional and courteous. As far as the appearance of the salon Id say that its quaint and maybe could use a little updating and cleaning. Its not the nicest spa Ive ever been too, but it has decent price points.

This is so far our favorite spa in Dallas! After our first visit here, we ended up signing up to become a member! I love that they have a water house that you can use before your service, this includes the hot tub, sauna room, and a shower. They also have tea/wine for you to enjoy while you wait as well. I have come here for the traditional massage and hot stone massage. The massage therapists are great and I always come out feeling so relaxed. I highly recommend this spa for massages.

Love Pure Spa! My friend and I have monthly memberships - yall it is such a great deal. You can get a massage or a facial (or your pick of a few other services) for $60-something. They also have a great water room with a hot tub, steam room and rain shower you can use for free before or after your service. I always leave so relaxed. You have to try this place!

Pure spa & salon was at the top of the lists I went to the business & asked a few questions & I was blown away!!. The staff is great & friendly & knowledgeable about all the services & procedures that they offer n interest is is aloto of great services on the menu. They were able to get me in for my massage & it was amazing. Then we got scheduled for a li l botox in the afternoon. Great time , great outcom great prices. Highly recommended my fellow ladies n gents. You will be extremely pleased!!. Im going back in the next couple of days. Thanx Pure Spa!!

While I throughly enjoyed the services I paid for (massage, manicure, and pedicure), their management team should do a better job taking care of their customers!! The first time I made my appointment I showed up to be told there had been some complications and that my appointment must have been cancelled. I was never called to be told my appointment had been cancelled. I rescheduled and Nancy told me in the file she put that there were complications and that her manager would decide to handle it.Well, when I came to my rescheduled appointment no apology, and nothing done to makeup for the fact that my initial appointment had been cancelled.

Had a great time here! My friend and I had a massage, facial, and pedicure and everything was amazing. Only thing I didnt like was the fact that in the massage room you could hear everything out in the hallway (people talking, doors opening or closing, walking by). The massage itself and atmosphere in the room was perfect though.

I love visiting Pure Spa, which is not as often as Id like because I live about an hour away. However, I get fantastic massages from Leona and my nails and toes look great when done. This is a great place to take visitors and have a girls day.

Im 38 and this was my first facial and I loved it. The facility was clean and bright, and everyone was very nice. I left looking like I just got back from the most refreshing vacation of my life! Ill definitely be back.

I love this place. Everyone is so professional. The only reason I took away a star is because the scheduled me a late appointment and once the massage was done I wanted to enjoy the water room but they said they were already closing. I only wish they would have told me they when they scheduled the appointment and I would have came earlier to enjoy the room.

Pure Spa is my #1 go to spa in Dallas! It is in a great location and from the moment I walk in the door very relaxing from the music, kind and professional staff, and smells that relax and destress you. I have been going for years and have received treatments for laser hair removal, botox, and to get my hair colored. I highly recommend Pure Spa!

LOVED Pure Spa & Salon! I was there a couple days ago on Friday (2/10/17), for a Mani & hot stone Pedi. The atmosphere was super relaxing. The customer service was amazing! My mani-pedi was done by Thuy (Twee). Shes such a sweet lady & did a wonderful job on my nails! I will definitely be getting all my mani-pedis there from now on! Im looking forward to trying some of their other services as well.

I came here with my husband and we loved it. The amenities were clean and we got the room to ourself at the time since it was covid. Really nice to have the amenities to yourself. The massages were great as well. Looking forward to going back.

This place was great. Very clean. Only took away two stars because the whole visit felt really rushed. Everything is appointment based and well you have to get in and out in your time slot. But other than that staff was great and atmosphere is zen.

I got the Couple package and Kaity amandd Sebastian were just so nice and made the experience so wonderfully. I will be recommending this Spa to all my friends and family. THANK YOU to the front desk lady I didnt get her name, but she was so nice and explain everything to us so well.

I loved pure spa until today. I was wrongly charged. Instead of 199.00 I was charged 350.00. I called and was given the run around. The aesthetician blamed it on the front desk girls. They were not at fault. So disappointed. Will not be going back. I was taken advantage and then nothing was done to come to an agreement. I cancelled future appointments.

Mallory Mallory MALLORY!! Mallory has been coloring my hair for YEARS. She is super friendly and will listen to the exact color references you show or say. She does her best to ensure that you are completely in love with your hair. She also will give you the best tips for taking care of your hair.

