I have been seeing Amanda since she started her own business. Actually even before that. She, and her staff, are very professional and always have their customers best interests at heart. I am only in the Erie area for six months a year and I always see Amanda and her crew several times during that period for waxing, facials, pedicures, manicures, and just plain fun. I want to emphasize that there is no other place like Spa Lapis in Erie. Spa Lapis does not have anyone in their league. No one.

I had my very first facial yesterday, 4/12 that I won in a contest on Spa Lapis Facebook page. It was amazing! Jordan was so sweet, educated me on skincare, took her time explaining every step she was doing and all about the product she was using. It was the most relaxing hour and my skin felt brand new! I will definitely be returning to try their other services, and of course getting more facials! Thank you Amanda and Jordan! ❤️

Highly recommend this gem of a spa! Jordyn rocked it - her playlist, attention to details and the lighting really made the experience. Jordyn was thorough and recommended an option directly in my budget range. She balanced being respectful of time for chatting with time for me to relax. We enjoyed an hour together and she sent me home with some great samples of their new product line! Oxygen infusion felt SO good.

My facial by Amanda was heavenly, I fell asleep. I was so relaxed. My skin feels so rejuvenated and incredible!

This is the best spa in erie! Amanda, Heather, and Jordyn are so gifted at making your skin look dewy and glowing. Jordyn is amazing at eyebrows and has been really getting my skin in a good place with relaxing facials and suggesting good skin care products. All of the products they use and sell are all natural so no irritation or yucky chemicals.

I’ve been a Client of Amanda for 8 years, I first met her when she worked at Panache. I recently turned 65 and my major concerns are dehydration, dryness , melasma and fine lines. I get compliments on my skin all the time and everyone tells me I look younger than my age. Amanda takes a custom approach to your treatment based upon her evaluation of your skin and it’s current state. She keeps up with the latest Advances in skin care technology and uses high quality products. Her Lira Products are divine. She takes the time to educate me on the products. At my request she put me on a regimen for in between visits. I appreciate the level of care and knowledge she extends while treating my face. She is a highly trained professional and dedicated esthetician. I was happy when Amanda opened her own Spa, Her treatment room is calm and cozy and I fall asleep before she is done with my treatment. I always look forward to my next treatment.

An absolutely gorgeous environment. I always feel recharged when I walk out. Amanda is amazing with her craft, and her staff is wonderful as well. I love the skincare products there, I will look younger at 40 than I did at 30 thanks to the brilliant team, services, and products at Lapis.

I went there when they had their special. Staff was nice. That night they called saying I won a Michael Kors purse; which I was excited about but then I forgot to pick it up right away. When I called to ask if I could come and get my prize I was told they gave it away.They never called to remind me or tell me if I didn’t pick it up in a certain time frame that they were going to give the purse away they just gave it away or kept it for all I know.Not professional at all!

First, this is one of the most beautiful spas anywhere in or near erie. The owner is incredibly passionate about the spa and how youre gonna feel when you are there. The prices are fair and definitely worth it. Staff is very knowledgeable and I heard that the owner has over a dozen different degrees just so she could be prepared for anything! Very professional but also laid back enough to make you feel comfortable and want to come back. I will forever choose this place over anyone else in Erie, hands down. Amanda knows what shes talking about and always willing to answer questions or give tips! Give them a try if you havent already. You wont regret it!

I had saline removal done on my brows that were microbladed by someone else. Amanda made me feel so comfortable and welcome. She is very knowledgeable and kind! Inside is super clean and bright. all around good vibes and I would love to go back and try other services ✨💗

THE BEST SPA IVE EVER BEEN TO. If you are looking for results from a facial LOOK NO FURTHER. Amanda is so polite and knowledgeable. She listens and builds a blissful plan to get to your face goals in a reasonable time frame. I saw reaults after 1 treatment and after 3 months of regular visits I stopped wearing foundation all together. Ive never felt so good in my own skin ♡ definitely a customer for life.

Spa Lapis is the best! During the Covid lockdown, Amanda helped me tweak my skincare routine and sourced the right products for my skin type. She also counseled me on best practices for healthy skincare online since we couldn’t meet in person. My skin was a MESS postpartum and Amanda knew exactly what I needed. I can’t recommend this spa enough.

I had the oxygen facial that was so relaxing that left my skin glowing. I think I just found my new favorite spa in Erie.Amanda was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. I felt relaxed & comfortable during my entire service. The cozy environment and the small add-ons (like using crystals during my facial) made a huge difference and took the appointment to the next level.Spa Lapis offers a huge variety of services, and I definitely plan on being a recurring customer.

Best Facial in Erie! I trust Amanda with all of my skin care needs. She is very knowledgeable and continues to educate herself on the newest technology and skin care procedures. She is honest, very thorough and a perfectionist. This is very important when it comes to dealing with your skin. She will only do what you need and what will provide the best results.
