The owner and his employee were both absolutely awesome. They were extremely polite, kind, informational, and helpful! They offer wonderful discounts for first time customers, and clearly only have their customers best interest in mind, not just sales. By far one of the best customer service experiences I have had. Their products seem pure compared to competitors, and I would recommend to a friend!

This place is great. Quality products and friendly staff. The manager is fantastic. She is so nice and helpful and very welcoming. It is such a refreshing change from the normal customer service I seem to receive these days.

Stopped in with the intent to find a new vape mod, and Johnathan was extremely helpful! He explained the features of many devices and helped me pick something Ill probably use for a good long time! He also was kind enough to set up the entire thing for me, juice and all. Definitely my new favorite shop.

I went in because I had bought some batteries few days earlier from the Lincoln store and one had already failed. Acted like it was charging but when I put it in my vape it would say it was 0%. The man that was there was very happy to help he swap them out free of charge for me. Gave me a good deal on a new charger in case my charger was the one frying the batteries. He also helped me choose a new mod that was compatible with my current tank and coil. He seemed very eager to help and tried to sell me nothing but he got my business because there was no pressure. I would go to the store again.

I have been buying my juice there for years. Went in and purchased a new vape system. Lindsay was very helpful and always has a smile on her face. Everyone has always been very helpful. Highly recommend this vape shop and they also have a nice assortment of other smoking accessories.

I went into this shop to get an upgrade for my box, I walked in with a large budget and took recommendations. I was looking for power and quality, and I was not disappointed. The Mod + Tank combination was pitch perfect for my taste and they showed me how to set it up in store. And the Juice recommendation was amazing and had great flavor. Professional staff, friendly, and helpful. Good service, am now a regular for my juices and equipment.

A great experience every time! The staff are knowledgeable and friendly. They never hard sell. Always willing to demonstrate/instruct on their products. I always leave with exactly what I was looking for! They really help you zero in on mod/tank combinations that will satisfy your tastes, but wont kill your wallet.Mister-E juices are my go-to brand. The quality is awesome, the pricing is great, and the flavors are on point. There are a few other brands that I enjoy, but Mister-E puts out All-Day flavor profiles that match or exceed most that I have tried.

If you are looking for a clean and orderly facility with exceptional customer service with quality juices & vapes. LOOK NOT FURTHER!! Lindsey was extremely knowledgeable in all their products and juices. This is the only Vape shop I will go to!!

The crew here is so cool. Im older.and dont have alot to spend. Theyre so helpful and so respectful. Myself and two of my coworkers come in and everyone that works there explain so many things to us. We love the fact that we can taste the different flavots before we choose something we make not like.i may not be a customer that can spend alot but im a very loyal customer and this is the only shop Ill go to and Ill be telling everyone else to come here. The employees here are the friendliest and most knowledgeable of any vape store Ive been to. You can tell they have years of experience in building and maintaining vape products.

Not fond of this place at all. Last time i visited. They sold me a garbage. And would not stand by their error. On top of that had one of their employees trying to sell me their home made stick mod for over 300 bucks. Never been back.

Must have been a bad day. The ladies tried to help. But the guy who said he was a manager didn’t seem to care about helping out at all. All I wanted was a opinion about weather he could order a particular brand. He just didn’t know.

I went there to get a vape bought one lasted for 4 blocks had to take it back it was leaking they said it was fixed i used it for 30 minutes leaked out into my shirt went back today they changed the top piece i used it the rest of the day until 830 tonight went to pick it up and all the juice had leaked out its not a good experience
