The BEST massage I’ve ever had, and I’ve had a lot. Heidi was very knowledgeable about the body and how to get the best from it. She was passionate about health and it showed through the way she paid attention to details with my body. I was not rushed, she took her time in addressing every need my body presented, while also giving me wisdom to take with me to help me continue to get better. She was very thorough and I left in waayyyyy less pain. Very kind and genuine person that cares about the people she serves. Extremely positive experience and I’m glad I was lead to her.

Heidi is so skillful, knowledgeable, personable and professional. She immediately makes you feel so comfortable and relaxed. She always keeps everything so clean and fresh. She helps to alleviate any knots in my back/shoulders. Heidi is an amazing teacher! The course was fast and easy to understand also super affordable . Heidi takes the time to sit with you one on one and go over ever detail of how to properly apply eye lash extensions. Along with detailed course manuals Heidi also sends you home with all the materials you will need to start Your business as soon as class is dismissed. I was referred to Heidi at The Mellow Table for Chinese Cupping therapy. I was honestly skeptical, Ive had it done in Asia & figured nothing would compare. Well it doesnt compare.... the amount of time, detail, knowledge , care to target & help areas of pain & blockages far surpasses that of Malaysia..Which is why i see her for cuppingng at least every 2 months. The same day i feel a release of tension. Days after the soreness & cupping marks go away i have less pain & more range of motion. Heidi is talented at the many services she offers. I recently purchased 2 Facial gift certificates for my parents & im tempted to get Lash Extensions for myself as well.
