Firstly, at this shop, Ella is freaking awesome with her customer service skills and is a great addition to this location! Kure is the only shop I go to for everything I need. Their juice is always spot on, and even when I get brave and try a new flavor and regret it they swap it out for my usual flavor for free with no hassle at all. I accidentally washed my mod once, and they offered to swap it out as well! Unfortunately, I had thrown it away already dang it, but they never disappoint and always remind me why this is the only place I’ll ever go. Keep it up!

The staff are nice, friendly, & can answer all my questions. Lauren is always very helpful. The store is clean. Its my favorite place to go.

Went in to get a vape and told the guy that i usually pay 20 for the same 30 dollar vape he sold me and he offered to price match if I had something to show him that it cost me 20! I could of done that but he was genuine and had great customer skills so I didnt even bother. Not many places even offer price matching. Great place to shop.

Thank you Kyle! I received awesome customer service. There is a nice rewards program that offers points for purchases and referrals. If you are in a rush and don’t have time to look around or if you know exactly what product you are looking for, the drive-thru is a great option! (They do allow children in the facility as long as they are not touching or knocking things over if you prefer a more personable experience but have little ones.)

The guy working the closing shift on 2/7 ignored me sitting in the drive thru for 5 minutes (he was standing right next to me at the register) then walked away as soon as the clock hit 8:30 PM. I get that maybe he didn’t want to take one last customer before closing but come on dude, that’s next level laziness

Kyle and Jake are beyond awesome. I will go out of my way to come when I know they’re working. They are very informative and have great senses of humor and are more than willing to help you with whatever you ask of them.

I love this place. Had a bit of a dramatic moment when trying to make a purchase. A pink haired goddess made the transaction go really well and I will for sure be back. I respect the rules, just didnt like coming across them. Store is awesome.

Love this vape store the workers are fantastic and now what they are talking about they have great customer service they don’t make you feel dum they have a reward system it’s like every dollar you spend you get so much points and they have warranty’s on a lot of things you will half to come in and see them you will never go anywhere else.

I’ve been a Kure vapor customer for quite some time .kyle the new employee at the Santa Fe location was very knowledgeable,personable ,polite . He was more than happy to listen and communicate and find what products would suit my preferences. I would definitely recommend going to this location for all your vapor needs . thanks to Kyle. I got a awesome new mod kit a pack of coils and prime juice that he informed me was on sell . Will definitely be using this location from now on. five stars for sure.

The new management is amazing!! I previously hated going into this store but they have definitely turned things around! They’re super helpful, knowledgeable, and gave me great suggestions when I asked.

I have been shopping here since they swapped their name from Vapor Shark, to Kure. Since the new name change, I have really enjoyed their 2 Week You Buy It guarantee. There have been a few times where I was a bit hesitant when deciding on a liquid flavor, and that guarantee has been a very nice peace of mind every time. The few times that I have come in to use it, it has been a smooth experience without much hassle. The employees are knowledgeable about the products that are in the store, and were able to answer any question I had. Cant recommend enough!

Has a very chill environment and decent music playing. They have a two week you love it deal where if you dont like a product you can bring it back within that time frame and use the money for something that better fits you. The employees are all helpful and willing to go above and beyond to find what you need, even ordering product if they dont have it.

Good service. But We particularly didnt like the tombstone. Hamilton device. It wasnt a good choice but we went to return it & there was a back in 15mins sign up so I guess well be back in 15 mins

I go to all of the locations across the metro. Each one has always made me feel welcome and they really care about my needs. They are always willing to take their time to work with me and explain each product before I purchase anything. Fantastic place to visit!

I totally agree with previous review Shop at the Midwest City location better for many reasons. Out of the probably 5 times I went to this location 1 experience was great the rest were not great. Even the one good experience I had to settle for something else besides what I wanted. If they are having a good day you might get service good but it seems employees dont seem very happy or friendly at this location. Seems more like looking for excuses not to work or help people. They are always out of something very limited options to begin with then out of half of it. One experience the guy was in the back searching for a long time for something I needed so long I almost just gave up. I love the other location the employees and the stock are great never a complaint. That shop really puts this one to shame. I had always considered leaving a review for my first few bad visits then on my one good visit I almost left a review about the specific employee was helpful but the same employee was very strange and unhelpful on my last visit. I took my business around the corner for the time being and didnt shop there. If in Edmond I will go to the vape shop a block away from them, but I try to only go to the Midwest City location. When there was a mlk location that place and the girl that usually ran it were so awesome. They need to make some big changes here.

I love this place its my favorite place to get my coils, my juice, and Ive only had to buy 1 vape from this place. I havent had any trouble with the staff. They are very friendly and help you find what you are looking for or get very very close to what you are looking for. They have a wide variety of brands of juices and a good variety of house juices.

I ended going to two different ones. The first didnt have the batteries I needed for my mod. They took the effort to call this location and get me on my way. When there, had some issues with the mod and they checked everything out and got it working right. Will be glad to use them in the future.

Awesome experience Till was a great help it’s hard to find good customer service and if that’s important to you this is where you go.

Convenient location with a good stock of updated products. They also will order for you if the product is available for retail.

Out of the whole parking lot, their spots are the only ones with several broken bottles in them. Had to dig glass out of one of my tires. It’s been there for weeks.
