Gentlemans Draw Vape Shop

I placed an order with Gentleman’s Draw, but I didn’t know my previous residence address was on file. My order was delivered and then returned to the store. Mark reached out to me via email to let me know, we got the address straightened out, and he reshipped. This time, our mail delivery person dropped it at the wrong house. I spoke to Mark on the phone, we shared our frustration with ALL of the carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx, all of them) and we tried again. Third time’s the charm! I got my order and it was perfect. Mark went above and beyond to make this customer happy. I highly recommend Gentleman’s Draw - outstanding customer service.

This crew goes out of their way! I asked for suggestions on new mods and Mark made suggestions on his preferences. I love my new Aegis Mod. Thanks Mark! I also ordered the wrong coils and Mark and John got me the right ones immediately! When I say immediately, I was shocked when UPS delivered my order the next day. The liquid is outstanding. Sweet tobacco is my flavor. In today’s world, there is so much negativity and people with attitudes, from being locked down and the stress over the virus (understandable) this crew left me with a smile on my face knowing they will resolve this and I didn’t have to backtrack to call back. If I could give 10 stars for customer service I would, so I’ll just say Thank you, from the bottom of my heart for your positive attitudes and your willingness to resolve my issues and for your helpful suggestions. They are the reason I stopped smoking and started vaping. It has helped my health. The customer service is so incredible and they’re always ready to help and answer all your questions. Won’t go anywhere else.

Dont think Ill be going back anytime soon. Its strange to me that they will give you a replacement if the product is broken but wont give you a replacement if you tell them that the vape is dry,taste old, and taste like bengay....gross.

All of these guys are very knowledgeable about vapes. Great service, great rewards system. I’ve met everyone who works in gentlemen’s. Very cool guys. Never had a problem. all vapes are real!

Great peeps workin here, always willing to answer silly questions from a newbie in the vape scene. Only time I’ve ever had an issue with a device, they took care of it the same day. Super knowledgeable and willing to teach and educate without judgement. Definitely the place to go.💚

Besides having a wide selection of products to meet your needs, the real draw to this store is the staff that is there. Most vape stores can provide decent service to get you in and out and get you some product, but having somebody at the counter that is entirely ready to help without being overbearing is something many places don’t have. Stop in for a nice and casual experience, these guys know their stuff.

Never had better customer service in a vape shop. Their prices are awesome and their line of juice is great, plus they offer a solid selection of other lines. 10/10 would recommend.

Excellent shop. Great prices. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Actually care to advocate for the industry unlike other local shops. They have become my one stop for everything I need vape related.

Brandon and Kyle are very helpful every time i go in. They are always more than happy to answer any questions and concerns i have. It’s a very nice place to hang out and have great conversations. My favorite vape store by far.

Boss man Brandon and Kyle are great with all customers. Every juice is fantastic, Im not burning through coils every week very cool place to stop in grab a cup of coffee while vaping at their bar tables!

Went there today to get set up to try and quit smoking cigs, again. The guys there were very knowledge and eager to help me get the perfect set up for my needs. Will definitely be going back in the future.

Only vape shop in Edgewater to get the best vaping supplies and along with the best service you could ask for hands down. I wouldnt shop anywhere else when Im in town. Definitely the way to go. Dont miss out!
