Hey everyone, I went into the hut in Davis ca, like my 3rd time, the young kid was very nice, I bought a new torch because my lighter goes out when trying to light a cigarette while driving, the torch I bought was pretty and so I bought it , the only thing is it has a huge flame even when turned down all they, I came back with the torch and it’s original packaging, I did not want my money back I hustled wanted a new torch, no where on the window did it say no refunds, no exchanges. The owner or manager got really belligerent with me, I was upset that he stereotyped me. Please please take your business somewhere else ,The Hut is not friendly at all and I will 62 years of age and don’t to put up with micro prednisone to say the least.

Great place with good workers and an amazing owner. A glass piece broke in the shop and the first thing he wanted to do was make sure everyone and his dog were okay. Best smoke shop around.

Probably the best vape/smoke shop Ive been to. The selection here cant be beat. There is a variety of glassware and vapes that range from entry level affordable to very high end. The thing that makes this shop the best though is the owner. He is very knowledgeable of all his product, super helpful and friendly. For some reason most smoke shops I go to I feel intimidated by staff because they can be unfriendly and unhelpful, but thats not the case here. This place is great, maybe a little less known because it isnt downtown, but trust me youll not want to go anywhere else. Check this place out.

Came multiple different times and was told different things about items available for sale to me. I’m 20 nearing 21. So I get it, I legally can not buy glass or nicotine or tabacco. I can legally buy anything without those items. Maybe it’s there store policy, not the case. I have bought many non-tabacco wraps from them. It’s a waste of gas because of inconsistent store policy within employees. Never coming again.

Hands down the only place you should purchase your smoke related goods! The prices are the best in the area by at least ten bucks, and The quality and service are second to none. We will be returning here constantly !

I have been into smoke hut probably a dozen times over the past few years and have a bunch of friend who recommend it. I always receive friendly service, and if you are willing to talk the these guys for a bit and really work with them, they hook it up. I have talked with the owner several times. He recognizes me every time I come in now. Its nice to have a little place that treats you right!

Great little shop! The guy working the counter was super helpful to a new vaper like me. Good recommendations and a huge selection. Didn’t feel like a seedy head shop at all. Professional operation and I’ll definitely go back when I run out of juice.

Been coming here for about a year. Guy sold me on an aspire product. Cool, works fine at first.By the end of the day it breaks down on me, and starts shooting burning hot vape juice.He gives me a free replacement coil for the vape. I look at it and it’s used. I mention it, he brushes it off like he’s doing me a favor even though I’m fine with paying for a new coil, but whatever. Get home, it’s the wrong coil.Seems like he ordered these, got complaints about it and so he’s trying to get rid of the remaining stock. I get it.Still, putting it out there for those who care to read it.

Ive gotten vape juice from these guys a few times and that has been a good experience. I recently bought a Kushi C30 Mini mod from these guys which it seems like they are an exclusive dealer for this company. It has been a good product overall, but I have been trying to get a replacement coil from them for over 3 weeks now and every time I call or go in it seems like they just give me the run around saying they are still ordering it. I dont think I will come back here.

Love this smoke shop, has everything and will get you anything you ask for. A lot more personable and friendly, low key atmosphere.

Blowers beware if your a local blower dont stop or take a check from this shop you will get ripped of over 8 months and still not paid off.shoppers you are buying glass thats unpaid.
