I’ve been going to this store for a good couple of years. I love this store since it’s so close to my job and the workers there are some pretty cool people. Today I was serviced by a worker named Justin and he was super cool I absolutely loved his service. He was knowledgeable at a surprisingly large number of products the store offered but he also had this vibe that was as if we were already good friends. Even at first meeting him. I’ll continue going to this store since I already decided this is the main smoke shop I’ll visit, not because of the great selection of products but also the extremely friendly workers that bust their butt giving a great shopping experience like Justin. 😎

Bought an elf bar last week while on vacation and it worked fine until i had to charge it. Doesn’t charge. Light goes on for 30 seconds on the charger and then it shuts off. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. They sell faulty products here.

This is by far my favorite smoke shop Ive been to by my house! The prices were great. One day I walked in for one small thing and ended up getting a huge bong, a whole hookah set up, and a few pipes for a really awesome price! Its dangerous to take me in here because they have so many beautiful pieces as well.

These stores are under new management and are incredibly rude. They do not have the knowledge of their products and the employees here are known to assault fellow employees. If you shopped here for Terrance, he is no longer here. I would take your money somewhere better

Staff very helpful once I purchased my equipment the owners asked if I had time for them to walk me through using and taking care of my new equipment. There selection of CBD and Kratom is amazing. Awesome customer service. I am a new vaper and was in Florida on vacation and was scared to try. I smoke 40 plus years. The staff made me feel like family, explained the equipment to me and how to use it. I have visited other Vape shops and they didnt make me feel comfortable. I wish I could give them 10 stars.

This has got to be the rudest and most entitled person I have ran into in the past 6 months. You lady need to get off of your high horse and understand your vape dont stink. Think about how you want treated and respected and then ask yourself if you actually do that. These head shops are a dime a dozen and they will never get my business again.

Most definitely clean,well kept store. Large variety, and employees are respectful, however there prices are way too insanely high. We stopped in while out that way,my mom needed vape juice. Well forget it, we couldnt believe what there price was ,for same exact bottle(120ml)same brand(loaded) ,flavor etc. Compared to what we pay at our local in town smoke shop, flat rate 20$. So then as my mom was looking at other juices, again prices were extremely high,I asked,what they were asking for the exact same mod kit I currently have, The Mag(left handed) full size,(meaning ,not the baby mag) I almost fell over,when he said 130 something. I asked him how much he thought I paid for mine,he said idk a hundred, Nope 69.99$ and its Authentic,legit. So needless to say,we both walked out empty handed.lol wait ,no I lie ,we purchased the rubber bands that go around,an protect the tank glass. I think if they can work on there prices, they could be a booming business,with more customers. Both times Ive went there ,I was only customer in there,an was in each time a good 20-30 min. I do like the mystery bag idea they have,as i was explaining to my mom ,how that works. Was unfortunate,they had no 3mg bags or we would of maybe bought one of them.

Excellent experience as this was my first time buying a vape. Huge selection of flavors. Very knowledgeable. Those complaining are upset that they follow federal laws. Take your ID and theyre happy to help you from start to finish.

I moved to Florida recently and this store is conveniently right by my house. We had an awesome vape store where I used to live, and I didnt know what to expect when visiting this one for the first time; but this store far exceeded my expectations! The store is always nice and clean with a nice lounge area, and the staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Great prices and AWESOME deals!The other day I went in looking for a new tank and the woman at the counter talked me into getting one with a mesh coil to use with my VooPoo Drag. Walked out of the store with a brand new FireLuke Mesh and sure enough, I couldnt be more satisfied with it! And lets not forget the batteries that they recommended me just a few weeks ago when my old ones quit; the batteries they talked me into getting last twice as long as my old ones ever did! They know their products well, and they know what to recommend to their customers. 5 stars all the way!

Terrance the owner is a great guy good hearted not there to reach in your pockets just wants to give you the best experience with your switch from traditional Tobacco.

Nice to have a place that sells Kratom close to home. But your $10 more than everyone else. Ive driven 5 miles to save that $10. But customer service is awesome. Very knowledgeable about their products.

I walk in the store and it’s my first time ever walking in and the shop was clean and haddock these cool vapes and pipes and that had what I was looking for. This shop had great customer service and I really expect it. Traveling through for business and stopped by cause I ran out of juice . Well let’s just say Jason was an awesome help today and very Attentive. He gave me solid input on different kinds of juice and hardware selection, clearly he had first-hand knowledge of your products. This Vape shop had a damn good selection of Vape Juices, sodas, water and multiple pain remedies options (CBD cream, CBD roll on, Edibles etc). Much better than what we have in Tennessee! When I come back in a few months I will definitely be back!