When its good, its great, but they regularly have equipment like the sauna or hot tub on the fritz and the skill levels of the staff are not on a normal distribution curve. This place would be a 4 or 5 if they were more consistent, and if you find a good masseur you best stick with them!

Had a wonderful time with a good friend. Didnt use steam room, but whirlpool and rain shower were great way to relax and prepare for most excellent mani pedi I have ever had, and Ive been everywhere! Could use wider range of robe sizes. Water room whirlpool water was too hot when we arrived, went to front desk, and it was quickly shot full with cool jets to bring it down to bearable. Could benefit from adding extra towel stash in water room itself, as mine got soaked by accident. Otherwise terrific! Jennifer (who did my nails) and Nancy are a hoot (especially together). They kept the wine and water flowing. Jennifer is a thorough, attentive professional who has my lower legs smoother than theyve ever been and my feet as callous-free as theyve been since before I started running years ago. Her hot stone massage is incredible. Overall amazing. They even gave Groupon rate without forcing us to buy the Groupon (though their services regular prices are reasonable for the quality of the experience). Will definitely be returning.

Wish I could give them , negative stars. They ruined what was suppose to be a perfect day. They failed to call and let us know that pretty much everything they offer was not in working condition, all they could offer was massages. When asked how they can help us out ,Lauren was very impatient and rude. I can not believe I drove 45 minutes to this salon. waste of time

Relaxing. An experience to which to look forward and anticipate. From the women’s locker room and the fresh plush robe to the Water Room where we wait is lovely. While in the Water Room, sipping on delicious cucumber or lemon water, I always wish that I had brought a swimsuit in order to use the steam room and whirlpool. The massages are superlative {Sebastian}.

When we arrived, we were shown the Waterhouse. I had brought shorts and tank top to change into for the Waterhouse instead of a swimsuit as I had read reviews online saying to bring a swimsuit OR shorts to wear into the Waterhouse, but the girl at the front desk told me I could not go in there unless I had a swimsuit because it was co-ed. As if shorts and a tank top would be indecent???? I told her I had read online either/or and she hesitantly said okay but was visibly annoyed. Crystal did my mothers facial and she was really pleased. However, I do think they could have someone more pleasant working the front desk, I dont think asking the customer if they want to leave a tip is good service orientation, I find it rude and very forward. I had planned to leave a tip, but didnt appreciate being asked and especially considering my mother wasnt done with her service yet. Typically you dont tip until youre finished with your service and the esthetician did a good job. The steamroom was very nice but could have more lighting because with all the steam you cannot see and I almost sat right on top of someone. The whirlpool was cold, and we asked to turn it up, but after a half hour was still the same temperature, so maybe that needs to be fixed.

I’ve been going to Pure Spa for years and love it! Their service is incredible. Would highly recommend hair cuts and massages here.

I visited this place for the first time today. It was great! There is plenty of parking and I didnt have to wait long to be seen. My technician was very friendly and made me feel right at home. She did a great job. Very happy and I will be back!

Booked appt. for Pure from Head to Toe Package a month in advanced for my wifes birthday and daughters pre-army deployment. After waiting 2 hours they finally left without any services preformed. This place ruined their day and last weekend together for 6 months. I wish I could give negative stars, I am so angry. I will never use this place again.

Hands down the best massage in Dallas! Ive experienced many day spas and massage therapist in the Dallas area, but after Pure Spa and Salon I was on cloud 9 and felt great! My muscles were relaxed and my mind was rejuvenated. Ive made massage therapy a weekly ritual becuase of the excellent treatment at PURE!

I am your typical man. I dont get massages too often and have never even thought of getting a facial. However, I felt darring and decided to treat myself to the gentlemans facial. It included a shoulder massage as well as the typical facial.WOW...It was the most relaxing 60 minutes I have ever experienced. I dont know why I have never thought of doing this before. The facial starts with a gentle massage applied to your face. They then apply a steam machine that slowly warms and relaxes your face. After that you just sit there and get massaged on your face, shoulders, arms and head.I will be doing this at least once a month.

I got to my appointment after driving almost a hour and was pretty much denied service because traffic made us 5 minutes late. Just plain rude. I will not be coming back here.

The Laser hair removal with Brandy is awesome. She is very good and patient and makes this painful process a pleasant experience.
