Xhale City - Johns Creek CBD Smoke Vape

Though I dont smoke or use nicotine based products, I am on a quest to find the best Vape shop in Northeast Georgia. I must honestly say, this place has it all! Great location, plenty of parking, clean, well stocked , friendly staff and competitive prices. Not to mention, the manager, Matt is awesome❣. Very customer oriented, knowledgeable and friendly.This location is owned by the same person who owns the Buford location which I have previously reviewed. So, visit them both! Also, they are having a huge sale on 7/10/22! You dont want to miss it. Must be 18 and older to enter the store. They are very diligent and will check your ID!

Hi! I love this shop. They have EVERYTHING! Including an awesome team, who are so insightful! I love knowing I can walk in with questions and not be judged but be given an answer. Spreading peace, love, and knowledge. & always down for the sales 👏

I used to go there multiple times a week but they sold me the freeze version of the juice I wanted and I should have known to check after their employees but I didn’t. They wouldn’t give me the one I intended to buy. My fault as well but typically a good business will make things right. Its a good thing Cloud 9 is 500ft away. Significantly better customer service. I was going to buy a new mod today as well if they had just done the right thing. Oh well.

I bought a vape from this store that ended up being defective. Apparently youre supposed to try them in the store before you leave. This was never mentioned. There was a 2 hour gap between buying the vape and returning it. They refused to exchange the vape or return my money. Im never going here again.

I will never give this store my business ever again. I’ve been going to xhale city for a good five years. Have bought multiple mods. Tons of juice. Today they sold me juice and when I went to fill up my tank it exploded on me. So I go back to the store looking for an exchange with my pants clearly soaked in vape juice they would not do an exchange when clearly the bottle exploded. So yea I will no longer be giving xhale city my business because they clearly don’t give two shots about their repeat customer.

Went looking for a good cartridge, Shawn told me everything I needed to know, left happy with a 2g Hidden Hills cartridge and it slaps to say the least

Lady with piercing is super rude. Does not even acknowledge that I just walked in and continue to flirt with customer. Never going back here

NO ONE WILL ANSWER THE PHONE AT THIS LOCATION! I love Xhale City but I always have issues trying to get them to answer! So now I’m calling other vape stores trying to locate a certain vape!

I absolutely do not like this location. Not sure if they have been cited and/or in trouble before for failing to properly ID minirs/selling to them, but this is the ONLY xhale city location that requires a show of an ID to walk into the store. I get that it’s the law. However; the law is to ID if a person appears to be younger than 25. I am 42 years old and do not look under 25. This particular day I did not have my driver license because I accidentally left it in my clutch from the night before of going out. To drive 30 mins to a location and be told I had to leave the store is a huge inconvenience. (My wife has her ID she drove and is in mid 40’s as well) Not only is this store under stocked it’s always 1 employee who always gives issue and has a bad attitude when doing so. Very disappointed!! I love xhale city but this location leaves a horrible taste in the mouth as a reflection of this franchise. They need to train their employees better and they need sensitivity training and customer service in dealing with customers. Them for this one young lady to bad mouth other locations to customers is absolutely unacceptable!! Y’all need to do better.

Excellent spot, and staff. Zach is a great guy who will take care of you! Clean and friendly every time Im here. Only tricky thing is the road its on, so watch traffic.

Best vape shop in town. Forget the ladys name young lady that spoke to me and took care of me at the place when she was fantastic. The price is here cannot be beat theres substantially lower than any other vape store in Atlanta. Highly recommend

Never been to this location before, and I thoroughly enjoyed my experience. I’ve never tried the Delta 8 Vape Pens, but Zach was so helpful. He sold me the Cookies Delta 8 Vape Pen, a Grab Bag that had 5 vape pens in it, and a Smoke Deodorizer Spray Can. I’d drive the extra miles just because he seems to really care about his customers and the products he sells.

This shop is one of the best Xhale’s I’ve ever been to. The manager Christoph was so willing to help me out and explain to me all my questions I had about a few pieces I was looking at. He was really knowledgeable about the products in his store and had great customer service. Definitely got themselves a forever returning customer.

By far the Best smokeshop in the area. Just opened their new location and there is no comparison compared to the other competitors... I was heading towards the shop when I saw/heard the “manager” yelling at a customer over a return. When I say yelling I mean cussing and being way over the line. Customer didn’t seem to be acting out of the ordinary either. I’ll be taking my business where they don’t yell at customers who are outside trying to leave.

I travel a lot for work all over the United States as I work for a large tech company. And all my travels, even driving around Atlanta, there’s honestly only one vape store that I sincerely go to — this spot, this location, with these great peeps! Before I travel I always go up there and buy mass amounts of disposable vapes and over the last year and a half I can’t tell you how many times I’ve been saved by them having exactly what I need. One of my most frustrating things is being on a trip and realizing I already burn through all my vapes. From Tulum, to Napa, to New York City, to Miami — i’m always ripping Xhale city up here! Thanks guys for always being so helpful and polite, great little family you have!

The sales associate Justin lied to me about delta 8 product pricing, overcharged me for a cartridge behind my back, and refused to refund my money once Id figured it out in my receipt. Where Im from that is theft by taking and deception. Ive contacted management, which is an answering machine. Dont shop here!
