The manager Josh was EXTREMELY helpful and knowledgeable. I wasnt sure which device to get when I walked in, but after spending just a few minutes there, I was able to pick one suited to my needs! I got the GeekVape Aegis, which is perfect for my clumsy lifestyle. Overall, I had a very pleasant experience!

Awesome experience, went there a was greeted by Raj. (I hope I remembered that right) I had a lot of questions and he helped answer all of them from the devices, coils, tanks, wattage, air flow. I ended up buying the SMOK Nord 4. He than showed me the juices where he explained that they sell 30ml nicotine and 15ml flavored juices. He showed me a list of juice flavors with about 25-30+ different ones. I asked him his preference because this was my first time buying this type of juice and he recommendedPink Drink - Freshly squeezed watermelon juice with strawberry bits, chilled on the rocks.Blue Razz - A sweet and tart blue raspberry taffy candy.He than showed me how to mix the juices and input them properly into my vaping device. He did such an amazing job of explaining everything to me, I was very happy with my experience. I definitely recommend this place as the prices weren’t that off from store bought.

This place is so amazing. Phil & Carl are amazing! Carl stayed with me for AN HOUR answering all my noob questions. He got me exactly what I wanted. Best. Vape. Store. And. Staff. Ever.

I wanted to stop smoking, so I decided to switch to vaping. I bought a pod system and salts from another store, and the experience was terrible. I wanted a flavor that was similar to disposables, and that wasnt what I received. The vape sat in a drawer, and I continued buying disposables. I always felt bad about discarding lithium batteries every few days, so I resumed my quest for something that I liked. Good Guys is the around the corner from my house, so I decided to stop in.I dont remember the name of the person who helped me, but he was excellent! I explained what I wanted in my weird, convoluted way, yet he knew exactly what I was looking for. I respected the fact that he did not try to sell me a new vape when he easily could have; he let me know the vape I had was perfectly fine. He determined I like a sweeter nic salt, and made the perfect recommendation. I liked that he was knowledgeable and understood the products that he was selling. I have been to other stores that havent slightest idea. This is another reason why I stuck to disposables. I couldnt find a store who knew what they were talking about. I highly recommend Good Guys, especially if youre new to vaping and need help picking out something youll like.

This is the best shop IV been to in the area. Not only did they have a variety of options at great prices, a worker took the time to help me set up my new device making sure I use it safely and correctly. I am truly thankful for my the service I received at good guy vapes. Highly suggest checking it out they have advanced hardware, but also more simple things for the new vapors looking for basic devices. Best of both worlds with staff that is happy to help. 👍🏼

Im out here wanting to shine light on a specific employee but looking at all the comments im guessing everyone who works at this location is killing the game. i came in tonight hoping to maybe be in and out in about 10 minutes. i found myself stepping into the store having more and more questions but thank God my man Phil was there to thoroughly inform me and answer all the questions I had. even an hour before close at 8 pm, Phil managed to give me one of the best customer service experiences Ive ever had. definitely recommend you come here if you have any questions about vaping.

This shop is highly consistent with keeping a heavy stock of good juices and devices. The staff is the most knowledgeable when it comes to the products. Also, they have customer service and will welcome you right when you enter the door.

Very good visit. Staff was friendly and informative and not pushy at all. Store was very clean and well laid out with an impressive selection. I bought Juul pods for $17 when my local 7-11 was selling them for $27.

Been to almost all of the Good Guy Vapes in New Jersey and this location is similar to other GGV locations. Very hospitable and caring staff. Phil, Joei, and the rest of the staff are always willing to go through thick and thin to ensure you are fully comfortable with what you purchase. The pricing is the best i’ve seen in New Jersey considering the fact that i’ve been to other vape shops across the country. I highly recommend this location and will continue to come back.
