I found the prices to be a little high but the quality was right on the money great place to acquire CBD

Walked in and browsed for a second, great glass and great people. Austin came over and helped me out, got me exactly what I needed with some great customer service to back it up.

I was looking for a nectar collector and was recommended the terp pen from the employer when I got home i fully charged it and went to take a puff then NOTHING battery got warm and then eventually the led light wouldnt even come on BIG waste of $43.00 never again. Forgot to mention the staff was very nice but knew very little. Just very poor quality products with over charge

I only check this shop as a last ditch effort if Im looking for something. The associates dont really know how to answer real questions and the last time I was here the worker would only give me the answer Just YouTube it since it was obvious that she didnt actually know or care to know about any items they sell. Maybe this place should consider hiring actual helpful workers that want to do their job. Also of all the shops in Davenport this one has the least amount of good options and all of their items are very, VERY overpriced. Save your money, go elsewhere or shop online.

Staff knows NOTHING of the products they offer; the people there were stand-offish and very focused on everything else except customer assistance.That sayed they do have a nice glass selection.

Every time I come into the West Kimberly location there is always a guy, who, even though he is willing to help. He’s very rude. Doesn’t really Interact with customers and can be a little condescending. I’m never coming back.

Expensive. They have some nice local glass Id usually be willing to pay more than what they were asking, but I was looking for utility on a small budget and I couldnt find that except in metal and thats not something I prefer. Friendly, though.

The lady was extremely nice. You can tell she is appreciative of the customers and her main priority is to take care of and make sure customers are happy.

Yabba Dabbas ordered a bunch of American made products from us (local glass artists) and when we finished them, they didnt have the money and left us with glass and no pay check.Instead of supporting local art, they buy Chinese products, over charge them, and dont stand by anything they sell or care about their customers.I have a had a lot of customers make the switch from them to us or other local shops after over charging them and not caring about their business.I would not recommend unless you want to spend double the price for people that dont care about you!Check out Cloud 9 Smokeshop or Lollypalooza if you are in the QC and want quality customer service and quality pieces.

Great place, clean, organized. Young guy I dealt with was knowledge of his products. Prices seemed about right to me. Definitely will go again

Went in my buddy bought a pice I got one half off the total cost was 50.28 my buddy handed him 37 I handed him a 20 thats 57$ and I got back 1$ and some change 57$ -50.28 is 6.72$ I should have got back but its okay cuz Ill never refer another friend or will never stop back in my self this is bogus Ik its only 5$ but its money I worked for plus it just feels like I got robed to be told bye your employee that theres nothing he could do about it in didnt know a business could just take money thats the customers and not give them there change

I went for information about, and to purchase kratom, for my chronic back pain. The employee knows nothing about the product, including the name of the ONLY type they sell. He called it megaladon. Unless he is selling an herbal supplement made from prehistoric sharks, Im pretty sure he means maeng da. Take that as a lesson kiddos, Always buy your drugs from a well knowledged, reputable dealer.

Poor customer service, overpriced and shady. They sell cheap products that will fail you quick. Buy online & direct. Would not recommend these guys.
