Great customer service and very great variety of choice

I got a delta vape there and it had the fluid coming out the bottom. I asked for another one and this one was clogged from first use. They have no actual return policy after having 2 vapes not work there. Im usually satisfied when going to pure puff on brinker but this place isnt it

Just visited and had a good experience. Helpful girl at the front. She even made sure to ask if I had a battery and such, etc for certain products. Even though I did have one, I appreciate she asks. Most wouldnt care and would just try to get the sale.

I like pure puffs being going to them for a awhile but at this location today the person working was trying to say my id was fake and tried to take it, never has my id ever been called fake and i used at the other one in town and also when I go out to drink needless to say I will not be going back to this particular one
