Loretta was professional and attentive, ensuring my comfort throughout the treatment. The soothing techniques used were heavenly, melting away all my stress and tension. My skin feels refreshed and revitalized, and I couldnt be happier! I will definitely be booking again and highly recommend this service to anyone looking for a top-notch back facial!

My husband and I had the most fantastic massages today that we had since moving to DE today. I can compare the skills of Latonya to the ladies at the Elizabeth Ardens Red Door Spa I loved in Montgomery County MD. Latonya has hands of magic. My husband had a knot in his neck for weeks that she got out. I didnt use the spa side. So I can only tell you about the fantastic massages my husband and I received. Just relax and enjoy a wonderful, restful hour, as your muscles melt under the hands of a master.Why did I give her only 4 stars after an awesome experience? Its bc of the bathroom. It had carpet cant be sanitary. Feathers in vases that are dust magnets. Oil in the lotion bottle, which is just what everyone would want on their hands and to get on your clothes. And the fact the owner had me contacted to question the 4 stars. I did say that I didnt use the spa or its services. If I had, you would have gotten 2 stars for reasons I will not list bc I see you are incapable of receiving constructive feedback.

Ive been here twice for the vajacial service and I absolutely LOVE,LOVE LOVE it! The atmosphere is instantly relaxing and the sugar wax used is virtually painless! I love how professional Loretta is and how Im always comfortable as soon as I walk in. She also accommodated me last minute which is a huge plus because my schedule can be hectic. I definitely recommend this spa for your skincare needs.

Loretta is extremely kind and knowledgeable about her services! This is my second time getting my lashes done and both times she really did that. She takes care of your lashes and doesnt just throw them on to get the job done. She takes into account your general lash health, shedding pattern, etc. Her spa is so relaxing too! I havent gotten her other services yet but I definitely will in the future.

First of all, let me say that Loretta is such a welcoming and warm person. She made me feel comfortable and relaxed.She answers all questions you may have. She makes sure that you are pleased with the results and if not, she tries to correct it until it suits you( if possible). It’s definitely not my last time coming for her services. Not only is Loretta great at what she does, but the spa has always had an atmosphere of relaxation! The new massage therapist Lynette is magical with her hands! I practically spend hours at a time at the spa utilizing multiple services.

I highly recommend Skincare by Loretta. She now has a Phenomenal Massage Therapist who is absolutely Amazing! If you ever need a massage, ask for Timothy Jones. He’s very knowledgeable and has amazing techniques. Get an hour massage, I guarantee that you will fall asleep on the table like I did.

The inside is welcoming, calm and smells great. Very clean. Ms Loretta is quick and checks her work. Very pleased and cant wait to have more done by her.

First let me say I love Loretta just as a person. Shes so sweet and personable and her professionalism is on point. She loves doing what she does and doesnt rush to get what you need done, she wants to make sure your happy with the results and comfortable through the process. Any questions you may have she knows the answer too and always willing to try new things so if your comfortable with trying something new definitely go to her. I highly recommend.

Loretta is very professional and knowledgeable. I had a bad experience with laser hair removal so I spoke to Loretta about Epil Free. Loretta thoroughly explain the process and the difference between that and laser hair removal. It was a much easier process, it doesn’t damage your skin or smoke like laser treatments do. The hair hasn’t been growing back and that is AWESOME! Definitely appreciate Epil Free and would recommend everyone does this oppose to doing any laser treatments.

There were 7 of us for a bachelorette party and it was an AMAZING experience. Loretta is fantastic and so is the food from next door that was brought in for the occasion. I would give 100 stars if I could! I will be spreading the word on Skincare by Loretta, and definitely going back!!!

I have had facials, waxing and eyebrow dying by Loretta. She is awesome! Never had a facial before, always worried about my sensitive skin. No problem, my face looked and felt great afterwards. Will definitely be back and if you have not gone, you are missing out!

First set of lashes were cheap “cluster” lashes which is a big NO in the industry and anyone who uses them should be avoided. If you are not using high quality product, the result will be a low quality look. Your eyes are not a place to cut corners. I was not happy with the first set, they fell off in clumps at an alarming rate. Loretta was very accommodating with my concerns and applied a new set free of charge. She seemed frustrated at my attempt to explain to her the exact lashes to use (that I’ve been wearing for four years). A legit lash tech should have a full stock of all length, width and curl shapes. She applied what she had and either had not enough patience or lashes to fill them completely and used the excuse that I was in a “shedding” phase and it looked like that since I didn’t want her using “fillers” (cluster lashes). In four years I’ve never seen my shedding phase that bare and when looked at up close, gaps of my natural lashes completely bereft of an extension (not missing from “shedding”). Also, fillers are not a thing. Individual lashes can be layered to achieve a more full look. My advice if you are an experienced lash wearer is to seek someone who takes it more seriously. And always ask to see the lashes before they apply. If they do not have them out, show you them or have an in-depth consultation with you before hand (she didn’t) DO NOT continue. I went against my better judgement the first and second time, won’t happen again.

Booked same day through her website. Arrived early and was immediately taken back. She was attentive, professional and the environment was clean and welcoming. She made sure I was satisfied with the wax for each area and included product for follow-up care. It was also the least painful wax I EVER received. 10/10 !

10/10 the best experience I’ve ever had getting my eyebrows down. So relaxing will definitely be going back!

Let me tell you, Skincare By Loretta never ceases to amaze me!!! I have always had issues with the tails of my eyebrows, so when Loretta suggested I try Microblading I was like what is that.. She was so calm explaining to me the whole microblading process.. She even walked me through the process before, during and after.. My eyebrows have never looked better.. I finally have a whole brow lol.. The aftercare package that she gives you to take home, has additional information about the whole microblading procedure and what to do when you get home and the days after.. OMG she is a life saver!! Ladies when I tell you, you need to book her, you need to go and book her like last week.. 🥰🥰🥰🥰
