Vapes and Smoke

This place is great and very convenient for me. I was a previous menthol smoker and after many years I found the vape exactly like it. The lost Karen double down mint is perfect. I finally quit smoking after 20 years. Ive tried other Vapes and they were in good. I was using a place in Boca because they were better priced but finally Vapes and smoke lowered two of these to $15 each which is what I was paying online. Now I dont have to go to a retail store far or buy online anymore. I can go to them. I highly recommend them. The best part of it is theyre open till 11:00 p.m. so if you run out late, you could always make a run over there if youre in Delray or close. I hope they keep the price two of them for $30 plus tax. I hope it stays the same.

Wish they carried more exotic rolling papers. Was hoping to find Astro Cones but the attendant tried selling me on something completely different

Purchased a Looka vape battery on 7/1/24 the battery has stripped threads ,7/7/24 brought battery back to this store and asked for a replacement battery instead the woman working there berated me and refused to stand by product,never going back neither are the 8 people I originally sent to this store .sincerely old good customer

This place is awesome. They will go out of the way to make sure you have what you need for your vape. I accidentally bought the wrong product and didnt realize it till I got home and opened it. Turned out it didnt work for my vape I went back and they took care of the mistake with no hassle.

I love this Faith shoppe the people in here are always the best their kind and considerate and they actually help me when I have an issue so I would recommend using this specially if youre in Delray Beach Florida

Vapes and Smoke is a wonderful store. I’ve been going there for over a year now. I purchase all of my Elfbars there. They always have a great selection of flavors and I’ve never had one issue. I’ve also purchased a few glass pieces. It is less than a mile from where I live, with great customer service, and top of the line products. I highly recommend!

The owner was pleasant and very communicative. they have lots of variety’s ranging from vapes , rolling papers, bongs, bowls and more! also at reasonable prices. times are tough right now with the economy so it’s expected to pay a little extra more than usual these days but this visit was well worth it. Worst service I have Received ever. The staff has no knowledge of the product I bought and sold me a device that does not fit my needs. Never used the device, came back the next day would not refund as stated on the receipt after deciding on another device for more money the person helping me decided to throw me out of the store instead of doing the exchange. In no way in hellDid I deserve this type of treatment. Do not buy anything in this store unless you know the item your buying. Plus if you shop around you will find they are over priced . the way they treated me I am sure I amNot the first. Stay clear

I have passed the store many times and finally stopped in to see what was available. I was pleasantly surprised at the variety of products. Jay was wonderful from the moment I walked in. Great smile, professional and helpful. She was great.

This is my favorite smoke shop in the area. I am always happy with the selection they have, they always have the Fume flavors I want. My boyfriend picked up a really cool glass piece, and some stuff for our hookah too!

Very helpful! I’ve seen a few employees there over the years but Faysal was VERY helpful, his customer service was excellent! Highly recommend, I will be a loyal customer because of Faysal’s kind nature and helpfulness.

The girls in here are always helpful but this is the third time within 2 weeks I came by and the door is locked and there’s nobody inside. There’s no “At Lunch” sign on the door or anything to indicate someone will be back soon. Phone doesn’t work either. Consider getting that fixed asap!

Absolute subpar service as they won’t stand behind their products.They sold me no less than two faulty devices and wouldn’t exchange them for me even though I came back the day after my purchase. They told me that there was nothing that they could do since a day had passed. Some warranty…I can’t recommend this place to anyone.

The employee lied. I knew that he was lying when he led me to believe that a vape had THC in it. I want to quit cigarettes so I bought the vape and liquid. Lying is not professional or appropriate. An apology would be nice.

