Vesauna Health Spa

If I could give Vesauna 10 stars I would. I have a high stress job and Vesauna has quickly become my escape and respite from the stress and tension of my long days.I recently moved here from Los Angeles and there are similar spas on every street corner...for 3x the price. I have missed these establishments and so when I found Vesauna I was thrilled...but not hopeful, not sure just how good it could be for just $55 a month!Sam is amazing. I was welcomed in for my first visit with a great smile and a friendly demeanor. He was informative and happy to answer any questions I had. He explained the various retreat rooms (as I call them).The place is immaculate! Extremely clean, comfortable, sanitary and private.I (with a huge smile on my face) stepped into the infrared sauna and was taken away to another land. It was spacious; ask about their couples sessions. Relaxing music and tropical views surround you for a relaxing, peaceful sweat. I could feel the stress melt away and my body beginning to detox amazing...Next I used the 4D massage chair. I have to tell you, Ive been in lots of these and this one is the best by far. It is as close as you will ever get to a hands on massage without having hands on you. I may not be the norm but I actually prefer this as Im really shy about people touching me. Again, relaxing music surrounded me as all of my worries and cares were massaged away...head to toe!On my next visit I used the salt chamber and red lights. Both are amazing. Ive been in salt caves but never a chamber. This is soooo much better. It is much more concentrated and I felt a difference in my allergies for days after. Not saying everyone will feel this...but I did.The red light therapy is excellent for skin conditions such as eczema, acne...and yes, for this 50 year old lady...wrinkles! It is the strongest red light therapy Ive ever experienced.The hydromassage bed arrived today and I was so happy to see it when I walked in. Ill let you know how that goes once I get it.To re-cap:UNLIMITED VISITS FOR JUST $55.I promise, you wont be disappointed. Take time out for your health, your body and your soul...Vesauna is a perfect option for those who want to naturally detox, peacefully meditate in the salt chamber and just overall achieve better emotional and physical health. Update:Referring to your reply: Also the sauna we have is the same one you used when you joined we are not sure how the EMF level suddenly increased as ownership changed.The Sunlighten Sauna Machines have been tested to show high EMF levels and this hasnt change regardless who the owner is. I rarely use this machine with the previous owner and when I did it was because I did not have access to my GYMs sauna (Clearlight Saunas). I can definitely say with full confidence that the red light therapy equipment you all have are top notch and that is the main reason why I decided to join - plus the the previous owner was a delight.In addition, I called in to cancel yesterday & absolutely zero effort was made to work with me on a one on one basis until I posted this review. Tbh I thought I would get the pls wait lets see what we can do (the quote on quote save the customer verbiage) but rather just a lack of EMPATHY on the phone and the call ended in less than one minute!I just joined last month with Sam (previous owner excellent btw) and now they have a new owner, which of course increase the price but also changed access to the equipment. With the previous owner the rules is as follow it was one price all access and now after four treatments they make you pay for any additional treatments you do for the rest of the month. The membership is now $80 and each treatment is well above >$25 . On top of that the sauna they have is Sunlighten which is considered to be considerably high in EMF. (keep that in mind when you go in there for a session). Just join Four Star Fitness for $35 they have a sauna in there and it is from a reliable brand CLEARLIGHT (low EMF). In addition, they didnt fight to keep me as a customer just wanted the old out and in with the new! Sometimes business can go beyond treating members as a dollar sign, specially if your in the business of personal wellness.

The 4D Massage was amazing! It really worked your entire body from literally your head to your toes. It was so relaxing and I felt amazing afterwards. I love this place! I am making it a weekly gift to myself!

Under new ownership, and they aren’t honoring the rates on the website or in the front lobby. There is a plan to raise any grandfathered rates in January. Strongly suggest not signing up for anything until things stabilize.

Amazing! The red light therapy is my favorite :)As soon as you walk in you feel complete relaxation!I recommend very very highly.Their prices are unbeatable.

I got a massage with Jennifer; She was so amazing and knowledgeable. She made sure I felt comfortable. Overall amazing experience.

We had an awesome experience at Vesauna. This place has great treatments, and the customer service was absolutely great. We will definitely be back.
