Palm Beach Liquors

They scammed me. They failed to report item changes twice so I couldn’t get refunds on my order twice. They switched, for example, a bottle of Tennessee flavored diluted moonshine, for a single serving of unflavored moonshine and charged me the same thing. They did this twice. Could be incompetence I guess? Either way, I wouldn’t recommend ordering/shopping from these people.

I recently visited Palm Beach Liquors and was impressed by the friendly and helpful staff. The owner was also on hand and made sure I had everything I needed. They have a wide selection of liquors, and if they dont have what youre looking for, theyre willing to order it from anywhere in the world. Great customer service!!, Visit the store and youll love the customer service and you would astonish with the collect of liquors in the store.

Great lil family owned store! They are one of the few that still sell Russian alcohol. People seem to not realize that theyre canceling an entire culture. There are a lot of Russian Americans here. Theyre whisky selection is also amazing! This is my new favorite store over Total Wine!

The owner is amazing! He recommended a flavored whiskey and he happened to have an open bottle, so we were able to taste it. It was fabulous.

Always had fun in the past going to the wine tastings here and bringing new people but this last tasting was disappointing. I was disappointed and embarrassed at the fact that I was given a hard time at this evenings wine tasting 9/14/19, I was purchasing something else not knowing that you guys now request that we purchase from the list to take advantage of the $10 discount. I was still given a hard time to purchase the wine as my 2nd option after explaining to the cashier that the wine given to me to purchase was brought over by the woman who poured the wine from her table, not sure if I want to revisit you guys again....and I brought a NEW guest to the event, a lil embarrassing for them as well.

Nice people there but the prices on special bourbon are INSANE! $899 for EH Taylor BP, $999 for Blanton’s SFTB. Buffalo Trace was a good price.

Everyone here is so sweet and the place is amazing!! They also have some of the best collection for alcohols and wines. Def recommend :)

I recently visited Palm Beach Liquors on what has to be one of the busiest names of the year, New Years Eve. I went because I was looking for a hard-to-get bottle of bourbon. Though not expensive, it is hard to find. Im stubborn and I did not ask for help. I was accompanied by my wife, who knew what I was looking for. She asked at the register for help. One of the owners of the store came over to assist. Of course, he knew where the bottle was located and found it immediately. We began to talk about my preferences and he recommended another bottom as well. When I asked him about another hard to find bottle, he indicated that he was expected a shipment in the first or second week of January and he would call me when it arrived. Overall, I found the selection to be extraordinary, the service was wonderful. I know they deliver for free (under 3 miles). Before going to the store, I looked them up online. There were a number of people who indicated that they thought Palm Beach Liquors was the best liquor store in Palm Beach County. There was nothing in my experience that would cause me to disagree. They are now my store of choice.

This store is small but they have done a great job with COVID. they have one of the best beer selections around (much better than ABC or other big liquor stores...) and a lot of seasonal deals. very interesting selection of gin.good pricing too!!!always friendly.

Outstanding customer service! I accidentally called in a curbside here meant for the store out west. The manager said no problem and immediately called their other store and my items were there for me. Saved me a trip across town. I highly recommend both locations they are excellent to their customers.

This has to be one of the best package stores I have been to. A great selection of everything especially some harder to find Bourbons and Whiskeys. Thank you for being in tune with the Bourbon clubs and high rated reviewed bottles.

Dont order with them through Drizly. They just tried to bait and switch me by proposing to replace a $79 bottle I ordered and they didnt have, with something that sells for around $45. They claim to have everything in inventory either because they are too lazy to keep it up to date or to get orders like mine that they otherwise wouldnt have gotten because they didnt have what they said they did.

This little store has everything you need from mixers, to wine, beer and liquor. Reasonable prices. Staff is nice. Outside on Fridays they have samples so you can find new things to try.

Went to buy a bottle i found on their website. Was listed as $69.99 but when i arrived to the store it was priced as $139.99. Owner would not price match. Stated they were google prices and not his. 100% mark up. Wont be returning. As far as selection, he has a fully stocked inventory and a little of everything you wont find in most stores. Just be prepared to pay well above msrp

Palm Beach Liquors is amazing. What a surprise to find one of the best selection of spirits on the planet - from hard to find allocated bottles to great everyday sippers. The family that runs the shop is helpful, accommodating, and easy to work with. Five Stars!!

I didnt know this place was even here. Staff is awesome everybody is so friendly. I ended up making a purchase when I didnt plan to. Stop in and just take a look around.

They have very organized store so finding what you want is easy. The personel there is ultra nice & very friendly. The owner likes to ware funny masks for halloween and similar occasions. I usually stop there after I shop in aldi store which is next door.

I live out of state. I called the owner to ask to have a bottle of wine delivered as a gift. He did not hesitate to agree. Plus he suggested a special bottle of wine. The delivery was not easy due to security issues but the store owner kept me informed and was extremely patient and courteous. I cannot praise the customer service I received high enough. Six stars in my book!

Its a great store. So many variety at fair price. Staff and owners are very friendly and always helpful.

Good place. Has pretty much everything you want or need. The only bad thing is that the prices are way to high. $33.00 a bottle with taxes somewhere else is $45.00 here. Midwinter nights dram $80.00 somewhere else $150.00 here. Only comes down on prices a few dollars.

Don’t go here !!!! Bait and switch all day long. They have an add on google that says casa azule tequila 750 for $99.99. When you get to the store they tell you that google is running the add and the real price is $199.99. Total scammers!!!

Great family owned biz. Always a pleasant greeting when you walk in. Owner immediately remembers what you drink and guides you to the best value option for that item. There is no better store in my opinion.

Always find what Im looking for at Palm Beach Liquors, if they dont have it in stock or if its hard to find they will get it for you. Everyone is always Pleasant, very helpful and very knowledgeable. I have a liquor store right across where I live, but the service, products, and cost can not beat Palm Beach Liquors.

Dont go here. They are trying to sell Whiskeys for extream secondary prices. They want a 1,000 for George Stagg. The same bottle that is ABC in Pompano Beach has for 150.00 Also Michters toasted Bourbon for 330.00 Start Boycotting these liquor stores in your community for price gouging.

This is a nice, clean family-owned business. Courtesy and the offer to offer assistance is immediatley offered as soon as you step inside the door! They also sell cigarettes, and lottery Tix among other items.

The absolute, hands down Juggernaut of the Alcohol delivery game in Palm Beach. There isnt even a runner up , these guys do more online volume in a day then others do in an entire quarter and have mastery over all platforms.

Hands down Rushi Has to be The hardest working guy I have ever met. He always has the best attitude and goes above and beyond to help you find what you need. I’ve been trying to find gluten free beer from New Belgium for months now, and it has been a challenge due to Covid. I reached out to Rushi last night and he said he would have it for me in the morning. Without fail two 6 packs of Glütiny from New Belgium were waiting for me as promised!!!

Literally traveled 25 minutes to catch this place open. I arrived 15 minutes early and the guy said sorry we are closing. This place is awful with awful management. I have a following of 30k people on social media and I’ll be letting each one of them know how terrible your management is.