Store has a decent amount of inventory. The thing is that they often will run out of certain items for several weeks… and then I’m forced to spend money trying other brands or flavors that I’m not fond of. It seems like this place is a revolving door for employees, the past year I’ve been in here many times and can say I’ve probably dealt with 15-20 different people working the counter. There was a couple that both worked here but I haven’t seen them recently, who were great and took the time to explain things and provide great service. Many of the other employees will literally stare at their phone while you try to tell them what you want, and it’s almost as if I’m bothering them by being there. One time the air conditioning was out for a few days and the employees and customers were dying in there while it was 90 degrees in the store. Seems like poor management, or passive ownership from my point of view. Store owner probably just hires a bunch of kids at 12$/hr and there’s no real manager or supervisor , no one bothers to manage inventory or make sure that clerks are doing their job with integrity. That’s my .02

The store attendant was mean and rude! He had total attitude I guess cuz we came in at 10:10 pm on a Sat close to closing. He refused the help me screamed at my friend for looking at an item. I was just all around miserable. He was so bad that even though the store has some really cool inventory he brings the whole experience down to one star. I love my new piece but Im sorry after his attitude I will never shop there again!!

Best vape place I’ve been to in south Florida!! Jay and Montgomery were so helpful to my needs and actually made me feel comfortable instead of judged for my habits. This is one the only places let that has all of the products I need!

I would give a second 1 star if I could. This is the second time I had a bad experience at this place. The guy on the counter has no idea what he is selling, so I asked him if I could check the label and he gave the item to me but his hands were shivering, so then he told me I couldnt hold it because people run away with the product.. what a lame way to lose a client. If you are so afraid of people running away just put a buzzer at the door, instead of treating clients as thieves... come on guys for real, if you lose a product that cost you 10 dollars you think thats more expensive than losing a client?

First time at the shop, just moved into the area. Gentleman with Glasses and long redish hair was very nice in helping me find a vape, specifically a puffco plus. However, I left the store, used it once, it literally allowed me to take 5 puffs before it completely stopped working. Extremely disappointed! Especially because I didnt mind taking his suggestion and purchasing an over 100 dollar item, however, when I Called the store seeking some help and resolve, I was told all sales are final, (There was a sign I should have seen apparently, fair enough) and that I would have to contact the manufacturers. Hands up not their problem basically. Not very concerned about the defective product they sold it seems. Easy to blame the company I suppose , but what about the customer who came to see you? I guess they are not to concerned with repeat customers who dont mind spending over 100 dollars while there. Disappointed because this one is right by my house.

Usually one of my go to stores, however it seems they flip through employees like its nothing. Today during my trip i went to get air tight storage as well as a BOVEDA humidity pack, something theyve carried in the past.I ask the young lady working if they still carried it, she directs me to a literal set of back packs. Rolling her eyes when Im telling her I dont see it. Im not seeing it because she doesnt know what Im asking about and just assuming its a backpack. Rolling her eyes at me as Im struggling to look for the prod i NEED.

On Sunday at 7pm, I went in to try and find a new nicotine flavor. The employee behind the counter was on the phone busy with his personal bussiness (he was reading his personal address to someone). He continued to give half his attention and hurried two other customers out the door. He then helped me. I ended up settling for something I didnt want and then was told to leave the facility. What a joke.Dont give these rude, uncaring people any business.

I got a pen and it wasn’t good. So they gave me a new, got home and after a few hours it stopped working again. I called the store, the manager isn’t available and the cashier said he can’t do anything about it. I ain’t got time for that, I’m calling my bank.

Terrible experience. I bought two puff bars here. The guy working didn’t offer to open them and test it out. When I brought it home both were broken. When I came back another guy working there named Cody said I was just out of luck and they won’t exchange it for an actual working one. Don’t ever go here

Am a regular customer here bought my vape here and buy juice there often was in the market for a different vape asked the cashier about a vape I was interested he told me he would have to look it up then just sat down really your vape are kind of pricey and to not even try to get the sale and this isn’t even the first time this has happened to me there when I go and buy the pods it seem like they either don’t want to help you or they really have no product knowledge wow thinking maybe it’s worth the extra steps to go to the one on Atlantic so disappointed in you guys shameful