Went and bought a vape device a few days ago and the device failed on me after 4 days. Also bought a few disposable vape pens and they didn’t last a day. Went back to try and return or see what they can do but got no help at all. Not going back. I’ve never wasted so much money like that so easily. Defective items.

High price, poor service. As a long time customer that spent a lot of money in the store, I continued to get bad service. Even had bad coil that they installed in a new tank, I asked for a replacement before I even left the store and they made me buy the replacement coil. Glad their is a new vape shop down the road, with much better service

Sold me $160 worth of the wrong juul pods. Then refused to exchange them for the correct ones. Asked for Virginia tobacco, got menthol. Not even kind of close. Total fail. Moving on to better shops with better customer service! Shame on you!

This vape shop is the only place to go!!! I had just quit smokeing.They helped me get something just right. They know what you need when your just starting. Will be going here from now on. Im blown away by reading the other reviews. Its like I walked into a completely different store. I dont know. Maybe the owner is having a hard time juggling three shops? All I know is I have been in there four times. Never again. I feel like an idiot going in there the last three times. Convince bit me. Now Amazon has my business. Thats convenience and they stand behind their products with out the bad attitude and being treated like an idiot because I know nothing about vaping.Heres my story. Smoked cigarettes for 30 years. Decided to quit. My son convinced me to try CBD oil in a vape for when Im in a major trigger situation like a party. I walked in after just learning it was legal. A middle aged woman who had the bed side manner of a door knob sold me a pen, a bottle of oil and a tank. The pen died with in four days. At that point I was in the middle of the country so I bought another and it has lasted me for a few months. The tank the Manager sold me was a POS. She claimed it would last me a week or two for $11. I was shocked that was its life expectancy. She stated, Well if it breaks with in a week I warned you. Okay... Thats an odd sales pitch. I bought it anyway as it was the only option in the store. It lasted two weeks and during the last week it kept falling apart and Id have to get the tools from my garage to piece it back together. Last night the glass chamber broke while trying to take it apart in order to put it back together. Okay, she said a week or two. Not a big deal.Today I bought a new one. After purchasing it I went to the bar a half a mile away and put it all together. It sat on the bar and leaked all over. I unscrewed it. Put it all back together and took a few drags off of it. Sat it on the table and it leaked everywhere. I drove right back to the store and said, I originally asked the best way for me to vape CBD. A new lady, much nicer but the rude one was there, says, Oh, this is the best way. I showed them how the one I just bought was leaking. First the Manager blames my pen for not being charged. She screws it into her mouth piece and draws it just fine. Shrugs and walks away. I ask the nicer lady if I can exchange this leaking POS for the good one and she tells me that is against FDA laws. I walked out. DONT GO THERE, unless you know just what you want and what you are doing. They act like coffee snobs at Starbucks. I just want a good cup of coffee and a reasonable price. Nothing fancy and nothing cheap. Lesson learned.

Went in there today and will NEVER step foot in there again... Me and my wife both have managed several vape shops and know the regulations and products very well. Whoever it was that was helping us boldly tried to tell us they couldnt fulfill putt request(which is fine) but then tried to hide behind the FDA as reason for it.. Not to mention their prices are absolutely crazy.. Terrible customer service and not THAT great of a selection honestly.

I have been vaping for almost 10 years and this shop is the best. They are always willing to help new vapers and answer any questions you may have. They also have the best selection of vaping supplies and the best prices in the area.

Customer service is terrible and the saleswoman that is on staff is needs to learn some better customer service skills. Also I wouldnt recommend their grab bags. They used bottles that have been opened or rejected. Would not recommend to anyone.

Purchased something less than 24 hours ago. they will not take it back. The cashier vouched for this unit and its TERRIBLE, doesnt work properly. I asked a specific question, does it do xyz, she said NOPE, sure enough I get home and it does exactly what she claimed it wouldnt. Anyway, never again.

I wish there was a no star ,I have been buying my vape supplies there for years ,I just changed the juul from a refillable e cig and bought it here ,I bought a 5 pack of pods and only 3 worked the rest leaked juice but I figured I just got a bad batch so went back and bought another one and they were worse ,4 leaked and didt work so went back and they would not stand by their product ,this place is just out to make money and not interested in their customers
